PRECAUTIONS
BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE OR
OPERATE YOUR MACHINE. IN PARTICULAR, NOTE THE FOLLOWING
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
1. Check all the screws, nuts and other connections before using the machine for the rst time
and ensure that the trainer is in the safe condition.
2. Set up the machine in a dry level place and leave it away from moisture and water.
3. Place a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden board etc.) beneath the machine in the area of
assembly to avoid dirt and etc..
4. Before beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2 meters from the machine.
5. DO NOT use aggressive cleaning articles to clean the machine, Only use the supplied tools or
suitable tools of your own to assemble the machine or repair any parts of machine. Remove
drops of sweat from the machine immediately after nishing training.
6. Your health can be aected by incorrect or excessive training. Consult a doctor before
beginning a training program. He can dene the maximum setting (Pulse. Watts. Duration of
training etc) to which you may train yourself and can get precise information during training.
This machine is not suitable for therapeutic purpose.
7. Only do training on the machine when it is in correct working way. Use only original spare
parts for any necessary repairs.
8. This machine can be used for only one person’s training at a time.
9. Wear training clothes and shoes which are suitable for tness training with the machine. Your
training shoes should be appropriate for the trainer.
10. If you have a feeling of dizziness, sickness or other abnormal symptoms, please stop training
and consult a doctor asap.
11. People such as children and handicapped persons should only use the machine in the
presence of another person who can give aid and advice.

Most of the listed assembly hardware has been packaged separately, but some hardware items
have been preinstalled in the identied assembly parts. In these instances, simply remove and
reinstall the hardware as assembly is required.
Please reference the individual assembly steps and make note of all preinstalled hardware.
PREPARATION: Before assembling, make sure that you will have enough space around the item;
Use the present tooling for assembling; before assembling please check whether all needed
parts are available. It is strongly recommended this machine to be assembled by two or more
people to avoid possible injury.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Insert Adjustable Feet (4), Hex Nut (3) into Front Stabilizer (2) and Rear Stabilizer (12), and
attach the front stabilizer (2) and rear stabilizer (12) to the main frame (1) with the inner hex
bolt (7), arc washers (6) and Washer (5)

STEP 2
1. Lock the pedals (15L/R(tight onto the crank (16L/R(, left counterclockwise, right clockwise,
keep both pedal(15L/R)closely tightened before use, or the crank might be damaged.
2. Fix the saddle (27) onto the saddle upper glide (26). (Be advised; make sure the saddle (27) is
tightened on the saddle upper glide (26) before use.
3. With globe knob (28) and handlebar knob (22), you can adjust saddle (27) position. Please
retighten after adjustment

STEP 3
1. Insert handlebar post (31) in to the mainframe (1), adjust the height and tighten with the L
knob (29).
2. Remove cross pan head screw (20), lower glide cap (19) and Inner Hex Bolt (21), slide
handlebar upper glide (33) till it hit handlebar post’s (31) lower booth, and reposition glide
nut (23) so it could slide into handlebar upper glide (33), then adjust the distance, tighten
handlebar joint (32) to handlebar post (31) with handlebar knob (22) and washer (5). Lastly,
place cross pan head screw (20), lower glide cap (19) and inner hex bolt (21) back to
handlebar post (31).

STEP 4
1. Lock the console(36)on the console frame(35)with bolt(37), at washer(34),and then insert
the console frame(35)into the middle position of the handlebar joint(32).

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use exercise machinery without the consent of your doctor.
2. There is no supervision do not allow children to use this product
3. Keep your ngers, body parts, children and pets away from moving parts
4. Warm up before each workoutand cool down after each workout
5. Insure that all nuts, bolts, and screws are completely tightened before using this product.
6. If any parts appear worn, or broken, or if this product is not working properly, do not use .
7. This product is for consumer use only and is not meant for commercial use
8. Keep product indoors away from moisture and dust .
9. Place the weight bench on level surface with a mat beneath it to protect the oor or carpet.
10. Always place and equalamount ofweight on each side of the barbell.
11. Always secure theweightswith the lock collars when they are mounted on the barbell.
12. Always exercise with a partner.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body
for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to ve minutes before aerobic exercising.
It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and
stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your
muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired muscles. The
purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its resting state at the end of each exercise session. A
proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate and allows blood to return to the heart.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count,
you should feel a stretching sensation up the
left side of your neck. Then rotate your head
back for one count, stretching your chin to the
ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate
your head to the left for one count, then drop
your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one
count as you lower your right shoulder.
SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
QUADRICEP STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up.Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and
your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as
close to your groin as possible. Gently push
your knees toward the oor. Hold for 15 counts.
TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes.Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your
left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts.Relax and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward.Keep your right
leg straight and the left foot on the oor; then
bend the left leg and lean forward by moving
your hips toward the wall.Hold, then repeat on
the other side for 15 counts.
