This trolley barbecue is intended exclusively for the preparation of grilled foods.
It is suitable only for use outdoors. This trolley barbecue is intended for use only
in domestic environments, not for commercial applications.

Basic Safety Instructions
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
1. During use, place the grill on a secure, level and firm surface, otherwise it
could tip over.
2. CAUTION! For igniting and reigniting, do not use spiritus or benzine! Use
only ignition aids complying with EN 1860-3. Otherwise, the deflagration
could cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
3. ATTENTION! During use the grill will become very hot and therefore may
not be moved, otherwise it could tip over.
4. ATTENTION! Keep children and pets well away from it!
5. When grilling, wear appropriate grilling gloves and use grilling tongs.
6. NEVER leave a heated up grill unsupervised.
7. Allow the grill to cool down completely before cleaning it.
8. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
WARNING
Warning in regard to suffocation!
► CAUTION! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Never operate the grill
in an enclosed space, but only outdoors!

Assembly
Preparing for assembly
Allow yourself plenty of time for the assembly of the trolley barbecue. Secure a
level workplace of about two to three square meters. Remove all individual items
from the packaging and place them where they are conveniently handy. Check
the items to ensure that that they are all present and without any damage.
Required tools
Hammer
Philips-type screwdriver
Open-ended spanners SW 8 mm, SW 10 mm, SW 13 mm
WARNING
Warning about physical injuries!
► To avoid possible injury, the screw heads should always face outwards.
IMPORTANT
► First tighten all screw connections down when the assembly is complete,
this will help avoid undesirable material tensions.

Assembly procedure
Step 1
♦ Connect the shelf brackets 15 to the wheel braces 14 using M6x12 bolts
and M6 nuts.
Please take note that only the lower hole of the shelf bracket 15 is used for
making the bolted connection.
♦ Fix the reinforcing braces 16 to the wheel braces 14 using M6x12 bolts
and M6 nuts. Fix the reinforcing braces 16 to the shelf brackets 15 using
M6x12 bolts and M6 nuts.
♦ Fit the left wheel braces 14 with attached shelf brackets 15 to the fire bowl 6
using the M6x12 bolts, Ø6x16 washers and M6 nuts. The upper hole in
the wheel braces 14 is needed to do this.
Step 2
♦ Assemble the handle holder 8and stand braces 9as described in step 1.
Fix the handle 7between the short handle holders 8and then secure
them by means of the wood screws M4x16.
♦ Fit the right stand braces 9with the fitted handle to the fire bowl 6using
the M6x12 bolts, Ø6x16 washers and M6 nuts. The upper hole in the
stand braces 9in needed to do this.

Step 3
♦ Place the cross braces 10 between the wheel braces 14 and the stand
braces 9with the 5 holes facing upwards. Bolt these together using
M6x12 bolts and M6 nuts.
♦ Attach the five shelf slats 11 to the cross braces 10 . Bolt these together
using M5x16 bolts and M5 nuts.
Step 4
♦ Fit the three shelf slats 17 to the shelf brackets 15 using M5x16 bolts and
M5 nuts.

Step 5
♦ Guide the axle 13 through the lower boreholes on the wheel braces 14
and secure the placed-on wheels 12 with the self-securing nuts M8.
Step 6
♦ Attach the wind shield elements 234using M5x10 bolts, Ø5x12
washers and M5 nuts (only at the top). Next, bolt the wind shield elements
234to the fire bowl 6from the inside using M5x10 bolts, Ø5x12
washers and M5 nuts.

Step 7
♦ Secure the wooden grip onto the rear part of the skewer (straight edge)
with light hammer blows. Slide the barbecue racks onto the skewer.
Secure the barbecue racks with the eye screws M4x11.
♦ Hook the two handles onto the cooking grill 5.
Step 8
♦ Place the cooking grill 5and the skewer inside the wind shields 234.
You can now remove the handles from the cooking grille 5so that they do
not interfere when you are barbecuing.
♦ To finish the assembly, tighten all screw connections firmly.

