SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
This manual ontains important saety instrutions that must be ollowed during installation and
maintenane o the euipment.
Installation must be arried out by ualied personnel. A dediated, state-o-the-art eletriity supply
system must be designed and installed, and the system must be ertied in ompliane with loal
regulations and the energy supply ontrat.
Operators are reuired to read and ully understand this manual, and to omply stritly with the
instrutions it ontains.
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of
installation, and in compliance with all safety regulations for carrying out electrical work. Personal
protective equipment must be used, as required by the laws of the country of destination and the
instructions of employers.

needed to keep your euipment in good working order.

WARNINGS

 Beore installing or using the devie, make sure that none of the components have
been damaged. Damaged omponents an lead to eletroution, short iruits, and re due
to overheating. A devie with damage or deets must not be used.
 Install eProWallbox away from petrol cans or combustible substances in general.
 Before carrying out any maintenance, ensure the power supply is swithed o.
 Beore installing eProWallbox, ensure the main power source has been disconnected.
 Beore putting bak or moving eProWallbox, ensure the devie is not connected to the
power supply.
 eProWallbox must only be used or the secic alications it is designed or.
 Installation, maintenane or repairs not carried out correctly may pose risks to the user.
Please ensure that eProWallbox is only used in correct operating conditions.
 The devie must be onneted to an electricity network in compliance with local and
international standards, and all the technical requisites indicated in this manual.
 Children or other persons not able to gauge risks related to the installation or use o the
devie ould suer serious injury, or put their lives at risk. Suh persons must not
operate the devie and must be supervised when lose to it.
 Pets or other animals must be kept away rom the devie and pakaging material.
 Children must not play with the device, aessories or pakaging provided with the produt.
 eProWallbox does not contain components that the user can repair or maintain
autonomously.
 The only part that can be removed from eProWallbox (solely during the installation and
dismantling stages and ollowing the instrutions) is the removable cover. eProWallbox
should not be opened urther unless by ualied personnel during installation, dismantling
or maintenane.
 eProWallbox an only be used with an energy soure.
 eProWallbox must be treated and disposed of in compliance with current legislation,
separately rom normal household waste, as eletri and eletroni waste (WEEE).
 Neessary preautions to ensure sae operation with Ative Implantable Medial Devies
must be taken. To determine whether the harging proess ould adversely aet the
medial devie, please ontat its manuaturer.

 GENERAL INFORMATION
eProWallbox is an Alternate Current harging solution or powering eletri vehiles and hybrid
plug-ins, and is ideal or semi-publi and residential use. The devie is available in three-phase
or single-phase ongurations, and is euipped with a Type 2 soket.
The devie harges eletri vehiles up to 22 kW in three phase, or up to 7.4 kW in single phase.
The produt inludes onnetivity options that allow it to be monitored remotely via a
Web-based portal. The devie an be managed via a dediated App.
This model is euipped with a SIM ard or onnetion to the 4G mobile network.




The inormation on the label is shown in the Figure below. The details may dier rom those
shown in the Figure, depending on the version o the produt. The Part Number and Serial
Number an also be ound on the pakaging as well as in the eSolutions Charging app ater
authentiation.
The label inside the pakage with the printed letter C indiates the type o soket installed on
the produt. This label should be applied near the soket when installation is ompleted.
