IMPORTANT:

Charging Procedures:
Plug in the charging cradle and
place belle+ into the cradle.
•belle+ is in the process of charging when the small,
red battery light on the device is ashing.
•belle+ is fully charged when the small, red battery
light on the device is solid. Typical charging time is
2-3 hours.
•Remember, it is normal for the red battery light on
belle+ to be off when the device is not in the
charging cradle, and for the blue WiFi and GPS
lights to be off. The blue call light will ash slowly
when belle+ is on and ready for use.
WARNING: belle+’s rechargeable battery lasts up
to 5 days per charge. Only charge as needed.
Do not leave belle+ on cradle for more than 10
hours at a time.

We recommend that you test belle+ weekly.
If belle+ does not test properly, please call your
dealer immediately.

until the call light on belle+ turns blue.
2. After a short delay, you will hear tones
and a voice saying that you are being
connected to the support center.
3. The specialist will answer the call.
4. Tell the specialist you are testing.

HOW TO CALL FOR HELP
TESTING BELLE+
If belle+ detects a fall, it can automatically
connect to care specialists who can dispatch
emergency services if needed.

Coverage:
This 3G product requires adequate AT&T cellular
coverage to work properly. It can be located
using GPS and WiFi location technologies. It is
important to test the device to know if it works
in your area. Remember that your surroundings,
environmental and topographical conditions
may also affect your coverage. If you experience
coverage issues, please call your dealer
immediately.
Charging:
Your device’s rechargeable battery can last up to
5 days per charge. The red battery light will ash
when it needs to be recharged. Wear your device
at all times and only charge when necessary. Do
not charge belle+™on cradle for more than 10
hours at a time.
Failure to follow charging procedures will result
in the device not being able to function properly.
Water-Resistant:
belle+ is IPX6 water-resistant and is rated to
withstand water projected through powerful
jets (12.5 mm nozzle) from any direction. belle+
should not be submerged. belle+ should be
towel-dried after exposure to water.
Device Placement:
If you are subscribed to the belle+ fall detection
feature, belle+ must be worn high on the
chest with the included adjustable lanyard to
accurately detect a fall.

materials recommend for this device.
Fall Detection:
Fall detection is an optional service for belle+™
and uses patented algorithms to detect falls.
If a fall is detected, you will be connected to
specialists who can dispatch emergency services
if needed. You will be able to tell specialists if you
do not need assistance. We cannot guarantee
that the service will always accurately determine
a fall. It is advised that you always press the
button if you need help.
Location Tracking:
You agree that by using belle+, we can track
your approximate location when your device
is powered on and that we can provide this
information to third party service providers in
an emergency or service incident. However, we
cannot guarantee that we can track your exact
location, and in some situations, we may only be
able to provide information from your account.
We will only use your location information to
provide service.
