1. Clean,dryairisessentialfortroublefreeworking.Goodpracticerequires
thatyoumakesureyourcompressorisfittedwitha pressureregulator
anda lubricatorandthatthelubricatoristopped upregularlywithsuitableoil.
2. Yourairtoolwilloperatebetween4 and7 bars.Itisgoodpracticeto keep
theoperatingpressureaslowaspossible.
3.Ifyourcompressordoesnothavea lubricator,itisimportantthatyouput
1or2 dropsintotheairintakeeachdaybeforeuse.
4. Howeverdonotusetoomuchoilasthiscandamage'O'rings
5.MakesureyourC330CanvasStaplerisworkingcorrectlybeforeloadingthestaples.
Using yourC330 Canvas Stapler
1. Makesurethere arenostaplesinthemagazine.
2. Makesurethetoolhasbeenlubricatedasabove.
3.WerecommendthattheC330CanvasStaplerisattachedtotheairsupplybyusing
eithera spiralhoseorthecorrectstandardhosewitha ratedworkingpressureof15
barsminimum.
4. QuickActioncouplingsarerecommendedforattachingthehosetothecompressor
andtheC330CanvasStaplerto thehose.Thisgivesmaximumversatilityandsaves
timewhenchangingtools.
5.Checkthattheairpressureisbetween4 and7 bars.
Alwaysusethelowestpressurerequiredtocompletea job.Toohigha
pressurecanbedangerousandcanwearoutyourairtool tooquickly.
6.DisconnecttheairsupplytotheC330CanvasStaplerandloadthestaplesintothe
magazine.
7.Reconnecttheairsupply,keepingthetool pointedaway.
8.Holdthetoolfirmly,pushitagainsttheworkpieceandsqueezethetrigger
9.Movethetoolto thenextpositionandrepeat.
Maintenance
1. AlwayskeepyourStaplercleanandfreeofdebris.
2. Ifstaplesgetstuckthendisconnect theairsupply,takeofftheCoverPlate,
removethestaples& checkthatthere arenodamagedstaplesinthemagazine.
3.Ifyoudonothavea lubricatoronyourcompressororinyourairline,thenitis
essentialto poura dropoffine airtool oilintotheairintakeeverydaybeforeusing.
Makesurethatthere arenostaplesinthemagazineanddisconnecttheairsupply
beforedoingthis.
Becarefulnottousetoomuchoilasthiscanblockthepneumaticsystemandcan
damage the'O'rings.
Donotuse'detergent'oiloradditives.
4. Testfirethetoolafterlubricatingsoastomovetheoilthroughthepneumaticsystem.
5.Wipeoffanyexcessiveoil fromaround theexhaust
