layer.

screws

tightened.
NOTE:
Stainless-steel
screws
may
bind
when
screwed
into
fibe
r
glass
and
overtightened.
It
is
recommended
to
apply
an
anti-seize
lubricant
to
the
screws
before
installing
them
.

device

but
they
may
not
be
suitable
for
the
mounting
surface
.
Before
you
mount
the
device
,
you
must
select
a
mounting
location
and
determine
what
screws
and
other

Connects to the positive terminal of a 12 Vdc
power source capable of supplying 15 A. ~

wire should be connected before connecting
the yellow wire. All accessories connected to
the stereo must share a common ground
location.

turn it on when the stereo turns on.

hands-free mobile phone, the audio mutes or

Connecting to Power
When connecting the stereo to power, you should connect it through the
ignition or another manual switch.
If it is necessary to extend the power and ground wires, use 14 AWG
(2.08 mm
2)
wire. For extensions longer than 1m(3ft.), use 12 AWG
(3.31 mm
2)
wire.
1 Route the power wire to the ignition or another manual switch , and
route the black ground wire ., to the battery.

2 If necessary, route a wire between the switch and the battery .
3 Route the wiring-harness plug to the stereo.
Do not connect the wiring harness to the stereo until after all of the bare
wire connections have been made.
4 Connect the black wire to the negative(-) battery termina l.
5 Connect the power wire to the ignition or another manual switch, and
connect the switch to the positive ( +) battery terminal if necessary.
6 Connect the wiring harness plug to the stereo.

USB Device Compatibility
You can use a USB flash drive or the USB cable included with your media
player to connect a med ia player or mob il e device to the USB port.
The stereo is compatible with iAP2 Apple dev i ces such as the i Phone "7 Plus ,

Phone 7, iPhone 6s Plus ,i Phone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus ,i Phone 6, iPhone 5s,
i Phone 5c , iPhone 5, and iPod touch ( 5th and 6th generat i on).
The stereo is compatible with Andro id "' devices that support the Android Open
Accessory (AOA) protocol.
NOTE: The stereo is not compatible wi th Android devices in MTP or PTP
mode. See the instructions for your Android device to connect using AOA , if
necessary.
The stereo is compatible with media players and other USB mass storage
devices, including USB flash dr i ves . Mus ic on USB dr i ves must meet these
conditions:
• The USB mass storage device must be formatted using the FAT32 f il e
system.
• The music files must be formatted as MP3 files .

Quick Start Manual
This manual contains instructions for using the FUSION@ MS-BB 100 black box
stereo entertainment system with the included wired remote control.
To fully use the FUSION MS-BB1 00 black box stereo, you must use the
FUSION-LinkTM application on a compatible smartphone, a compatible multi-
function display (MFD), or another remote control, such as the FUSION MS-
NRX200i/300 remote control. The included wired remote control only provides
quick access to common functions.
For information on how to control the stereo through the FUSION-Link with a
FUSION-Link compatible chartplotter or multi-function display (MFD), see the
chartplotter or MFD owner's manual.
For information about the FUSION-Link application for compatible Apple@ and
Android™ mobile devices, go to the Apple App StoresM online store or the Google
Pla{M store.
For more information about using another remote, such as the FUSION MS-
NRX200i/300 remote control, see the FUSION website,

Media Player Connection
& CAUTION
Always disconnect your media player from the stereo when not in use and do not
leave it in your vessel. This helps reduce the risk of theft and damage from
extreme temperatures.
Do not remove the media player or use your stereo in a distracting manner while
operating the vessel. Check and obey all marine laws in association with use.
The stereo accepts a variety of media players, including smartphones and other
mobile devices. You can connect a compatible media player using a Bluetooth
wireless connection or a USB connection to the USB port .
NOTE: If you connect a supported media player to the USB port, you must either
disable Bluetooth on the media player, or unpair the Bluetooth connection from
the stereo to avoid possible media-playback issues.
Connecting a USB Device
You can connect a USB device to the USB port on the FUSION MS-BB100 black
box stereo.
1 Locate the USB port on the FUSION MS-BB 100 black box stereo.
2 Connect the USB device to the USB port.
3 Select the USB source.
USB Device Compatibility
You can use a USB flash drive or the USB cable included with your media player
to connect a media player or mobile device to the USB port.

limited
warranty

The
product
serial
number
or
the
accessory
date
code
has
been
removed

defaced
or
altered
.
•
The
product
was
used
with
or
connected
to
an
accessory
not
supplied
by
FUSION
or
fit
for
use
with
FUSION
product,
or
used
in
a
manner
other
than
its
intended
use
.
If
a
problem
develops
during
the
limited
warranty
period
,
the
consumer
should
take
the
following
step-by-step
procedure

consumer
shall
return
the
product
to
any
authorised
FUSION
dealer
in
authorised
sales
countr

es
for
repair
or
replacement
processing.
FUSION
assumes
no
freight
or
shipping
responsibility
for
returning
goods
to
an
authorised
FUSION
dealer

or
return
freight
from
an
authorised
dealer
to
the
consumer
submitting
the
warranty
claim

