wir danken Ihnen für den Kauf dieses Qualitätsproduktes. Bitte lesen Sie diese
Anleitung zunächst vor Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch. Beachten Sie
insbesondere die Sicherheitshinweise. Unsere Service-Informationen finden
Sie am Schluss dieser Anleitung.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Laminiergerät GENIE LA 500 A3 ist zum Laminieren von Dokumenten bis zu
DIN A3 geeignet. Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren.

Bedienungsanleitung
Hinweis:
Die beigefügten Laminierfolien sind Heißlaminierfolien und sind ausschließlich zum
Heißlaminieren geeignet! Die Folienstärke beträgt jeweils 80 Micron.
Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise
1. Lesen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch des Gerätes diese Bedienungsanleitung
aufmerksam und vollständig durch.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät nur auf glatten und trockenen Untergrund. Es muss von
allen Seiten frei zugänglich sein. Die Verwendung eines Verlängerungskabels
wird nicht empfohlen!
3. Öffnen oder reparieren Sie das Laminiergerät nicht selbst, sondern bringen
Sie das Gerät im Fall von Schäden zu Ihrem Fachhändler oder wenden Sie
sich an unsere Service-Hotline.
4. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Folien der richtigen Größe (bis max. DIN A3)
und Dicke (80 bis 125 Micron). Zu dünne Folien führen zu einem Folienstau im
Gerät.
5. Berühren Sie nach Inbetriebnahme nicht die heiße Oberfläche des Gerätes.
6. Das Laminiergerät darf aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht von Kindern ohne
Aufsicht Erwachsener benutzt werden.
7. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nie im Freien und in der Nähe von Wasser.
8. Laminieren Sie im Heißlaminieren-Modus keine hitzeempfindlichen
Materialien, wie z. B. Thermo-Faxpapier. Diese sind nur zur Kaltlaminierung
geeignet.
9. Schütten Sie keinerlei Flüssigkeit in oder auf das Gerät.

10. Führen Sie keine metallischen Gegenstände ein und greifen Sie bitte nicht mit
Ihren Fingern in das Gerät.
11. Das Laminiergerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Nach
ca. 30 Minuten Betriebszeit wird empfohlen, es für 30 Minuten auszuschalten.
12. Die Steckdosen sollten sich nah zum Gerät befinden und leicht zugänglich
sein

Heißlaminieren (Hot)
1. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose und stellen Sie den Schalter
auf Hot. Die Betriebsanzeige (Power) leuchtet auf und der Heizvorgang
beginnt.
2. Nach ca. 5 Minuten leuchtet die Bereitschaftsanzeige auf. Sie können nun mit
dem Laminiervorgang beginnen.
3. Öffnen Sie die Laminierfolie und legen Sie das zu laminierende Material direkt
an die geschlossene Seite. Lassen Sie dabei an den Kanten einen Rand von
ca. 3 bis 5 mm.

ACHTUNG:
a) Wählen Sie jeweils eine Folie der entsprechend passenden Größe im Verhältnis
zum laminierenden Material.
b) Es wird empfohlen nicht mehrere kleinere Materialien in einer Folie zu verarbeiten.
c) Schneiden Sie die Folie nicht vor dem Laminieren zu Recht.
d) Das zu laminierende Material darf nicht stärker als 0,5 mm inklusive Folie sein.
e) Sehr dünne oder weiche Materialien, wie z. B. Zeitungspapier oder Servietten
sollten unbedingt nur mit dickeren Folien (125 Micron) laminiert werden. Wir
empfehlen, komplett darauf zu verzichten!
f) Führen Sie keine Laminierfolie ohne Inhalt ein.
g) Verwenden Sie die Laminiertaschen niemals einseitig oder aufgerollt.
h) Verwenden Sie nur Laminierfolien, die auch als solche bezeichnet werden. Andere
Folienarten, wie z. B. Klarsichthüllen sind nicht zum Laminieren geeignet!
4. Führen Sie das in der Laminierfolie steckende Material gerade und mit der
geschlossenen Seite zuerst in die Eintrittsöffnung auf der Vorderseite des
Gerätes ein. Das Material wird nun automatisch eingezogen.
5. Das aus der Austrittsöffnung auf der Rückseite des Gerätes kommende
laminierte Material darf nicht gewaltsam herausgezogen werden. Warten Sie
ab, bis es vollständig aus dem Gerät gelaufen ist. Lassen Sie das laminierte
Material kurz abkühlen!
6. Nach Beendigung des Laminierens schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie
den Schalter auf OFF stellen. Lassen Sie das Laminiergerät abkühlen und
ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch immer den Netzstecker.
Kaltlaminieren (Cold)
1. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose und stellen Sie den Schalter
auf Cold. Wenn die Bereitschaftsanzeige aufleuchtet, können Sie mit dem
Laminieren beginnen.
2. Ziehen Sie, falls vorhanden, das Schutzblatt von der Laminierfolie.
3. Öffnen Sie die Laminierfolie und legen Sie das zu laminierende Material direkt
an die geschlossene Seite. Lassen Sie dabei an den Kanten einen Rand von
ca. 3 bis 5 mm.
ACHTUNG:
a) Verwenden Sie zum Kaltlaminieren nur Folien, die ausdrücklich zum
Kaltlaminieren geeignet sind.
b) Es wird empfohlen nicht mehrere kleine Materialien in einer Folie zu verarbeiten.
c) Schneiden Sie die Folien nicht vor dem Laminieren zu Recht.
d) Steht das Laminiergerät auf COLD (Kaltlaminieren), zeigt das grüne Licht die
Einsatzbereitschaft.

