whose weight is 40 lbs max as tested per US 16 CFR 1227 and
15 kg max as tested per BS EN 1888.
For use with children whose height is 45 inches, (114 cm) or less.
Children MUST be buckled in the seats with harness properly adjusted.

WARNING

Avoid Serious Injury to Children From Falling or Sliding Out:
• ALWAYS use harness to restrain each child.
• Snugly adjust harness around each child.
• NEVER leave children unattended, even when sleeping.
Always keep children in view.
• DO NOT allow children to climb on stroller or stand in seat.
Avoid Serious Injury to Children:
• DO NOT let your child play with this product.
• This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.
• This product is not suitable for running or skating.
• DO NOT allow children to sit or stand in storage basket.
• Use caution when pushing stroller near traffic or in highly
congested areas.
• DO NOT use stroller on stairs or escalators with children in it.
• DO NOT lift stroller by arm bar.
Avoid Loss of Control of Stroller:
• ALWAYS use front wheel swivel locks when pushing stroller
on uneven terrain.
• Use caution when pushing stroller on uneven terrain or hills.
• ALWAYS set parking brake when the stroller is stopped.
• NEVER leave stroller unattended on a hill or incline even
when parking brake is set.
Avoid Injury From Stroller Tipping Over:
• DO NOT allow children to climb into stroller unassisted, or to
play or hang onto stroller.
• DO NOT overload stroller as it an become unstable.
• DO NOT carry more than one child per seat.
• DO NOT place extra parcels or goods in or on the stroller.
• DO NOT add package carrying accessories or hang items
from stroller.
• DO NOT place more than 15 lbs. (6.7kg) in storage basket.
• ALWAYS distribute weight as evenly as possible on each
side of the stroller.
Avoid Pinch Injury:
• Keep fingers clear of hinged joints when folding and
unfolding stroller.
• When making adjustments, always ensure all childrens
body parts are clear of any moving parts.
• To avoid injury, ensure that your child is kept away when
unfolding and folding this product.

Assembly Instructions
•Read all instructions before ASSEMBLY and USE of stroller.
•Unpack carton, remove packing materials including polybag. Identify and check all
parts. If parts are missing or damaged, call
Gaggle®
for assistance at
330.722.5033.
•Discard all packing materials after assembly.
• Choking Hazard - Stroller assembly hardware includes small parts.
Keep small parts away from children.
• Plastic bags can cause suffocation. Keep plastic bag away from
children. Remove and discard plastic bags.
• Pinch Hazard - Keep hands clear of moving parts during assembly,
folding and unfolding.

STEP 1 - Unfolding Stroller
1. Lay folded Stroller Frame Assembly (A) on clean floor with footrest
facing down (Fig. 1).
2. Release the folding lock on the left side of the stroller by pulling
outwards on it while pulling up on the handlebar (Fig. 2).
3. Pull up to unfolded position then push down on handlebar to lock in
place (Fig. 3).
STEP 2 - Attaching Bottom Storage Bar
1. Align rear bar with bottom storage tubes (Fig. 1).
2. Press pins on both sides of rear bar (Fig. 2) and slide the bar into
storage tubes until pins snap into place (Fig. 3).

STEP 3 - Installing/Removing Rear Wheels
Rear Wheel Installation:
1. Align Rear Wheel (E) with axle tube on stroller and insert
(Fig. 1). The wheel will click into place. Pull on wheels to check
that they are secured in place.
2. Repeat for other wheel.
Rear Wheel Removal:
1. Pull the release tab on bottom of wheel hub (Fig. 2) then pull
wheel away from stroller (Fig. 3). Repeat for other wheel.
STEP 4 - Installing/Removing Front Wheels
Front Wheel Installation:
1. Align Front Wheel (D) with axle tube on front of stroller and
insert (Fig .1). The wheel will click into place. Pull on wheels to
check that they are secured in place.
2. Repeat for other wheel.
Front Wheel Removal:
1. Press the release button located on top of wheel hub (Fig. 2)
and pull wheel away from stroller (Fig. 3). Repeat for other
wheel.

STEP 5 - Installing/Removing Front Arm Bar
Arm Bar Installation:
1. Align Front Arm Bar (C) locking pins with the holes on the front
of the stroller. The pins will lock into place.
2. Check to see if the front arm bar is secure by pulling on it. The
arm bar should stay securely in place.
Arm Bar Removal:
To remove the front arm bar, press the button on the underside
of the front arm bar base (Fig. 1), then pull arm bar away from
the stroller (Fig. 2). Repeat for other side.

STEP 6 - Canopy Assembly

1. Position Folded Canopy on stroller frame (Fig. 1).
2. Secure Long Canopy Arm by inserting end of canopy arm into
Canopy Retainer Slot located on side above armrest (Fig. 2).
Repeat for other side.
3. Secure Short Canopy Arm by inserting end of canopy arm
into Canopy Retainer Slot (Fig. 3). Repeat for other side.
4. Secure back of canopy to stroller by zipping the zipper (Fig. 4).

STEP 6 - Canopy Assembly Continued
5. Pull the canopy storage bag down. Secure it to the seat
back with the velcro on the back of the storage bag (Fig. 5).
6. Velcro the canopy sides over top of the stroller frame on both
sides of the stroller (Fig. 6).
7. Unfold canopy (Fig. 7).
8. Secure the front of the canopy by inserting the Front
Canopy Clip into the Front Clip Retainer (Fig. 8). Repeat for
other side. Pull on the adjustment strap to tighten canopy.

