INTRODUCTION:
"Linear
Drive",
a
novel
engineering
approach
to
the
difficult
task
of
rotating
a
turntable
accurately
and
without
undesirable
drift
is
featured
in
this
unit.
This
drive
employs
120
magnetic
poles
instead
of
the
usual
4
to
24.
It
achieves
a
completely
uniform
rotation
and
virtually
eliminates
wow
and
flutter
as
well
as
rumble.
IMPORTANT
.
..
This
highly
sophisticated
turntable
was
developed
by

They
were
prepared
to
assist
you
during
the
initial

BALANCING
and
TRACKING
FORCE
ADJUSTMENT
The
tone
arm
should
be
rebalanced
every
time
you
change
the
cartridge

starts
to
rise.
Continue
adjusting
the
counter¬

(balanced)
and
is
parallel
to
the
surface
of
the
platter.
Hold
the
tone
arm
counterweight
and
set
the
tracking

NOTE:
The
MT-6330C
has
a
high
quality
magnetic

for
this
cartridge
is

MAINTENANCE
Remember
that
your
turntable
is
a
sensitive
electro¬
mechanical
device
that
needs
occasional
maintenance.
Cleaning
the
stylus:
Dust
particles
often
build
up
around
the
stylus.
If
the
build-up
becomes
excessive
it
will
not
only
result
in
noisy
repro¬
duction
but
will
eventually
shorten
the
lives
of
both
the
record
and
the
stylus.
Should
this
occur,
do
not
remove
the
dust
with
your
fingers
or
a
tool.
Lift
the
tone
arm
by
its
handle
and
blow
the
dust
away
or
use
a
stylus
brush.
Replacing
the
stylus:
To
assure
distortion-free
reproduction,
replace
the
diamond
stylus
after
1000/2000
LP
plays.
To
remove
the
old
stylus,
pull
out
the
stylus
assembly
as
in
Fig.
9.
Replace
with
a
new
stylus
(available
from
Fisher
Service
Center).
3
Cleaning
the
dust
cover,
cabinet
and
visible
metal
parts:
Wipe
gently
with
a
soft
cloth
moistened
with
lukewarm
water.
NEVER
use
benzol,
benzine
or
other
strong
chemical
cleaners
since
they
will
damage
the
finish
of
your
unit.
DO
NOT
allow
moisture
to
penetrate
inside
of
the
turntable.
