Cautions
1 Do not look directly into the spotlight;
2 Please try to avoid using the equipment for a long time in extreme environments to extend
the service life of the equipment.
3 Be sure that the light is completely stuck into the aircraft bracket before opearation;
4 Please put the device into the special safety box for S2 after use to avoid damage from
scratches or collisions with hard objects;
5 When cleaning the surface of the lamp, be sure to wipe it with a soft cleaning cloth.
6 The international version of products have locked GPS and can not be used in China (including
Chinese Mainland, Hainan Island, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Introduction
S2
S2 strobelight offer red, blue, yellow three colors for combination. It supports quick-release
installation. With 5V to 30V wide voltage input, it supports physical key switching and it's
compatible with OSDK and other interfaces. Support DJI Pilot, brightness adjustment, flash
frequency adjustment, one-click switching flash modes. The applicatioin scenarions can be
emergency rescue, fire, public security, maritime and other fields.

Connect the lights to the control template.

Installation and Preparation
Supported Aircrafts
1. Aircrafts：Matrice 30 Matrice 300 series.
2. Please upgrade your aircraft to the latest firmware.
3. Make sure that the aircraft is ready for operation before mission; Firstly turn on the remote
controller and then turn on the aircraft.
Mounting the S2
1.Put snap A1/A2 to Bracket B1/B2 until you hear a "click" to ensure it is locked.
2.Connect the power cable to the control template T-ypec interface.
3.Connect the payload cable to the control template and then connect to the aircraft SDK interface.
4.The above operations are carried out while the aircraft keeps shutdown; Firstly open the remote
controller and then start the flight.

1. Turn on the aircraft, remote controller, and ground mobile equipment;
2. When connected，DJI PILOT will indicate the payload JZ_S2；

Function Description
Upgrade
Upgrade through DJI Assistant 2
1. S2 supports online upgrades with M30.
2. Download DJI Assistant 2 app in your computer and connect M30 to the computer.
Download Address: https://www.dji.com/cn/matrice-30/downloads。
3. Select the firmware that needs to be upgraded.
4. Wait until it is finished.
Important Items
1. During installation, the snap needs to be placed in the correct direction before connecting;
2.DJI pilot may display occasionally, restart the software when it happens;
3. When the gimbal has high-frequency noise and vibration while getting very hot, do not use
it. Contact the after-sales to return to the factory for repair.
