BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE OR
OPERATE YOUR MACHINE. IN PARTICULAR, NOTE THE FOLLOWING SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS:
1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the equipment is
properly assembled and tightened before use.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercises are recommended.
3. Please make sure all parts are not damaged and xed well before use. This equipment should
be placed on a at surface when using. Using a mat or other covering material on the ground is
recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might
catch any part of the equipment.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should
any problems arise, discontinue use and consult your local dealer.
6. Do not use the equipment outdoors. It is not a commercial model.
7. This equipment is for household use only.
8. Only one person at a time should use this equipment.
9. If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
10. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the equipment.
11. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away from the
equipment while in use. This machine is designed for adults use only. The minimum free space
required for safe operation is not less than two meters.
12. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 120kgs.
WARNING: Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician. This
is especially important for the people who are over 35 years old or who have
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any tness
equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 : Front and Rear Stabilizers Installation
Attach the Front Stabilizer (5) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two M8×45 Carriage
Bolts (35), two Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Flat Washers (36) and two M8 Cap Nuts (37). Tighten cap nuts with
the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (5) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two M8×45 Carriage
Bolts (35), two Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Flat Washers (36) and two M8 Cap Nuts (37). Tighten cap nuts with
the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
STEP 2 : Left and Right Foot Pedals Installation
The Cranks, Pedal Shafts, and Foot Pedals are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left.
Insert pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (20) into threaded hole in the left crank. Turn the pedal shaft
by hand in counter-clockwise direction until snug.
Note: DO NOT turn the pedal shaft in the clockwise direction, doing so will strip the threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (20) with the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (21) into threaded hole in right crank. Turn the pedal shaft
by hand in clockwise direction until snug. Tighten the pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (21) with
the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 3 : Seat Cushion Installation
Remove three Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Flat Washers (68) and three M8 Nylon Nuts (42) from underside of
the Seat Cushion (27).
Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (27) through holes on top of the Seat Slider (75),
attach with three removed Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Flat Washers (76) and three M8 Nylon Nuts (42).
Tighten nylon nuts with Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Then attach the Seat Slider (75) onto the Seat Post (52) by turning with M10×20 Adjustable Hand
Shaft (54) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When lock the Seat Slider (75), pls insert he Adjustable Hand Shaft (54) into the hole of
the top end of seat post (52), then attach to the hole of Adjust Bushing (51).

STEP 4 : Seat Post Installation
Insert the Seat Post (52) into the Seat Post Plastic Bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and
then attach the M16×25 Seat Height Adjustment Knob (9) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by
turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Seat Post (52) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the Seat Height
Turn the M16×25 Seat Height Adjustment Knob (9) in a counterclockwise direction to release
the Seat Post (52) and then slide the Seat Post (52) up or down slightly to the desired hole for
the suitable position.Lock the Seat Post (52) in place by tightening the M16×25 Seat Height
Adjustment Knob (9) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, make sure the seat post plastic bushing does not
exceed the mark line on the seat post.

STEP 5 : Front Post, Desktop Installation
Connect the Sensor Wire (26) and Extension Sensor Wire. Then insert the Front Post (3) into the
Main Frame (1).
Attach the Desktop Holder (2) onto the Front Post (3) with one Φ10×Φ20×2.0 Flat Washer
(67) and M10 Knob (63) in a clockwise direction.
Adjusting the desktop
Turn theM10 Knob (63) in a counterclockwise direction to release the Desktop (4) and then slide
the Desktop (4) back or forth slightly to the suitable position.
Lock the Desktop (4) in place by tightening the M10 Knob (63) in a clockwise direction.

STEP 6 : Computer Installation
Remove two M5×10 Cross Pan Head Bolts (64) from the Meter (10).
Install the Meter Plate (24) to the Desktop (2) with two M6×10 Hexagon Bolts (25).Tighten bolts
with Allen Wrench provided.
Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (59) to the wires that come from the Meter (10).
Then attach the Meter (10) onto the Meter Plate (24) with two M5×10 Cross Pan Head Bolts (64).
Tighten bolts with Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use exercise machinery without the consent of your doctor.
2. There is no supervision do not allow children to use this product
3. Keep your ngers, body parts, children and pets away from moving parts
4. Warm up before each workoutand cool down after each workout
5. Insure that all nuts, bolts, and screws are completely tightened before using this product.
6. If any parts appear worn, or broken, or if this product is not working properly, do not use .
7. This product is for consumer use only and is not meant for commercial use
8. Keep product indoors away from moisture and dust .
9. Place the weight bench on level surface with a mat beneath it to protect the oor or carpet.
10. Always place and equalamount ofweight on each side of the barbell.
11. Always secure theweightswith the lock collars when they are mounted on the barbell.
12. Always exercise with a partner.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
The bench can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth.Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts.
Please wipe your perspiration o the bench after each use.Be careful not get excessive moisture
on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
Please keep the bench, especially the computer console out of direct sunlight to prevent screen
damage.
Please inspect all assembly bolts and pedals on the machine for proper tightness every week
STORAGE
Store the bench in a clean and dry environment away from children.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
There is no display on the computer
console.
1. Remove the computer console and verify
the wire that comes from the computer
console is properly connected to the wire
that comes from the handlebar post.
2. Check if the batteries are correctly
positioned and battery springs are in
proper contact with batteries.
3. The batteries in the computer console
may be dead. Change to new batteries.
The bench wobbles when in use Turn the rear stabilizer end cap on the rear
stabilizer as needed to level the magnetic
bike.
The bench makes squeaking noise when in
use.
The bolts may be loosen on the bench.
Please inspect all of the bolts and tighten any
loosen bolts.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body
for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to ve minutes before aerobic exercising.
It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and
stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your
muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired muscles. The
purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its resting state at the end of each exercise session. A
proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate and allows blood to return to the heart.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count,
you should feel a stretching sensation up the
left side of your neck. Then rotate your head
back for one count, stretching your chin to the
ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate
your head to the left for one count, then drop
your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one
count as you lower your right shoulder.
SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
QUADRICEP STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up.Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and
your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as
close to your groin as possible. Gently push
your knees toward the oor. Hold for 15 counts.
TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes.Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your
left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts.Relax and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward.Keep your right
leg straight and the left foot on the oor; then
bend the left leg and lean forward by moving
your hips toward the wall.Hold, then repeat on
the other side for 15 counts.
