Installation (See drawing)
1 – Insert the 23A 12V battery into the door bell.
2 – Insert the 4 (AA) batteries into the battery
compartment main unit or connect the adaptor 7.5V
DC/1A (optional).
Electrical connection : The apparatus is designed to
operate from a 230V 50Hz supply only. (Classified as
«hazardous voltage» according to EN60950 standard).
The apparatus does not incorporate an integral power
on/off switch. To disconnect the power, either switch off
supply at the mains power socket or unplug the AC
adaptor. When installing the apparatus, ensure that the
mains power socket is readily accessible.

Setting up the Door Bell
1. The door bell can be carried around by people who
need assistance
2. The door bell can be fixed on the wall or a door frame.
Drill two holes horizontally, 14mm apart. Insert the two
supplied anchors into the two holes. Hang the door bell
onto the two anchors and then insert and tighten the
screws. Finally, stick the blank sticker over the two
holes.
3. The door bell can be stuck onto a door or window
using the supplied strong adhesive tape. Remove the
protective paper from the adhesive tape on the back of
the door bell and then stick to the required door,
window or surface.
Wall Mounting the Chime Unit
1. Drill two holes horizontally, 96mm apart, and leave the
screws protruding from the wall by 5mm.
2. Hang the base on to the two screws and pull the base
down to lock it.
Table Mounting
If you want to mount the unit on the table simply place the
unit into the base cradle, and then place the base cradle
on the table.

Change the Battery of the Indoor Unit (optional)
The unit requires 4×AA batteries
1. Open the battery door.
2. Insert four AA batteries into the compartment.
3. Snap the battery compartment door back into place.
Note: When the low battery indicator keeps flashing, it is
time to replace the batteries. Alternatively, use a mains
adaptor as an option (contact 01707 387602).
Install and Change the Battery of the Door bell
Install the 23A 12V battery into the door bell
To replace the battery, unscrew the door bell from the
wall, and unscrew the one screw located on the back to
gain access to the battery compartment. Replace the
battery then replace the battery compartment flap and
screw and remount.
Note: Do not use a rechargeable battery. Do not put the
used battery into the household rubbish, pay attention to
regulations regarding battery disposal.

Volume Control Slide Switch
The volume control slide switch can be used to set the
volume of the alarm sound and switch the unit on/off.
The Pairing Procedure:
The supplied door bell has been paired with the base,
there is no need to pair them. If the door bell is not paired
with the base or you wish to pair the base with another
door bell, please follow the pairing procedure below:
Press and hold the Pairing/Test button of the unit whilst
pressing the doorbell button until the strobe flasher LED
starts to flash. The unit will make a beep sound to confirm
that pairing has taken place successfully.
Please note that the pairing procedure overwrites the last
doorbell that was paired to the unit.
To check whether the device is working properly and has
been paired correctly, press the pairing/testing button
once. The device should sound the alarm and flash.
Operation
Once the Amplicall 16 and the door bell have been
placed in the required locations and all required batteries
have been inserted, you are ready to use the device.
To use the device, the person who needs assistance
must press the door bell button of the door bell.

Installation (voir dessin ci-dessous)
1 – Mettre les 4 piles type AA (vendu en option) .
2 – Connectez l’adaptateur secteur (vendu en option)
Raccordement électrique : l’appareil est prévu pour
fonctionner uniquement avec l’adaptateur secteur 230V
50Hz fourni. (Tension classée “dangereuse” selon les
critères de la norme En60950).
Par précaution en cas de danger, le bloc alimentation
secteur sert de dispositif de sectionnement de
l’alimentation 230V. Il doit être installé à proximité du
matériel et être aisément accessible.

