seconds. Release your finger when the blue LED light is on. The light will go off as the product

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Dispenser does not power on.
1. Make sure the batteries are placed in the battery compartment correctly and that they are
fresh.
2. Check if the LED button has been pressed to turn on.
Motor works but no liquid soap or hand sanitizer is dispensed.
1. If this is the first use of the dispenser, place your hand underneath the infrared sensor (within
2 inches) several times until the soap begins to dispense from the spout. This will prime the
pump.
2. Liquid soap and hand sanitizer can become congealed in the spout or dispensing tube due to
lack of use of the dispenser, or from cold/dry weather. If that has occurred, locate an empty
bottle and fill with warm soapy water and then operate the dispenser several times until the
water begins to dispense from the spout. When PUMP works correctly, place the PUMP back
into original bottle with the liquid hand soap or hand sanitizer.
3. Confirm that you are using liquid soap or hand sanitizer that is:
• Non-foaming
• Non-granular
