Place the Post Rafter on the oor and position the brackets.
Fix a U-bracket, ush at each end using 2 x 25mm screws.
Repeat the process on the other Post Rafter.
Slot the Post Rafter into the two Posts. Ensure the rafter is ush at each end. Secure the Post to the Post Rafter using 2 x
120mm coach bolts per Post.Thread the bolt through the pre-drilled hole and tighten with a washer and nut on the opposite
end. Repeat the process for the other Posts.

We strongly advise that you anchor your pergola down with either xtures shown below to enhance stability. You will need to purchase these
separately. Apply each xture to each leg before fully constructing your pergola. 130mm of your post will be supported within the xture.

Ensure that the spike can be
inserted into the ground by

SCREWS
Before securing the central U-brackets, layout the Slatted Panels
to ensure they will t into the space provided. Fix the rest of the
U-Brackets into place.

Fix two Roof Rafters, to the U-Brackets, with one at each end. Position with a 25mm overhang at each end of the Roof Rafter
before securing into place.
Secure the Angled Braces to the end Roof Rafters just
attached. Use 2 x 50mm screws per Angled Brace.
Attach the Side Facia’s to the end Roof Rafters and Posts. Ensure the Side Fascia’s are ush at each end and at the top of the
Roof Rafter. Use 2 x 50mm screws to secure the fascia to each post. Further secure with 3 x 50mm screws across the fascia board
into the end Roof Rafter.

Position and secure the other Roof Rafters to the U-Brackets
using 25mm screws. Ensure there is a 25mm overhang at each
end of the Roof Rafter before securing into place.

Attach the Front/Back Fascia to the Roof Rafters, using 2 x
80mm screws per end. Ensure the fascia is ush to the top of
the Roof Rafter.
Position the Slatted Panel, central to the post and ush to
the Post Rafter. Fix to the Roof Rafter using 2 x 50mm screws.

Secure the Slatted Panel to the Post using 4 x 50mm screws.
Repeat the process for the other Slatted Panel.

Secure the Slatted Panels to all Rafters. Use 3 x 80mm screws
at each end to x to the Post Rafter and secure to the Roof
Rafters using 6 x 50mm screws.

FOR PATIO/DECKING (HARD SURFACES) FOR GRASS/SOIL (SOFT SURFACES)
To anchor the Slatted Panels to hard surfaces, secure an
L-bracket to the frame using 2 x 25mm screws. You will need
to purchase the required xings to x the bracket to the oor.
Repeat the process for the other Slatted Panel.

To anchor the Slatted Panels to soft surfaces, secure the
provided Spike onto the frame using 2 x 25mm screws.
Repeat the process for the other Slatted Panel.

Active Ingredients - Propiconazole, Tebuconazole, IPBC, Permethrine, Benzyl-C12-16-Alkyldimethyl Chlorides. (Dip Treated)
Basic Copper Carbonate, DDA Carbonate, DDA Chloride. (Pressure Treated)
Wear gloves when handling. Avoid inhalation of sawdust. Do not use in contact with drinking water or food. Do not use for animal
bedding or in sh ponds. Dispose of treated wood responsibly.
The components provided may be heavy. Please lift with caution and with a minimum of 2 people.

We strongly recommend that PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used throughout your build to ensure you are protected
from any potential health and safety risks. Do not exempt yourself from wearing PPE.
