2. Slide the top of the paper tray
about 1/2” forward, so that the lid
can rotate up.
3. Load the paper into the tray with
the glossy side up.
1. Make sure the ink ribbon
cartridge is free of slack. Place it in
the right side of the printer & close
the door. Be sure to slide it in as
per the directional arrow on the
cartridge.
5. Slide the paper tray into the slot
on the front of the printer.
6. Plug the power cord and the USB
extension cable into the printer. It
should power on and start up by
itself. If not press the large, domed
power button.
4. Close the lid, but do not slide the
top back into its original position.
8. Power on the camera & press the
MENU/OK button in the center of
the round cursor controls.
9. Press the cursor down ring to
select QUALITY. Press MENU/OK to
change the setting.
7. Connect the camera USB cable to
the extension, then plug the
smaller end into the side of the
camera.

11. Using the printer’s navigation
cursor ring/buttons, press▼down
to select ID SETTING.
12. Press MENU/OK to open setting.10. Select 2M and press MENU/OK
again to confirm.
14. Select EASY OPERATION A to
auto print ALL photos stored in the
camera. Choose EASY OPERATION B
to be able to select which photos
will be printed. Press MENU/OK to
confirm.
15. For the size/layout select the
51mm X 51mm X2 option and
press MENU/OK to confirm.
13. Press▼down to select
CAMERA DIRECT ID. Press MENU/OK
to open setting.
17. At the MAIN MENU, select the
CAMERA DIRECT ID EASY A (or B)
and press MENU/OK to confirm.
18. The EASY-A mode will tell you
to take your images, then with the
camera plugged into the printer,
press the PRINT button. This will
automatically print all images
stored on the camera.
16. If prompted, choose whether to
delete photos from camera upon
printing - or to leave them stored in
the camera. Press MENU/OK to
confirm.

20. Make sure you are shooting on
a flat surface that is colored white
or evern very light gray and that it
is non-reflective.
21. Position the subject, sitting
upright, directly in front of the
background. Place the camera
about 4 feet from the subject.
19.The EASY-B mode will tell you to
take your images, then with the
camera plugged into the printer,
press the MENU/OK button. This
allows you to select which images
you want to print.
23.You may need to use the flash to
ensure as little shadow behind the
person as possible.
24. Ensure the camera is plugged
into the printer. Press the PRINT
button if using EASY-A mode. The
printer downloads the photos &
begins to make the prints. Do not
disturb the paper tray.
22. Use the zoom controls to make
the top of the head and the chin fill
up and touch the edges of the
onscreen shooting guide outline.
Press the exposure button to take
the picture.
26. If using the EASY-B mode: press
the MENU/OK button to download
images to the printer. Use the
cursor right or left arrows to choose
the image that you want to print.
27. Press the MENU/OK to select.
Next you’ll see a proof of how your
print will look. Press the PRINT
button to begin printing.
25. Make sure there is AT LEAST 8
inches of clearance behind the
printer. Each sheet takes about 90
seconds to print. When done, you’ll
have 2 identical photos, ready for
you to trim them down to 2” x 2”

29. Insert the sheet into a Passport
Photo Cutter and align the photo
within the square opening.
30. Once in position, press down on
the lever to activate the cutter.
28. Bend the leader strips at the
perforations to cleanly tear them
off of each side of the sheet.
32. Place the finished 2” x 2” photos
in a Passport Folder to protect and
keep them free of finger prints.
24. Close the front tab top create a
professional presentation for your
customers.
31. Flip the sheet over and repeat
the alignment of the remaining
photo. Once positioned, press the
lever down to make the cut.
