Blu-link QuickStart

Congratulations on your new Blu-Link!
Blu-Link allows you to control GATE devices such as TITAN, ASTER, and STATUS
and connect them to other compatible ones wirelessly via the GCS App. What’s
more, Blu-Link is an additional adjustable smart fuse and multifunctional
wattmeter enabling you to, e.g., read Telemetry data.

Together with the GCS App, you can adjust the settings of TITAN, ASTER,
STATUS, and other GATE devices and update or upgrade their rmware.
Blu-Link is compatible with the GCS App for devices with Android, iOS,
and soon also Windows and macOS.

Before starting the installation process, make sure your AEG is empty
and there are no BBs inside.

compartment as the device, its parts or accessories.

Incorrectly connecting positive and negative battery terminals may
cause immediate damage to the device, which is not covered by
warranty and can lead to re.
Warning
Blu-Link may only be used in replicas with tapped metal stock buer
tubes due to the risk of burns and a re hazard.
Caution
Prevent the device from contact with conductive materials, such
as dust, liquid or metal powder, etc.

Connecting batteries with voltage over 17 V will cause permanent
damage to the device, which is not covered by warranty.

Do not remove the device protective heat-shrink tube.

How to Use Blu-Link

Note
You can use Blu-Link without an ETU. It will work as a smart fuse and a
multifunctional wattmeter enabling you to, e.g., read Telemetry data.
First Connection via the GCS App
1. Have the PIN number printed on the Blu-Link PIN card handy
2. Download and install GCS:
www.gatee.eu/gcs
3. Enable Bluetooth® on your device
4. Enable Location on your device (in order to search for available Blu-Link

devices within Bluetooth® range)
5. Plug the AEG battery into Blu-Link INPUT, the green
LED should glow for 1 s
6. A blinking blue LED means Blu-Link is ready
to connect to GCS
7. Log into GCS
8. Select New Device in Dashboard
9. Click Refresh
10. Select the Blu-Link you want to connect to from
the list of available devices

11. Enter the PIN number
12. Plug in your AEG/ETU into the Blu-Link OUTPUT connector
13. Enjoy using Blu-Link
Note
In case of problems with connection, check LED status with the
Troubleshooting Card.
Note
Keep the Blu-Link PIN card or save PIN printed on it – you will need it for
each new connection. If you lose your PIN, contact us at
[e-mail].

Note
Blu-Link is compatible with Bluetooth version 4.0 or later.
Plug and Play
1. Enable Bluetooth® on your device
2. Enable Location on your device
3. Plug the AEG battery into the Blu-Link INPUT connector, the green LED
should glow for 1 s
4. Log into the GCS App any time
5. Select New Device in Dashboard

6. Select the Blu-Link you want to connect to from the list of available devices
7. Plug in your AEG/ETU into the Blu-Link OUTPUT connector
8. Enjoy using Blu-Link
Note
In case of problems with connection, check LED status with the
Troubleshooting Card.
Blu-Link Installation in the Replica
1. Open the stock cover
2. Remove the stock buer tube end cap