Wechsel zwischen Heiß- und Kaltlaminieren
1. Wenn Sie das Gerät im Kaltlaminiermodus genutzt haben, können Sie einfach
zum Heißlaminieren wechseln, indem Sie den Schalter auf Hot stellen. Warten
Sie, bis die Bereitschaftsanzeige nach ca. 5 Minuten aufleuchtet. Das Gerät ist
nun zum Heißlaminieren bereit.
2. Gehen Sie nun wie im Punkt Heißlaminieren beschrieben vor.
3. Wenn Sie zuerst den Heißlaminiermodus genutzt haben und zum
Kaltlaminiermodus wechseln möchten, stellen Sie den Schalter auf Cold. Bitte
beachten Sie, dass die Abkühlzeit beim Umschalten vom Heiß- zum
Kaltlaminieren ca. 2 Stunden beträgt. Erst wenn die Bereitschaftsanzeige
aufleuchtet, kann mit dem Kaltlaminieren, wie im Punkt Kaltlaminieren
beschrieben, begonnen werden.
ACHTUNG:
Zu frühes Kaltlaminieren könnte dazu führen, dass die Kaltlaminierfolien und das zu
laminierende Dokument zerstört werden.
HINWEIS:
Lassen Sie die Laminierfolie bei einem Folien-Stau nicht weiter einziehen! Schalten
Sie bitte das Gerät sofort aus (Schalter OFF)!
Folienstau-Beseitigung
1. Um eventuelle Folienstaus zu lösen, ist dieses Gerät mit einer Folienstau-
Funktion (ABS) ausgestattet.
2. Wird die Laminierfolie schräg eingezogen oder kommt es zu einem Folienstau,
gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:
 Stellen Sie die ABS-Taste sofort auf die Position ABS.
 Ziehen Sie die Folie vollständig aus der Eintritts- bzw. Austrittsöffnung des
Gerätes heraus.
3. Nachdem Sie den Folienstau gelöst haben, stellen Sie den ABS-Schalter wieder
in die Position der zu laminierenden Folienstärke (wahlweise 80 oder 125 Micron).
4. Sie können nun das Gerät wieder vollständig nutzen und den Laminiervorgang
von Neuem starten.
HINWEIS: Wenn der ABS Schalter längere Zeit auf der ABS-Position steht und
Sie anschließend laminieren möchten, stellen Sie den ABS-Schalter auf die
gewünschte Folienstärke 80 oder 125 Micron und warten Sie bis die
Bereitschaftsanzeige aufleuchtet.
5. Sollte es nun wiederholt zu einem Folienstau kommen, wenden Sie sich bitte an
unsere Service-Hotline.

Reinigung und Pflege
1. Zur Reinigung des Gerätes, bitte immer den Netzstecker ziehen. Achten Sie
darauf, dass der Stecker nicht mit Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt kommt.
2. Lassen Sie das Gerät zur Reinigung abkühlen.
3. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem leicht feuchten, weichen Tuch ohne scharfe
Reinigungsmittel.

