Whenusing your doorbell equipment,basicsafetyprecautions
shouldalwaysbe followed to reduce therisk of fire, electric
shockand injury,including the following.
1.Read and understand allthe instructions.
2.Followallwarnings and instructions marked on the product.
3.Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosolcleaners. Use a damp
cloth for cleaning.
4.Do not use thisproduct near water (for example, nearabath
tub, kitchen sink, swimmingpool).
5.Do notexpose the productto direct sunlight or extremecold
environment.Donot put the product closeto heatingsources
such as radiators, cookers, etc.
6.Unplug this product fromthe wall outlet and refer servicing
to the distributor under the following conditions:
lIfthe product does not operate normallybyfollowing the
operating instructions.
lIfthe product has beendroppedandthecabinet has been
damaged.
lIfthe product exhibitsa distinct change in performance.
7.Avoidusing the doorbellduring an electrical storm.There
maybe a remote riskofelectric shockfromlightning.
8.Do not use the doorbell to report a gas leakin thevicinityof
the leak.This does not make sense ?
9.Please note the correct polaritywhile inserting the batteries.
10.Donotimmerse batteries in water,do not placeinfire. Do
you normallyputthis on a user guide?
GETTING STARTED
Package contents
The package contains the following items:
Doorbell,AAbatteries x 2, User guide, Screws andAnchors
Install batteriestothe Doorbell
1. Remove the screwin the bottom.
2. Push to remove the wall mount cover at the back.
3. Install twoAAbatteries into the batterycompartment,
matching the polaritymarkings (+ and -) inside the battery
compartment.
4. Push to attach the wall mount cover backto the battery
compartment andinsert thescrew.
REGISTRATION
Registration
If you arebuying an additional doorbell, followthe procedure
in next chapter.
Ifyour doorbell issoldwith the AMPLIDECT595 U.L.E in pack
format, youdo not need toregister.
EasyRegistration forAudio Doorbell
1. Make sure the doorbellis powered on with batteriesbefore
registering it to the telephone base.

2. Press and hold / Handset locator keyon the
telephoneAD595ULE base until you hear abeep.
3. Press and hold the pairing button oftheAudio Doorbell
until the blue LED light flashes. The AudioDoorbellis now
registering to theAMPLIDEDT595 U.L.E.
When theAudio Doorbell is successfully registered to the base,
you will hear confirmation beeps.
Please note : Themaximumnumberofdoorbells you can have
connectedtotheAMPLIDEDT595U.L.Eis 2.
USING
Installthe doorbell, press and checkthat the doorbellremote
is properlyconnected andis withinthe correct rangetoring the
AMPLIDECT595 U.L.E.
During the doorbellalert,press the Green buttonofthe
handsettostart thecommunicationbetween thehandset and
the remote.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Ifyou have difficultywith your phone, please trythe suggestion
listed below.
Problem Solutions
There is no LED
light flashing on
the doorbell when
it is pressed
Makesure you install twoAA
batteries and connect AC power
supplyto the doorbell.
The doorbell mayhave run out of
battery.You mayneed to replace
newbatteries.
Makesure the doorbell isregistered
to the telephone system.
Ifthe previoussuggestions do not
work, deregister all devicesand
registerthemto thetelephone base
again.