Initial use
NOTICE
► Before the first use, the grill must be warmed up for at least 30 minutes.
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
► During use, place the grill on a secure, level and firm surface, otherwise it
could tip over.
► Warning! For igniting and reigniting, do NOT use spiritus or benzine!
Use only ignition aids complying with EN 1860-3. The defl
agration could
cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
■ Build up a small pile of charcoal in the firebowl.
■ Place one or two solid firelighters on the existing layer of charcoal and ignite
the solid fi
relighters with a match or lighter.
■ Allow the firelighters to burn for 2 to 4 minutes. Then slowly start filling the
fi
rebowl with charcoal.
■ After about 20 minutes the charcoal will display a white coating of ash.
The optimal burning temperature has now been reached.
■ Distribute the charcoal, using a suitable metallic implement, evenly in the
fi
rebowl.
■ Insert the grill grate and start the barbecue.

Cleaning and Care
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
► Before cleaning it or putting it into storage, allow the trolley barbecue to cool
down completely. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
IMPORTANT
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, they can damage the
enamelled pieces..
♦ For normal cleaning, use a cloth and water with standard detergent.
♦ For heavy soiling on the enamelled parts, use a standard commercial
enamel cleaner. Pay heed to the instructions supplied by the manufacturer
of the cleaning agent being employed. Clean the grill grate with detergent and
a household sponge.
♦ The barbecue should be protected from the effects of the weather with a
weather-resistant cover when it is not in use. Allow the barbecue to cool
down properly before covering!
Disposal
Dispose of flammable materials carefully and with regard to the
environment. Fundamentally dispose of remaining waste ONLY into
containers made of metal and intended for this purpose or made of
non-flammable materials.
Dispose of the Trolley Barbecue through an approved waste disposal centre or
at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations.
In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The
appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our Customer Service Department. Only
in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
NOTICE
► The warranty covers only claims for material and manufacturing defects,
not for transport damages, wearing parts or for damage to fragile compo-
nents, e.g. switches.
► The warranty does not cover colour changes and the formation of corro-
sion and surface rust due to the effects of the weather or the improper use
of chemicals.
This product is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use. The
warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and
internal tampering not carried out by our authorised service branch.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty. The warranty
period is not extended by repairs made under the warranty. This applies also to
replaced and repaired parts.
Damages and defects extant at the time of purchase must be reported immedi-
ately after unpacking, resp. no later than two days after the date of purchase.

Tätä käyttöohjetta koskevia tietoja
Tämä käyttöohje on osa grillivaunua FGW 84 A1 (jatkossa laite tai grilli) ja se
antaa tärkeitä ohjeita laitteen määräystenmukaisesta käytöstä, turvallisuudesta,
rakenteesta ja ohjauksesta.
Käyttöohjeen on oltava jatkuvasti käytettävissä laitteen lähellä. Jokaisen laitetta

VAROITUS
Varoitus palovammoista!
1. Aseta grilli käytön aikana tukevalle, tasaiselle ja kiinteälle alustalle, koska
muuten se voi kaatua.
2. VARO! Älä käytä sytytykseen tai uudelleensytytykseen spriitä tai bensiiniä!
Käytä vain standardin EN 1860-3 mukaisia sytytysapuja. Muutoin humah-
dus voi aiheuttaa hallitsematonta lämmönkehitystä.
3. HUOMIO! Grilli kuumenee huomattavasti, eikä sitä saa liikuttaa käytön
aikana, koska muuten se voi kaatua.
4. HUOMIO! Pidä lapset ja lemmikit loitolla!
5. Käytä grillatessasi vastaavia grillauskintaita ja käytä grillipihtejä.
6. Älä koskaan jätä kuumaa grilliä ilman valvontaa.
7. Anna grillin jäähtyä kokonaan ennen puhdistusta.

Asennus
Asennuksen esivalmistelu
Varaa grillivaunun kokoamiseen riittävästi aikaa. Varaa tasainen työskentelypinta,
jonka koko on noin 2 - 3 neliömetriä. Poista yksittäiset osat pakkauksesta ja aseta
osat käden ulottuville. Tarkasta toimituksen täydellisyys ja laite mahdollisten
vaurioiden varalta.

VAROITUS
Loukkaantumisvaara!
► Ruuvien kantojen tulisi turvallisuuden vuoksi osoittaa aina ulospäin, jotta
vältettäisiin loukkaantumiset.
HUOMIO
► Kiristä vasta asennuksen loputtua kaikki ruuviliitokset, muuten materiaali
saattaa jännittyä väärin.