Dear customer,
Thank you for buying this high-quality product. Please carefully read through
these operating instructions before using the device for the first time. In
particular, please comply with the safety notices. Our service information is
located at the bottom of these instructions.
Intended Use
The laminator is only suitable for laminating documents. Any other use or
modification shall be deemed to be improper and involves substantial risk of
accidents.

Instruction manual
Information:
The included laminating pouches can only be used for hot laminating! Laminating
pouch strength is 80 Micron.
Important advice about safety
1. Read through these operating instructions carefully and completely before
using the machine for the first time.
2. Only put the machine on a flat and dry surface. It must be freely accessible
from all sides. It is not recommended to use an extension cable!
3. Do not open or repair the laminating machine yourself but take it to your
specialized dealer whenever it is damaged, or contact our service hot line.
4. Only use films of the correct size (up to DIN A3 max.) and thickness (80 to 125
microns). Films that are too thin cause a blockage of the film in the machine.
5. Do not touch the hot surface of the machine after it has started up.
6. The laminating machine is not allowed – for safety reasons – to be used by
children, unless they are supervised by an adult.
7. Never use the machine in the open air or near water.
8. Hot lamination: do not laminate in this mode any materials that are sensitive to
heat with this machine, like thermo-fax paper for example. These materials are
only suitable for cold lamination.
9. Do not pour or spill any liquid into the machine or onto it.
10. Do not insert any metal objects into the machine. Please do not grasp inside
the machine with your fingers.
11. The laminating machine is unsuitable for constant use commercially. It is
recommended to switch off the machine for 30 minutes, after it has been
operating for a period of approximately 30 minutes.

12. The socket should be near the device and easily accessible.

Hot laminating (‘Hot’)
1. Push the plug into the mains socket outlet and set the switch to ’Hot’. The
Power LED lights up and the heating process will begin.
2. The Ready LED lights up after approximately 5 minutes. Now you can begin
the laminating process.
3. Open the laminating film and lay the material that is to be laminated directly
onto the closed side. Leave a margin of between 3 mm and 5 mm
approximately beyond the edges while doing so.
Caution
a) Choose a film of correspondingly suitable size in relation to the material that is to

be laminated respectively.
b) It is not recommended to process several smaller materials in one film.
c) Do not cut up the film before the laminating is done.
d) The material that is to be laminated is not allowed to be thicker than 0.5 mm
including the film.
e) It is imperative to only laminate very thin or soft materials, like newspaper or
serviettes for example, with thicker films (125 microns). We recommend refraining
from any attempt to do so!
f) Do not insert any laminating film without the contents.
g) Never utilize laminating pockets on one side or when they are rolled up.
h) Only utilize laminating foils that are also described as such. Other kinds of film, like
transparent wallets for example, are unsuitable for laminating!
4. Insert the material within the laminating film straight and with the closed side
first into the feed opening on the machine’s front side. The material will feed it
in automatically now.
5. The laminated material that emerges from the delivery opening on the
machine’s back side is not allowed to be pulled out by force. Wait until it has
run out of the machine completely. Let the laminated material cool down
briefly!
6. Switch off the machine after the laminating has ended, by setting the switch to
‘OFF’. Let the machine to cool down and always pull the plug out of the mains
socket outlet after using the machine.
Cold laminating (‘Cold’)
1. Push the plug into the mains socket outlet and set the switch to ‘Cold’. You
can begin laminating whenever the LED indicator lights up.
2. Open the laminating film and lay the material that is to be laminated directly
onto the closed side. Leave a margin of between 3 mm and 5 mm
approximately beyond the edges while doing so.
3. Pull the protective sheet – if there is one – off the laminating foil.
Caution
a) Only use films for cold laminating that are expressly suitable for cold laminating.
b) It is recommended not to process several materials in one film.
c) Do not cut up the films before the laminating is done.
d) When the product is in condition of “Cold” lamination, the green light means it is
ready to use.
Change between hot and cold laminating
1. You can easily change to hot laminating by setting the switch to ‘Hot’
whenever you have been using the machine in the cold laminating mode. Wait
until the green LED has lit up after approximately 5 minutes. The machine is
ready for hot laminating now.
2. Now proceed as described by point hot laminating.
3. Set the switch to ‘Cold’ whenever you have been using the hot laminating
mode and you would like to change to the cold laminating mode. Please note

