for assembly.
•If you find any parts missing or defective, contact customer service at 1-800-537-8484.
•Briefly read through the instructions before assembly.
•Protect the floor before you start.
•Having someone assist you by holding parts in place during installation will make the process
easier. Some parts are very heavy and large.
•Make sure all parts are correctly lined up before tightening.

OTE:
W
hen fastening the camlock over the camlock bolt, please make sure the arrow is pointing up towards
t
he camlock bolt. Install camlock over camlock bolt using a Phillips Screwdriver (not included) by turning
c
lockwise. Please do not over-tighten the camlock to avoid damage. See diagram below.

Carefully turn the assembly upside down. Secure the Bottom Panel (2) onto the
assembly using the Wooden Dowels (C) and Bolts (D).

Hammer 4 Wooden Dowels (C) to the Top
Panel (1) and carefully hammer (may need
to used a mallet) the Top Panel (1) halfway
down to the Top Frame (4).
Install the Left and Right Doors (6,7) to the
assembly by first placing the bottom wheels
into the bottom railing. Align the protruding
prongs at the top of the door to the top
railing (underside of the Top Panel).
Hammer the Top Panel (1) all the way
down. Make sure the doors are sliding
smoothly.
Secure the Top Panel (1) by inserting the
Camlocks (B) into the corners of the Top
Frame (4) with the arrow pointing up and
screwing it tight. Reach into the pet
residence and secure 2 Screws (E) into
each corner of the Top Panel (1) using a
screwdriver. Repeat this process for the
other 3 corners.

SPECIAL NOTE:
If the doors are not sliding smoothly, you may need to
adjust the wheels higher or lower. The adjustment
bolt is hidden at the bottom of the door so you will
need to take the doors back out first.
Take the Top Panel off first and take the doors out.
You will see the Adjustment Bolt at the bottom of
the door. Since the bolt is relatively tight, you may
need to use something long and flat like a metal ruler
to give you more leverage to turn the bolt.
You may adjust the wheel’s height to make the door
slide better. Below are some guildlines for how the
adjustment bolt works:
ARROW POINTING RIGHT:
Lowest Wheel Position
ARROW POINTING LEFT:
Highest Wheel Position
ARROW POINTING UP OR DOWN:
Halfway Up/Down Wheel Position