STEP 7 - Canopy Removal
1. Press the release button on the Front Canopy Clip located on
the inside of the stroller frame (Fig. 1). Repeat for other side.
2. Take apart the velcro canopy sides on both sides of the stroller
frame (Fig. 2).
3. Undo velcro straps under canopy storage bag and pull it up
above handle (Fig. 3).
4. Unzip the zipper on back of canopy (Fig. 4).
5. Press the release button on the Short Canopy Arm (Fig. 5).
Repeat for other side.
6. Press the release button on the Long Canopy Arm (Fig. 6).

Canopy may be tightened or loosened by pulling on the
adjustment strap where the canopy clips into the armrest (Fig. 1).

Canopy Adjustment
Canopy Window
To Secure the Flap in the Open Position:
1. Roll canopy window up towards top of canopy.
2. Thread plastic connector through loop on top of canopy (Fig. 1).

Front Arm Bar
The Front Arm Bar can be detached on one side and be rotated out of
the way for ease of loading (Fig. 1). Reattach disconnected side
once children are loaded into stroller.
Storage Compartment and Cup Holders
There are five elastic cup holders as well as extra storage located
on the back of the canopy.

Seat Back Recline Adjustment
Note: Both seats have one recline position.
Front Seat Adjustment:
To Recline Front Seat:
1. Pull up on seat back Recline Handle (Fig. 1).
2. Lower seat back to reclined position and release handle.
To Raise Front Seat Back Into Upright Position:
1. Pull up on seat back Recline Handle and pull seat up to upright
position (Fig. 1).
2. Check that seat is locked.
Rear Seat Adjustment:
To Recline Rear Seat:
1. While holding seat back up, release both Seat Back Buckles
(Fig. 2).
2. Lower seat back into position.
To Raise Back Seat Back Into Upright Position:
1. Push seat back up and forward to upright position and fasten
both Seat Back Buckles (Fig. 2).

To Strap Child Into Harness:
1.With harness unbuckled, place child in seat.
2.Secure child with harness by positioning Crotch
Strap between childs legs and placing Shoulder
and Waist Belt over shoulders and thighs.
3. Align Shoulder Belt Clip with Thigh Belt Clip
(Fig. 1).
4. Slide clips together. Push them into crotch
strap buckle (Fig. 2). Repeat for other side.
5.Snugly adjust each strap by pulling on the
free end of the strap and moving plastic loop
along strap.
Shoulder Belt Adjustment:
Note: Use shoulder belt slots closest to child’s
shoulders.
1. Reach through seat back opening and locate
shoulder belt anchor. Turn and push belt anchor
and shoulder belt through slot in seat back
(Fig. 3).
2. Locate desired height and push belt anchor
and shoulder belt back through slot. Ensure
belt anchor is sticking out the back of the
seat. Rotate belt anchor to lay flat on back of
seat (Fig. 4). Repeat for opposite shoulder belt.
Crotch Belt Adjustment:
Tighten crotch strap by pulling on the plastic
loop on the strap and moving it along the strap.

Rear Parking Brake Operation
Locking Parking Brake:
To lock parking brake, place foot on top of brake lever located by the
right rear wheel and push down (Fig. 1).
Unlocking Parking Brake:
To unlock parking brake, place foot below brake lever and pull up.
WARNING
Always lock parking brake when stroller is stopped and when
loading and unloading children.

Folding and Portability
To Fold Stroller:
NOTE: Make sure seats are in the upright position.
1. Undo front canopy clips (Fig. 1).
2. Fold front part of canopy back towards seat (Fig. 2).
3. Move canopy back towards rear seat (Fig. 3).
4. Fold canopy back completely (Fig. 4).

WARNING
• Pinch Hazard - Keep hands clear of moving parts during assembly,
folding, and unfolding.
• Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
To Fold Stroller:
5. Roll stroller back slightly
ensuring front wheels are
facing backwards. Lock
parking brake.
6. Pull up on the left folding
trigger. At the same
time, with the other hand,
press the button on the right
side folding trigger and pull
up. Be sure to do both sides
at the same time to release
lock (Fig. 5).
7. Fold stroller and ensure that
front wheels lay flat and
locking mechanism on left
side is engaged (Fig. 6).
For Portability:
Front arm bar allows stroller to
be easily moved when needed.
(Fig. 7). Please note - before
moving, parking brake will
need to be released if engaged
in step 1.

Cleaning Instructions
Cleaning Stroller:
1. Surface wash only with mild solution of soap and water.
2. Rinse with water to remove soap solution.
3. Wipe or air dry.
To Lock Front Wheels:
1.Rotate front wheel until it is
pointing forward.
2.Push swivel lock to the inside
of the stroller to engage it
(Fig. 1).
3. Check that front swivel is
securely locked by trying to
rotate wheel side to side.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for
other wheel.
To Unlock Front Wheels:
1.Push swivel lock to the outside
of the stroller to release
(Fig. 2).
2. Repeat for other wheel.
WARNING
Always use front wheel swivel locks when pushing stroller on
uneven ground.
