Step 1.
Pull up the center stand.
Adjust the position of the basket, and tighten up the bolts

Fix the iPad holder

Insert the exible conduit and tighten up it.

Insert the iPad in the holder. Lock and secure the iPad
with the key.

Place the thermometer. Make the sensor direction

(4) How to use the application?
1. iFora TM should be already installed in the iPad, and the thermometer has been paired with the APP. If not, refer to the section
(7) How to install the application.
2. Open the app (iFORA TM) and turn on the thermometer. The color of the Bluetooth icon on the app will turn to blue (Figure 2).
When you see the blue icon, it’s ready to go. You can take the rst measurement.
3. If the unit of temperature is not for your region, please change it under Setting →Temperature Unit (Figure 3).

(5) Setup notes
Adjust the height of the thermometer to suit
the needs of your facility. The recommended
height is a little lower than the average height.
Once the height is set, please do not adjust
the conduit, instead use the adjustable rod to
adjust the height.
Keep the measuring direction of the forehead
thermometer horizontal to the ground.
Secure your iPad into the iPad holder by
locking up the security lock in the back.

Be careful not to touch the buttons on both
side of the thermometer.

Adjust the angle and height for the forehead
thermometer so a clear portrait will display in the
lens zone on the top left of the iFORA TM APP.

The ATMS measurement is designed to be used
indoors. Avoid direct sunlight and windy areas
as dust will cause inaccurate results.

After placing the ATMS stand in a proper
location and locking the latches of the wheel,
we recommend marking the measurement
and waiting areas in order to clearly guide the
users. Make sure the thermometer sensor is
vertical to the ground.
When visitors step up to the ATMS, they
need to follow the on-screen instructions
and stay 1.97” to 2.75” (5 to 7 cm) away from
the thermometer sensor, stand still, and wait
for 1 second. The measurement is completed
after the beep. The temperature will be
displayed on the iPad within 4 seconds.
If the user has just come from either a
freezing or a hot environment, a break is
advised before measuring your body
temperature.
Please switch your forehead thermometer
and iPad o when not in use. Charge your
iPad and replace the batteries when neces-
sary.
Please do not use the assigned iPad for any
other use including changing settings or
other software installation that may void
original pairing and operation.
Wi-fi is required for active cloud users to
export and upload data. If you do not want
to upload data, you can switch the option
o in the “Setting -> Export -> Auto Upload
Data” conguration.

(6) FAQ
What do I do if cannot get a reading?
If you cannot get the reading on the screen, please make sure:
•The Bluetooth icon is a blue color. If not, check the connection with the
thermometer. The thermometer might be o or have a low battery.
•The environmental temperature cannot be too high. Avoid direct heat and
sunlight projecting onto the thermometer. Additionally, a windy entrance
might cause the sensor to fail.
•If you’ve just come from either a freezing or a hot environment, a break is
advised before measuring your body temperature.
•If the iPad cannot display any reading after 6 seconds, please step back and
move forward again to initiate another measurement.
Why does the app beep when no one is standing in front of it?
The sensor of the thermometer could be activated from the sunlight or other
heat sources. Please move the station to another location or adjust the direction
of the sensor.
(7) How to install the application
1. In Apple Store, search for iFORA TM, download and
install the mobile application.
2. When opening the app for the rst time, you will be
asked to turn on your tablet’s Bluetooth (Figure 4).
3. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button
4. In the app, under Available Meters, click the ⊕button (Figure 5).
5. The thermometer will show up in the list, representing it’s been successfully
paired (Figure 6).