charged

any
parts
or
labour

not

gerepareerde
product
wordt
gegarandeerd
voor
de
resterende
dagen
van
de
originele
garantieperiode
of
gedurende
negentig
(90)
dagen
na
de
datum
van
reparatie,
wat
het
langste
is.
•
Aile
garantieclaims
moeten
vergezeld
gaan
van
een
kopie
van
dit
garantiebewijs
en
een
kopie
van
het
bewijs
van
de
aankoopdatum.
De
consument
heeft
geen
recht
op
dekking
of
voordelen
krachtens
deze
beperkte
garantie
indien
een
van
de
volgende
omstandigheden
zich
voordoet:
•
Het
product
is
blootgesteld
aan:
abnormaal
gebruik,
abnormale
omstandigheden,
verkeerde
opslag,
niet-geautoriseerde
wijzigingen,
niet-geautoriseerde
aansluitingen,
niet-geautoriseerde
reparatie
inclusief
maar
niet
beperkt
tot
gebruik
van
niet-geautoriseerde
onderdelen
bij
de
reparatie,
verkeerd
gebruik,
verwaarlozing,
misbruik,
ongeluk,
verandering,
onjuiste
installatie,
force
majeure,
gemorst(e)
voedsel
of
vloeistof,
verkeerde
afstelling
van
de
bediening
of
andere
handelingen
die
waar
FUSION
geen
controle
over
heeft,
zoals
gebreken
aan
verbruiksonderdelen
zoals
zekeringen,
en
breuk
of
schade
aan
antennes
tenzij
deze
rechtstreeks
zijn
veroorzaakt
door
fouten
in
materiaal
of
vakmanschap
en
de
normale
slijtage
van
het
product.
•
FUSION
is
niet
door
de
consument
ingelicht
over
het
beweerde
defect
of
beweerde
slechte
werking
van
het
product
tijdens
de
geldende
beperkte
garantieperiode.
•
Het
serienummer
van
het
product
of
de
datumcode
van
accessoires
is
verwijderd,
onleesbaar
gemaakt
of
veranderd.
•
Het
product
is
gebruikt
met
of
aangesloten
op
een
accessoire
dat
niet
door
FUSION
is
meegeleverd
of
niet
geschikt
is
voor
gebruik
met
het
FUSION-product,
of
gebruikt
op
een
wijze
anders
dan
het
bedoelde
gebruik.
Als
er
tijdens
de
beperkte
garantieperiode
een
probleem
ontstaat,
moet
de
consument
de
volgende
stapsgewijze
procedure
volgen:

De
consument
zal
het
product
voor
reparatie
of
vervanging
terugbrengen
naar
een
geautoriseerd
FUSION-dealer
in
Ianden
waar
verkoop
is
geautoriseerd.
FUSION
aanvaardt
geen
verantwoordelijkheid
voor
vracht-
of
verzendkosten
voor
het
retourneren
van
goederen
aan
een
geautoriseerd
FUSION-dealer,
of
retourneringskosten
van
de
geautoriseerde
dealer
naar
de
klant
die
de
garantieclaim
indient.

Eventuele
onderdelen
of
arbeidskosten
die
niet
door
deze
beperkte
garantie
worden
gedekt,
zijn
oak
voor
rekening
van
de
consument.
De
consument
is
verantwoordelijk
voor
de
kosten
in
verband
met
herinstallatie
van
het
product.

Als
het
product
na
afloop
van
de
garantieperiode
aan
FUSION
wordt
geretourneerd,
zal
het
normale
servicebeleid
van
FUSION
gelden
en
worden
de
consument
dienovereenkomstig
kosten
berekend.

GELDEN
VOOR
ZOVER
ZE
NIET
KUNNEN
WORDEN
VERVANGEN
DOOR
ENIG
ANDER
RECHT

RECHTSMIDDEL
ONDER
ENIGE
GELDENDE
WETGEVING
DIE
NIET
KAN
WORDEN
UITGESLOTEN.
ANDERS
WORDT
VOOR,
ZOVER
DAT
BIJ
WET
IS
TOEGESTAAN,
ELKE
IMPLICIETE
GARANTIE
UITGESLOTEN.
DE
HIERVOOR
VERMELDE
GARANTIE
IS
DE
ENIGE
EN
EXCLUSIEVE
REMEDIE
VOOR
DE
KOPER
EN
VERVANGT
ALLE
ANDERE
UITDRUKKELIJKE
OF
IMPLICIETE
GARANTIES.
VOOR
ZOVER
BIJ
WET
TOEGESTAAN,
ZAL
FUSION
NIET
AANSPRAKELIJK
ZIJN
VOOR
INCIDENTELE
OF
GEVOLGSCHADE
OF
EEN
VERLIES
VAN
VERWACHTE
VOORDELEN
OF
WINSTEN
DOOR
HET
GEBRUIKEN
VAN
OF
HET
NIET
KUNNEN
GEBRUIKEN
VAN
HET
PRODUCT.
•
Toepasselijke
wet-
en
regelgeving
staan
de
beperking
of
uitsluiting
van
aansprakelijkheid
in
sommige
situaties
mogelijk
niet
toe,
waardoor
de
hiervoor
genoemde
beperkingen
of
uitsluitingen
mogelijk
niet
op
u
van
toepassing
zijn.
•
FUSION
accepteert
geen
enkele
andere
verplichting
of
aansprakelijkheid
boven
hetgeen
uitdrukkelijk
in
deze
garantie
is
vermeld
en
autoriseert
geen
enkel
geautoriseerd
reparatiecentrum
of
persoon
of
eenheid
om
deze
voor
haar
te
accepteren.
•
Aile
garantiegegevens,
productkenmerken
en
specificaties
kunnen
zonder
voorafgaande
kennisgeving
worden
gewijzigd.