that the cooling down time amounts to approximately 2 hours for switching
over from hot to cold laminating. You can only begin the cold laminating – as
described by point “Cold laminating” – whenever the LED lights up green.
ATTENTION:
When the laminated pouch is ejected from the laminating film output it is still hot und
its shape may change slightly. For this reason, allow the laminated pouch to cool
down for at least 1 minute before touching it.
NOTE:
Do not feed the laminator further with foil in case of a blockage. Turn off the device
immediately!
Clearing a blockage of the film
1. This machine is equipped with a film blockage function in order to resolve any
blockage of the film (ABS).
2. At the start of the lamination process, the pouch may be pulled in at an angele
or jam itself inside the appliance.
3. Slide the Anti-Blocking switch (ABS) into position ABS. The laminating pouch
is not pulled any further in.
4. Remove the lamination pouch completely from the machine’s feed opening or
delivery opening.
5. After you have resolved the blockage of the film and released the ABS switch
put it back to the desired foil thickness. Re-start the lamination process.
Attention: If the ABS switch have been paced at ABS position for a long time,
pleas slide the switch to the deird foil thickness 80 or 125 mic, and the
machine need to heat up. Please wait until the LED ”Ready” glows.
6. Please contact our service-hotline if there is a blockage of the film again.
Cleaning and care
1. Please pull out the plug from the mains socket outlet always, in order to clean
the machine. Take care while doing so that the plug does not come into
contact with any liquids.
2. Allow the machine to cool down before cleaning it.
3. Clean the machine with a slightly moist, soft cloth. Do not use any caustic or
abrasive cleaning agents while doing so.

advice whenever this machine does not function faultlessly, contrary to expectations.
The guarantee period amounts to 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that
the machine has been used appropriately. Please keep the proof-of-purchase
voucher and original packaging in a safe place. The warranty is only valid for defects
in materials or fabrication. However, it is invalid for damage that has occurred to
breakable parts, e.g., on the casing. Machines that have been damaged by
inappropriate use externally, are excluded from being exchanged. A guarantee will
expire whenever any repairs have been carried out without the express consent of
our customer service department.

is enclosed with the defective machine – please notify us about the return by

attentivement le présent mode d’emploi avant d’utiliser le produit pour la
première fois. Faites particulièrement attention aux mises en garde de sécurité.
Conservez le mode d’emploi pour référence ultérieure, et donnez-le à toute
personne à laquelle vous prêtez le produit. Si vous avez des questions ou des

Utilisation prévue
La plastifieuse est seulement approprié pour la stratification des documents. Toute
autre utilisation ou modification est réputée abusive et comporte des risques
importants d'accidents.

Note:
Les feuilles de plastification ci-joint ne conviennent que pour laminage à chaud!
L'épaisseur du film est de 80 microns.
Consignes de sécurité essentielles
1. Avant la première utilisation de cet appareil, lisez attentivement et
complètement cette notice d'utilisation.
2. Posez impérativement l'appareil sur un support lisse et sec. Il doit pouvoir
être accessible de tous les côtés. Il n'est pas recommandé de l'utiliser avec
une rallonge !
3. N'ouvrez pas, ne réparez pas vous-même la plastifieuse. Si elle est
endommagée, rapportez-la à votre vendeur ou appelez notre numéro
d'assistance.
4. N'utilisez que des films de taille (jusqu'à DIN A3) et d'épaisseur (80 à
125 micromètres) correctes. Un film trop mince provoquerait un bourrage
de l'appareil.
5. Après la mise en service, ne touchez pas la surface chaude de l'appareil.
6. Pour des raisons de sécurité, ne laissez pas les enfants utiliser la
plastifieuse en dehors de la surveillance d'adultes.
7. N'utilisez pas l'appareil à l'extérieur ou à proximité d'eau.
8. N'utilisez pas le plastifiage à chaud avec des matériaux sensibles à la
chaleur, comme des télécopies sur papier thermique, par exemple. Vous
devez les plastifier à froid.
9. Ne répandez pas de liquide sur ou dans l'appareil.

