WARNINGS
Beforeinstallingorusingthedevice,make sure that none of the components have
been damaged.Damagedcomponentscanleadtoelectrocution,shortcircuits,andredue
tooverheating.Adevicewithdamageordefectsmustnotbeused.
Install eProWallbox away from petrol cans or combustible substances in general.
Before carrying out any maintenance,ensurethepowersupplyisswitchedo.
Before installing eProWallbox,ensurethemain power source has been disconnected.
Before putting back or moving eProWallbox,ensurethedeviceisnot connected to the
power supply.
eProWallbox must only be used for the specic applications it is designed for.
Installation,maintenanceorrepairsnot carried out correctly may pose risks to the user.
Please ensure that eProWallbox is only used in correct operating conditions.
The device must be connected to an electricity network in compliance with local and
international standards, and all the technical requisites indicated in this manual.
Children or other persons not able to gauge risks related to the installation or use of the
devicecouldsuerserious injury, or put their lives at risk. Such persons must not
operate the device and must be supervised when close to it.
Pets or other animals must be kept away from the device and packaging material.
Children must not play with the device,accessoriesorpackagingprovidedwiththeproduct.
eProWallbox does not contain components that the user can repair or maintain
autonomously.
The only part that can be removed from eProWallbox (solely during the installation and
dismantling stages and following the instructions) is the removable cover. eProWallbox
shouldnotbeopenedfurtherunlessbyqualiedpersonnelduringinstallation,dismantling
or maintenance.
eProWallbox can only be used with an energy source.
eProWallbox must be treated and disposed of in compliance with current legislation,
separatelyfromnormalhouseholdwaste,aselectricandelectronicwaste(WEEE).

plug-ins,andisidealforsemi-publicandresidentialuse.Thedeviceisavailableinthree-phase
orsingle-phasecongurationsandisequippedwithaType2socket.
Thedevicechargesanelectricvehicleupto22kWinthree-phase,orupto7.4kWinsingle-phase.
TheproductincludesconnectivityoptionsthatallowittobemonitoredremotelyviaWeb-based
portal.ThedevicecanbemanagedviaadedicatedApp.
This model is equipped with a SIM card for connection to the 4G mobile network.

usedtocongure,monitorandseteProWallbox via a Bluetooth connection.
Whenrunningtheappforthersttime,usersareaskedtoprovidepersonaldetailstoregister
andcreateaFree2MoveeSolutionsaccount.Personaldataandprolesettingscanbechanged
in-app.

Pairing between eProWallbox and app
TheappauthenticatesandpairsviaaQRCode,linkingeProWallbox to the owner’s user account.
Thispairingenablesallremotefeatures,suchasdatacollection,displayandanalysis,aswellas
seamless customer support.
It is possible to pair more than one eProWallbox. The “Device List” menu allows users to
manage all their wallboxes from a single page.
ItispossibletocongureaWi-FiconnectionforeProWallboxviatheApp.
QRCodeinformationisgivenonthelabelonthebackofthechargercase,oronthelabelon
the back of the external cover.

Charging sessions
EV drivers have full control of their charging sessions wherever they are. Users can access core
chargingsessioncontrolfeatures,suchas:

RFID
The new eSolutionsAppenablesRFIDcardmanagement.UserscanassociateRFIDcardstotheir
ownaccounts.Thecardcanbescannedviathephonecamera,orbymanuallyenteringthecard
identieronthebackofthecard.
Throughtherelevantsectionoftheapp,itispossibletoactivate,suspend,ordeletecards
associated with the account.

Thedevicedoesnothavestart/stopbuttons.Onceinstalled,itisreadytobeconguredviaApp.
Thisallowstheappropriateoperatingmodetobeselected,dependingonwhetherconnection
tothechargepointmanagementcentreisviatheapporinStandAlonemode,whenthe
followingconditionsarefullled:
correctinstallation,certiedbyqualiedpersonnel
regular status of the device.
Ifthedeviceisdamaged,followtheinstructionsbelowpreciselytohazardoussituations,

Operating mode
DierentoperatingmodesareavailableoneProWallbox. Each one can be selected using the
app,asdescribedinthefollowingsection:

