IT Il kit KVK valvola 2 vie motorizzata ON/OFF, collegato ai pannelli comando
LED503 e MYCOMFORT, consente la regolazione della temperatura ambiente
interromprendo il flusso dell'acqua attraverso lo scambiatore di calore.
Il kit KVK è disponibile sia per impianti a 2 tubi sia per impianti a 4 tubi:
COME ORDINARE
Le valvole a 2 vie, una volta installate, avranno le quote di installazione indicate in figura 3.

1= Ingresso acqua batteria standard 2x1
2= Ingresso acqua batteria termoconvettore 2x1
3= Uscita acqua batteria DF FLAT
4= Ingresso acqua batteria standard FLAT
5 = Uscita acqua batteria DF ESTRO

NOTA BENE:
- La valvola per batteria addizionale DF non è presente per le versioni
costruttive ESTRO FB - FB C
- Per le versioni costruttive ESTRO FB - FB C la valvola viene montata
sull'uscita della batteria standard
Il kit si compone di:
Valvola a 2 vie, realizzata in ottone, pressione massima di esercizio 16 bar.
Attuatore elettrotermico, alimentazione 230 V azione ON/OFF, tempo di apertura
totale 4 minuti (a richiesta disponibile per alimentazione a 24V).
Raccordo curvo 90° in ottone per l'installazione della valvola sullo scambiatore di
calore.
Le perdite di carico dell’assieme valvola/kit idraulico di collegamento si ricavano
dalla formula:

INSTALLAZIONE
1. Procedere all'istallazione delle valvole come indicato nelle figure 1 e 2:

2. Cablare i cavi della valvola in morsettiera nelle posizoni predisposte (fare
riferimento al manuale del comando adottato per le connessioni elettriche).
3. Collegare elettricamente al pannello di comando seguendo le indicazioni riportate
sul manuale di installazione dell'unità.
Nel caso di attuatore a 24V provvedere al collegamento con comando non
fornito
EN The ON/OFF motor driven 2-way KVK valve kit connected to the LED503 and
MYCOMFORT control panel, controls the room temperature by stopping the
water flow through the heat exchanger.
HOW TO ORDER
After installation, the 2-way valves will have the installation measures reported in Figure 3.
KEY TO FIGURE 3:
1 = Water inlet - standard heat exchanger 2x1
2 = Water inlet - static convector heat exchanger 2x1
3 = Water outlet - DF FLAT heat exchanger
4 = Water inlet - FLAT standard heat exchanger
5 = Water outlet - DF ESTRO heat exchanger
6 = Water inlet - ESTRO standard heat exchanger
NOTE
- The valve for additional DF heat exchanger is not present on ESTRO FB - FB C models.
- On ESTRO FB - FB C models the valve is mounted on the outlet of the standard heat
exchanger
The kit includes:
Brass 2-way valve, maximum operating pressure 16 bar.
Electrothermal actuator featuring 230 V, ON/OFF functions, total opening time 4
minutes (24V supply voltage available on request).
Brass 90°union elbow for the installation of the valve on the heat exchanger.
Pressure drops of the valve/hydraulic kit assembly are calculated using the following
formula:

INSTALLATION
1. Install the valves as shown in figures 1 and 2:

Figure 2: installation of kit, 4 pipe systems, left side connections
2. Connect the valve wires to the terminal board according to the indications
provided (for electric connections, refer to the instruction manual of the actuator).
3. Make the electrical connections of the control board following the indications of
the installation manual of the unit.
In case of 24V actuator, make the connection to the controller, non provided.