10. N'introduisez pas d'objet métallique dans l'appareil et ne tentez pas d'y
mettre les doigts.
11. La plastifieuse n'est pas conçue pour un usage professionnel continu. Il est
recommandé, de la mettre hors tension pendant environ 30 minutes après
30 minutes d'utilisation.
12. Il est conseillé de placer l'appareil à proximité d'une prise bien accessible.

Plastification à chaud (‘Hot’)
1. Branchez la plastifieuse, puis mettez le bouton coulissant sur ’Hot’. Le témoin
rouge s’allume et l’appareil se met à chauffer.
2. Le témoin vert s’allume au bout d’environ 5 minutes, indiquant que le
préchauffage est terminé. Vous pouvez maintenant utiliser l’appareil.
3. Ouvrez le film à plastifier, glissez le document à l’intérieur, jusqu’au fond, de
manière à ce qu’il touche la partie fermée. Laissez un espace de 3 à 5 mm au-
delà des bords.

Attention
a) Choisissez un film correspondant à la taille du document à plastifier.
b) Il est déconseillé de mettre plusieurs petits documents dans la même pochette.
c) Ne coupez pas le film avant de le plastifier.
d) Le matériau à plastifier ne doit pas excéder une épaisseur de 0,5 mm, film
compris.
e) Les documents très fins ou très fragiles (ex : journaux ou serviettes de table)
doivent impérativement être plastifiés dans des films plus épais (125 microns). De
manière générale, nous vous le déconseillons fortement!
f) Ne plastifiez pas de films vides.
g) N’utilisez jamais de pochettes d’un seul côté, ni de pochettes enroulées.
h) N’utilisez que les pochettes explicitement destinées à la plastification ; les autres
types de pochettes (ex : chemises transparentes) ne peuvent pas être plastifiées !
4. Insérez le document dans sa pochette tout droit dans la fente avant de
l’appareil, le côté fermé en premier. La pochette est ensuite avalée
automatiquement.
5. Lorsque la pochette ressort par l’autre côté, ne tirez surtout pas dessus,
laissez-la sortir d’elle-même. Puis laissez l’appareil refroidir brièvement.
6. Une fois la plastification terminée, éteignez l’appareil en mettant le bouton sur
ARRÊT (‘OFF’). Débranchez-le, puis laissez-le refroidir impérativement.
Plastification à froid (‘Cold’)
1. Branchez la plastifieuse, puis mettez le bouton coulissant sur Froid (‘Cold’).
Une fois le témoin vert allumé, vous pouvez commencer.
2. Ouvrez le film à plastifier, glissez le document à l’intérieur, jusqu’au fond, de
manière à ce qu’il touche la partie fermée. Laissez un espace de 3 à 5 mm au-
delà des bords.
3. Le cas échéant, enlevez la feuille de protection du film.
Attention
a) N’utilisez que les pochettes explicitement destinées à la plastification à froid.
b) Il est déconseillé de mettre plusieurs documents dans la même pochette.
c) Ne coupez pas le film avant de le plastifier.
d) En mode plastification à froid (COLD), le témoin rouge signifie que l’appareil est
prêt à l’emploi, alors que le témoin vert signifie qu’il n’est pas encore utilisable.
Passage de plastification à chaud à plastification à froid
1. Il est facile de passer d’un mode de plastification à l’autre : En mode froid,
mettez le bouton sur HOT, laissez l’appareil préchauffer pendant environ 5
minutes, jusqu’à ce que le témoin bleu s’allume. L’appareil est maintenant en
mode plastification à chaud.
2. Procédez maintenant de la manière indiquée dans la section A (plastification à
chaud).

