TempSure  Plus: Temperature fluctuations are minimised by constantly compensating for
changes in water pressure whilst a thermal cut out will stop water heating should the
temperature become unsafe. Also incorporates phased shutdown flushing excess hot
water to ensure a cool starting temperature for the next user.
