betweenAutomatic&When using the TIMED CYCLES,you
Timed drying? select the number of minutes you
wish the dryer to run and it turns off
AtdkxrnaticDrying at the end of this time period.
When using the AUTOMATICcycles,
the Automatic Dry Control system
continually sensesthe temperature of
the air in the dryer drum. Wet laundry
keepsthis air cool. Whenthe laundry
is dry enough (andthe drum air warm
enough)the heat turns off. When the
air cools, the heat turns back on. This
off and on cycling may happena num-
ber of times (dependingon the fabric,
load size, and Cycle Selector setting.)
The Cycle Selector advances (when
the heat is off) until it automatically
turns off dryer.