Removing the charging connector from the vehicle during the charging process can cause
serious damage to property or people.
Beforestartinganewchargingsession:
Ensuretheproductanditsconnectorsareperfectlyintact,dryandfreeofanyimpurities.
Donotinsertngersorobjectsintothesocket.
Makesuretheproductisnot,andhasnotbeen,exposedtoheatsources,explosiveor
inammablesubstances.
Ensure the electric vehicle is compatible with the product’s technical features.
DonotuseadaptersorextensionsnotspeciedbyFree2MoveeSolutionsS.p.A.astheymay
damage the product and create safety hazards for the user. eProWallbox must only be used
accordingtotheoperatingparametersspeciedandatanambienttemperaturebetween
-25ºCand50ºC.
Vehicle adapters must not be used to attach a connector to a vehicle socket.
Adaptersbetweenvehiclesocketandplugshouldonlybeusedifspecicallydesignatedand
approved by the vehicle manufacturer or the manufacturer of the electric vehicle’s power
supplyequipment,inaccordancewithnationalrequirements.Suchadaptersmust,however,
complywiththerequirementsoftheIEC61851-1standardandotherrelevantstandards
governing both the plug and socket of the adapter. The adapters must in any case be marked
withspecicindicationsforusepermittedbythemanufacturer(e.g.IEC62196).
Keep the charging cable out of the reach of children.
Be careful not to step on the connector or cable.

If eProWallboxisconguredwithAutostartOperatingModeasthedefaultsetting,thefollowing
operationsmustbeperformed:
1. The display of the wallbox must be in “Idle Mode” – ready for charging.
2. Inserttheplugofthechargingcableintotheavailablesocketonthedevice,untilitis
fully engaged.
3. Insert the plug of the Type 2 cable in the Charge Port of the electric vehicle.
4. IfafaulterrorappearsontheWallboxdisplay,pleaseunplugthecablesandconsult
the Error List.
5. The device will lock the cable for the duration of the entire charging session.
6. Thechargingsessionstarts,andcharginginformationisdisplayedonthedisplay.
7. Whenchargingiscompleteoryouneedtostopthechargingprocess,pressthe“Stop”
buttonontheWallboxdisplayofthedevice.
8. The charging cable can then be removed from the device and from the electric vehicle.
9. Theproductreturnstoitsinitialstate,readyforanewchargingsession.

ChargingcanbeaccessedintwoadditionalmodesiftheAuthenticationOperatingModeis
conguredwithanRFIDswipecardorviaapp.
1. Proceedaspertheinstructionsprovidedinthepreviouspoint,untilthecableisinserted
(step3).
2. PasstheuserRFIDcardovertheappropriatearea,orstartremotelyviaapp.
3. Charge the vehicle.
4. Whenchargingiscompleteorthechargingprocessneedstobestopped,pressthe
“Stop”buttononthewallboxdisplayofthedevice.Alternatively,theusermustswipethe
RFID user card over the designated area to allow the socket in use to be unlocked and
end the charging session. The charging process can be halted remotely via app.
5. The charging cable can then be removed from the device and from the electric vehicle.
6. Theproductreturnstoitsinitialstate,readyforanewchargingsession.

Welcome message.
If the Authentication Operating Mode is
congured, this display will indicate that to start
charging, you need to authorise the wallbox via
RFID or app.
Authorisation successful.
To start charging, the wallbox must rst be
authorised via RFID or app.
When this screen is displayed, you can stop the
charging session by touching the “stop” button at
the bottom of the screen.
The following information about the charging
session is shown:
charging time
absorbed energy
current power
peak power

When the DPM function is enabled, to see more,
you can switch screens by toggling the arrows at
the bottom right of the screen.

The screen will display this message if charging is
stopped before charging is 100% complete.
The screen will display this message when
charging is 100% complete.
When the wallbox has nished charging (or has
stopped), it indicates to plug out the cable.
Screen displayed when the entire charging
experience is over and the wallbox is about to go
into standby mode.

Error displayed when RFID or app authentication
failed. Wait a few seconds, then try again.
Error displayed when the wallbox is ready for
charging but the cable is not inserted correctly.

third you will see what action to take to resolve
the error.
