Messung
Die Messstelle des Werkstückes muss sauber gereinigt werden, um eine
Verschmutzung des Tasters zu vermeiden. Wird die Rauheit von Hand gemessen,
wird die Vorschubeinheit auf das Werkstück gelegt und ruhig gehalten. Die
grüne Anzeigelampe am Gerät muss aufleuchten, sie zeigt an, dass sich Gerät
und Taster in messbereitem Zustand befinden. Nach der Betätigung der Start-
taste oder der Fernbedienung am Vorschub läuft der Messvorgang automatisch
ab. Eine laufende Messung kann durch Betätigen einer beliebigen Taste
abgebrochen werden. Der Taster bleibt stehen, er wird durch eine weitere
Betätigung der Starttaste in die Ausgangsposition zurückgefahren.

Eichung

Sprache einstellen

Taster
Der Auflage-Schuh (6) wird mit dem beiliegenden Inbusschlüssel oder der
Rändelmutter (Typ VHF) entfernt.
Der Messtaster (5, 12) wird nun so in die Führung der Vorschubeinheit gesteckt,
dass der Punkt in die Mitte des Prismas zeigt.
Wenn Messungen von Hand gemacht werden, wird der Auflageschuh wieder
an der Vorschubeinheit befestigt.
Warnung: Der Messtaster darf auf keinen Fall mit Gewalt
eingesteckt werden, er darf nur am grössten möglichen
Durchmesser mit grosser Vorsicht angefasst werden!

Measuring
The area to be measured on the work piece must be properly cleaned
in order to avoid that the tracer getting dirty. If the roughness is measured
manually, the tracer is laid onto the work piece and held steadily. The green
indicator LED on the instrument must be on, confirming that the tracer and
the instrument are in condition ready to measure. After pressing the start key,
the measuring procedure is effected automatically. Shortly after, the measuring
values can be read on the LCD-display and printed out. Pressing any key can
interrupt a current measuring operation and bring the tracer to a halt.
After a few seconds the trace rgo back to its starting position again.

Connections
On one side of the instrument there are three connections, one for the power
supply, one for the cable to the motor unit, respectively to the tracer, and ano-
ther one for the serial connection to a computer.

Calibration
1. Press any button, after some seconds, the instrument is ready for operation

For the calibration, the cutoff 0.8 mm is set automatically!

Setting of language

Tracer
Remove the supporting shoe by using the enclosed hexagon key or by means of
the knurled nut (type VHF).
Insert the tracer into the traverse unit so, that the point looks to the prism
Warning: By no means is the tracer be inserted forcefully;
it must be held with the utmost care at its largest diameter!
If manual measurements are to be effected, remount the supporting shoe to the
traverse unit once again. The position of the supporting shoe is correctly reached
when the work piece is supported on its whole length by the traversing unit
with supporting shoe. If the measuring area is too small, the bottom surfaces of
traversing unit and supporting shoe must be on the same level.

Mesure
Afin d‘éviter tout encrassement du palpeur, la face de mesure de l’étalon
de rugosité doit être soigneusement nettoyée. Lors de la vérification manu-
elle des états de surfaces, l’unité d’entraînement sera positionnée sur la face de
mesure où elle sera maintenue sans forcer. La diode verte de l’instrument doit
être allumée, confirmant ainsi que I‘unité d‘entraînement et le palpeur se trou-
vent en position correcte pour prendre la mesure. Après avoir activé la touche
Départ, le cycle de mesure se déroule automatiquement. Les valeurs mesurées
peuvent ensuite être lues sur l’affichage puis imprimées.
L’opération de mesure peut être interrompue en tout temps en appuyant
sur l’une des touches du clavier. Le palpeur s’immobilise et revient à sa
position initiale après quelques secondes.

Sur le côté gauche de l’instrument se trouvent les trois prises de raccordement

Etalonnage
1. Appuyé sur une des touches de l’appareil. Celui ci sera prêt après
quelques secondes

Montage du palpeur
Démontez le sabot d‘appui à I‘aide de la clé six pans livrée ou de la vis moletée
(type VHF).Le palpeur (5, 12) sera branché dans l’unité d’entraînement avec le
point de marquage au centre du prisme. Pour effectuer les mesures manuelle-
ment, remontez le sabot d‘appui.
Avertissement : Le palpeur ne doit en aucun cas être tordu. Il
doit être tenu sur le diamètre le plus grand avec beaucoup de
précaution !

Misurazione
I punti di misurazione del pezzo da lavorare devono essere ben puliti,
per evitare che il tastatore si sporchi. Se la ruvidezza viene misurata a mano,
l‘unità di avanzamento viene collocata sul pezzo e tenuta ferma. La lampada di
segnalazione verde sull‘apparecchio deve accendersi a indicare che apparecchio
e tastatore sono pronti per la misurazione. Il processo di misurazione si svolge in
modo automatico dopo aver premuto il tasto di avvio o il telecomando sull‘unità
di traslazione.
È possibile interrompere una misurazione in corso premendo un tasto
qualsiasi. Il tastatore rimane fermo, dopo poco tempo viene riportato
nella posizione di partenza.

Calibrazione

è pronto a funzionare

Pulsante
Il pattino di guida (6) viene rimosso con la chiave a brugola inclusa o con il dado
zigrinato (tipo VHF).
Il tastatore di misura (5, 12) viene quindi inserito nella guida dell‘unità di avanza-
mento, così che il punto indichi al centro del prisma.
Se le misurazioni vengono eseguite a mano, il pattino di guida viene fissato di
nuovo all‘unità di avanzamento.
Avviso: non inserire mai il tastatore di misura con forza,
esso può soltanto toccare con estrema cautela il diametro
più grande possibile!
