1. Dismount the F9.XX Flow Monitor
1.1. Remove the front cover
1.2. Unscrew the four
screws and remove the
monitor
1.3. Disconnect the sensor
from the compact
mounting kit
2. Insert the sensor body (2) into the
saddle insert (1), taking care of
rightly position the pins of the
sensor into the seats of the insert (1)
Use sensor length L0 for installation on:
- DN 225 plastic (PP) saddles
- DN 80 to DN 150 metal strap-on
saddles
Use sensor length L1 for installation on
- DN 250 and DN 300 plastic (PP)
saddles
- DN 200 to DN 450 metal strap-on saddles

3. Screw-in the insert (3)
The insert must be completely screwed-in;
if it doesn’t, please double-check the position
of the sensor pins.
4. Position the adapter (4) on top of
insert (3) and fix it using the nut (5)
5. Fix the compact mounting kit (6)
tightening the locking ring (7)
6. Reassemble the monitor on the compact mounting kit
