The use of other brands of rechargeable battery could cause faults or damage to the camera.
_ NP-40N (included)that is supplied with the camera is a battery only for FinePix F470. Donot load the battery into another
FUJIFILMdigital camera.
Pleasespecify the FUJIFILM NP-40 RechargeableBattery (sold separately)when youpurchase a sparebattery (_P.99).

Charge a NP-40N just before taking pictures (in the last day
or two).
e Reehargeable Battery NP-40N (1)
Do not stick labels onto the battery as this could cause the battery to beco['_le jar'_lmed inside the camera.
When removed from the camera, the battery should be stored and transported in the case provided. Any contact between
the battery terminals could cause the battery to short-circu_ and overheat.
See P.100-101 for information on the battery.
-- @ Saving images @ _,_