Montage Mural De La Sonnette
1. La sonnette peut être portée par la personne
nécéssitant de l’aide
2. Vous pouvez placer votre sonnette sur un mur ou une
porte, percez 2 trous horizontallements espacés de
14 mm, mettre les 2 chevilles fournis et fixer votre
sonnette avec les 2 vis, puis coller l’autocollant blanc
fourni sur les 2 trous.
3. La sonnette peut être collée sur une porte ou
fenêtre en utilisant le ruban adhésif. Retirez le papier
protecteur du ruban adhésif sur le dos de la sonnette
et placez-la à l’endroit requis.
Potentiomètre De Volume
Vous pouvez ajuster le volume de l'alarme ; ainsi que
l'allumer ou l'éteindre.
Montage Mural de la base
Percez 2 trous à l'horizontale distants de 96 mm dans
votre mur. Insérez 2 chevilles avec leurs vis. Laissez
dépasser les vis de 5 mm.
Faites glisser votre base dans les têtes de vis.
Placez ensuite l'AMPLICALL16 sur les vis et tirez la base
vers le bas afin que le boîtier soit bloqué.

Table De Montage
Si vous souhaitez installer l'AMPLICALL16 sur une table,
posez le socle, puis insérez le boitier dedans.
Remplacement Des Piles (vendu en option)
Insérez les 4 piles type AA fournies avec l’appareil pour
son fonctionnement.
1. Ouvrez le compartiment des piles.
2. Insérez les 4 piles type AA
3. Refermez le couvercle du compartiment des piles.
Note: Si le voyant clignote, vous devez les remplacer.
Vous pouvez ajouter un adaptateur secteur qui est vendu
en option (contacter le 03/28/58/75/99).
Installation ou remplacement de la pile pour la
Sonnette
La sonnette utilise une pile 23A 12V . La sonnette est
livrée avec sa pile, veuillez l’insérer avant utilisation.
Pour remplacer la pile, retirer la sonnette du mur, retirer
la vice du compartiment batterie située à l arrière et
retirer le pour avoir accés à la pile. Remplacer la
pile,refermer le compartiment batterie et la replacer au
mur.

Note: Ne pas utiliser de pile rechargeable. Ne pas mettre
la pile à la poubelle, utiliser les lieux de collecte approprié
pour pile pour vous en débarasser.
Enregistrement d’une sonnette
supplémentaire
Votre sonnette est déjà enregistrer à la base. Si cela ne
fonctionne pas faire la procédure suivante :
Appuyez et maintenir le bouton enregistrement de
sonnette à l arrière du socle appuyé et appuyez et
maintenir le bouton de la sonnette jusqu’à ce que vous
entendez un bip sonore et le flash de confirmation.

Installation
1. 4 x AA Batterien in das Fach einlegen
2. Stecken Sie den AC-Adapter in die Wandsteckdose.
3. Legen Sie die 23A 12V Batterie in die Fernbedienung
ein.

Das Gerät verfügt über keinen integrierten
An/Aus-Schalter. Um das Gerät von der
Stromversorgung zu trennen, muss entweder die
Stromversorgung ausgeschaltet oder der Netzstecker
gezogen werden. Stellen Sie bei der Einrichtung des
Gerätes sicher, dass das Hauptversorgungsnetz
betriebsbereit ist.
Einrichtung der Türklingel
1. Das Gerät kann von Personen verwendet werden,
die diese Unterstützung benötigen.
2. Die Türklingel kann an der Wand oder nähe der Tür
anngebracht werden, indem Sie zwie Löcher horizontal
mit einem Abstand von 14mm anbringen.Bringen Sie
nun die mitgelieferte Verankerung an die gebohrten
Löcher an, hängen Sie anschließend die Türklingel an
die Vorrichtung und drehen Sie diese mit den
mitgelieferten Schrauben fest. Anschließend kleben Sie
die Notrufaufkleber an die zwei gebohrten Löcher.
3. Dir Türklingel kann mit dem mitgelieferten starkem
Klebeband an die Tür geklebt werden. Entfernen Sie
die Schutzfolie von dem Klebeband auf der
Rückseite der Türklingel, und drücken Sie die
Türklingel nun auf die gewünschte Fläche.
