DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA REFERENCIA

Grifo electrónico mezclador dotado de un sistema de detección por infrarrojos.
Electronic mixer tap equipped with an infrared detection system.
ATENCIÓN: Este grifo no es adecuado en zonas en las que haya tránsito de personas
con ropa u objetos reectantes, pudiendo provocar su activación a unos 2 metros de
distancia.
ATTENTION: This tap is not suitable in areas where there is people movement with
clothing or reective objects, being able to cause its activation about 2 meters away.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Filtro: Según el Real Decreto 865/2003 es necesario la incorporación en la entrada de la
instalación un ltro mecánico con una capacidad de ltración de partículas de 80 µm a
150 µm.
Este ltro protegerá que en su instalación pudieran entrar partículas o suciedad que
pudieran atascar o estropear la válvula electrónica.
Llaves de escuadra: Debe haber una llave de escuadra en cada línea de agua que permita
cortar el suministro durante las operaciones de mantenimiento.
Sifón: Debe haber un sifón que evite la emanación de gases procedentes del desagüe.
Sanitario: Ha de contar con un taladro con un diámetro mínimo de 33 mm y un máximo de
38 mm, para permitir el montaje del grifo. La supercie del sanitario debe estar limpia para
evitar la falta de estanqueidad.
Filter: According to Royal Decree 865/2003, it is necessary to incorporate a mechanical
lter with a particle ltration capacity of 80 µm to 150 µm at the inlet of the installation.
This lter will protect particles or dirt from entering your installation that could clog or
damage the electronic valve.
Angle valves: There must be an angle valve in each water line that allows the supply to be
cut off during maintenance operations.
Siphon: There must be a siphon that prevents the emission of gases from the drain.
Sanitary desk: It must have a drill with a minimum diameter of 33 mm and a maximum of
38 mm, to allow the tting of the tap. The surface of the desk must be clean to avoid lack of
tightness.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
OPERATION
Funcionamiento del Sensor: El grifo electrónico Genebre se activa cuando un objeto entra
en el campo del sensor, aproximadamente unos 13 cm.
Cuando se supera 1 minuto el tiempo de uso, se bloquea la salida de agua hasta que el
objeto sale del campo a n de evitar posibles inundaciones o derrames, momento en el que
vuelve a trabajar normalmente.
Ajuste de temperatura: Para ajustar la temperatura de salida del agua, deberá actuar sobre
la maneta mezcladora situada a la derecha del grifo. El movimiento hacia delante (echa
roja) aumentará la temperatura, y el movimiento hacia atrás (echa azul) la disminuirá.
Sensor Operation: The Genebre electronic tap is activated when an object enters the sensor
eld, approximately 13 cm.
When the usage time is exceeded 1 minute, the water outlet is blocked until the object leaves
the eld in order to avoid possible oods or spills, at which time it returns to work normally.
Temperature setting: To adjust the outlet temperature of the water, you must act on the
mixing handle located to the right of the tap. Forward movement (red arrow) will increase
the temperature, and backward movement (blue arrow) will decrease it.

PRECAUCIÓN: Antes de realizar el montaje o mantenimiento asegurese de que los
elementos de corte (válvula de escuadra o llave de paso) están en posicion de
CERRADO para evitar inundaciones y que las conexiones y las tuberias estén limpias,
ya que la presencia de particulas extrañas en los conductos podrían inutilizar la
electroválvula. Al nalizar la instalación y antes de poner el grifo en marcha quitar el
protector del sensor.
CAUTION: Before mounting or maintenance, make sure that the closing elements (angle
valve or stopcock) are in the CLOSED position to avoid ooding and that the
connections and pipes are clean, as the presence of strange particles in the pipes they
could make the solenoid valve unusable. At the end of the installation and before turn on
the tap, remove the sensor protector.
A. Montar una retención en el extremo de
cada conexión exible sin llegar a apretarlas
del todo. Asegurarse de que la junta con
ltro está dentro de la retención y que no se
haya caído.
Assemble a check valve at the end of each
exible connection without fully tightening
them. Make sure that the lter gasket is
inside the check valve in the correct position
and that it has not fallen off.
B. Montar la varilla roscada apretándola con
un destornillador, y colocar la junta de la
base.
Assemble the threaded rod by tightening it
with a screwdriver, and t the base gasket.

C. Roscar las conexiones exibles en la base
del grifo. La operación se realizará manual-
mente hasta llegar al tope. No debe em-
plearse una llave para asegurar la conexión.
Screw the exible connections into the base
of the tap. The operation will be carried out
manually until the limit is reached. A wrench
should not be used to secure the
connection.
D. Introducir la conexión por el taladro de la
encimera del lavabo y posicionar el grifo de
forma que quede centrado sobre este.
Insert the connection through the hole in the
sanitary desk and position the tap so that it
is centered on it.

E. Por debajo de la encimera del lavabo
colocar el conjunto de jación y apretar con
una llave para jar el grifo.
Place the xing set under the sanitary desk
and tighten with a wrench to x the tap.
F. Roscar las conexiones a las válvulas de
escuadra, apretando las tuercas de estas
con una llave.
Screw the connections to the angle valves,
tightening their nuts with a wrench.

G. A continuación colocar la caja de pilas
debajo de la encimera. Para ello hacer 2
marcas en la pared con ayuda de la misma,
asegurando que el cable rojo que sale del
grifo llegue a la caja.
Then place the battery box under the coun-
tertop. To do this, make 2 marks on the wall
with the help of it, ensuring that the red wire
that comes out of the tap reaches the box.
I. Fijar la caja con los tornillos suministrados.
Fix the box with the supplied screws
H. Realizar 2 taladros en las marcas de Ø6
en la pared, e insertar los 2 tacos Ø6 sumi-
nistrados
Drill 2 holes at the Ø6 marks on the wall, and
insert the 2 Ø6 plugs supplied

J. A continuación conectar el cable rojo del
sensor que sale del grifo con el adaptador
que viene conectado a la caja de baterías.
Then connect the red sensor cable coming
out of the tap with the adapter that comes
connected to the battery box.
K. Quitar la tapa de la caja de las pilas,
extraer el porta pilas e insertar 4 pilas al-
calinas AA, teniendo en cuenta su correcta
posición. Volver a montar
Remove the battery box cover, remove
the battery holder and insert 4 AA alkaline
batteries, taking into account their correct
position. Reassembly
