Step 1: Assemble Tubing Connector
Step 2: Assemble Legs to Base

Gather the tube connector pieces. Slide the parts together.

Insert the tube connector into the base
and then slide the leg over the connector.
Thread screws into the holes of the
legs and base.

Step 3: Assemble Leaning Rail
Step 4: Insert Connectors Into Legs

Gather the tube connector pieces. Slide the parts together.

1. Insert the tube connector into the legs and
then slide the leaning rail over the connector. Thread screws into the holes of the legs.

Step 5: Attach Leaning Rail to Casting Platform
1. 2.
Position the leaning rail mounting tabs
on the backside of the pre-drilled holes.
Using the M10 socket screws and hardware, attach
the leaning rail to the casting platform base.
Step 6: Assemble and Mount the Base

Assemble the base by attaching the eyelet.
1. 2.
Use permanent marker to mark all
three drill locations.
Drill in reverse with 13/64” bit.
Drill all three holes.
3. Apply 3M 5200 Adhesive to base and holes and
then mount the base to the boat screwing it into place.
PRO TIP: Use a 45 chamfer
bit after drilling the first holes
to prevent gel coat cracking.

Step 7: Assemble the Turnbuckle and Mount Casting Platform

Assemble the turnbuckle by
screwing in the eyelet into
its base.
Attach the turnbuckle to frame rail. 3. Position the turnbuckle where needed.
4. Adjust base plate to be level with
the bow of the boat.