3. En mode chaud, mettez le bouton sur Froid (COLD), laissez l’appareil refroidir
pendant environ 2 heures. Lorsque le voyant vert s’allume, l’appareil est prêt à
fonctionner en mode froid (voir section Plastification à froid).
Attention :
Une plastification à froid lancée trop tôt pourrait détruire le film de plastification à froid
et le document à plastifier.
Remarque:
En cas de blocage, ne mettez pas d’autre film dans l’appareil ! Éteignez-le
immédiatement!
Débourrage du film
1. L'appareil dispose d'une fonction de débourrage qui permet d'éliminer un
bourrage du film.
2. Si le film plastique est introduit de travers ou s’il y a bourrage, procédez
comme suit :
 Placez le bouton ABS sur la position ABS.
 Retirez entièrement le film de l’ouverture d’entrée ou de sortie de l’appareil.
3. Maintenez l'interrupteur ABS d'une main et, de l'autre main, tirez
complètement le film de l'ouverture d'entrée ou de sortie de l'appareil.
4. Une fois le débourrage effectué, replacez l'interrupteur ABS dans une position
correspondant à l'épaisseur du film de plastifiage (donc 80 ou 125
micromètres). Vous pouvez maintenant réutiliser l'appareil.
Remarque : si le bouton ABS reste en position ABS prolongée et que vous
souhaitez alors effectuer une plastification, placez le bouton ABS sur
l’épaisseur de film souhaitée, 80 ou 125 microns et attendez que le LED vert
s’allume.
5. Si l'appareil bourre à nouveau, appelez notre numéro d'assistance.
Nettoyage et entretien
1. Avant de nettoyer l'appareil, retirez toujours la fiche de la prise secteur. Veillez
à éviter de mettre la fiche en contact avec du liquide.
2. Laissez d'abord l'appareil refroidir pour le nettoyer.
3. Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon doux légèrement humide sans produit de
nettoyage agressif.

Leggere con attenzione le istruzioni prima del primo utilizzo. In particolare fare
attenzione alle istruzioni relative alla sicurezza che seguono. Conservare
queste istruzioni per consultazioni successive e passarle a eventuali altri
utilizzatori. In caso di domande o di reclami sull'apparecchio le informazioni di
servizio si trovano in fondo a queste istruzioni.
Destinazione d'uso
Il laminatore è adatto solo per la plastificazione dei documenti. Qualsiasi altro utilizzo
o la modifica deve essere considerato improprio e comporta notevoli rischi
d’incidenti.

Istruzioni per l’uso
Nota:
Le foglie allegate sono adatti solo per la laminazione a caldo! Lo spessore del film è
di 80 micron.
Importanti precauzioni per la sicurezza
1. Prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio, leggere attentamente le istruzioni per
l'uso contenute nel presente documento.
2. Collocare l'apparecchio soltanto su una superficie liscia e asciutta.
L'accesso all'apparecchio deve essere possibile da tutti i lati. È sconsigliato
l'utilizzo di una prolunga!
3. Non aprire o riparare l'apparecchio personalmente. In caso di danni
riportare l'apparecchio al proprio rivenditore o contattare il numero
telefonico dell'Assistenza.
4. Utilizzare esclusivamente fogli di dimensioni (fino a max. DIN A3) e
spessore (da 80 a 125 micron) adeguati. Fogli troppo sottili provocano
l'inceppamento dei fogli nell'apparecchio.
5. Dopo avere utilizzato l'apparecchio, non toccarne mai la superficie calda.
6. Per motivi di sicurezza, la plastificatrice non deve essere utilizzata da
bambini senza la presenza di un adulto.
7. Non utilizzare mai l'apparecchio in ambienti esterni e in prossimità di fonti
d'acqua.
8. Nella modalità di plastificazione a caldo, non plastificare mai materiali
sensibili al calore, ad esempio carta termica per fax. Per questo tipo di
carta occorre procedere con la plastificazione a freddo.

9. Non versare alcun liquido sopra o dentro l'apparecchio.
10. Non introdurre alcun oggetto metallico, né afferrare l'interno
dell'apparecchio con le dita.
11. La plastificatrice non è adatta a un uso continuo. Dopo circa 30 minuti di
utilizzo, si consiglia di spegnerla per altri 30 minuti.
12. Le prese di corrente non devono trovarsi nelle vicinanze dell'apparecchio e
devono essere facilmente raggiungibili.

Plastificazione a caldo (‘Hot (Caldo)’)
1. Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e impostare l'interruttore su
’Hot(Caldo)’. L'indicatore LED rosso si accende e inizia il processo di
riscaldamento.
2. Il LED verde si accende dopo circa 5 minuti (indicatore luminoso per la
plastificazione a caldo). Adesso si può iniziare la plastificazione.
3. Aprire la pellicola plastificante e sistemare direttamente sopra il lato chiuso il
materiale da plastificare . Lasciare un margine con le estremità compreso tra 3
e 5 mm.

Attenzione
a) Scegliere una pellicola dalle dimensioni adatte al materiale che si vuole
plastificare.
b) Non si raccomanda di plastificare diversi articoli di piccole dimensioni su una sola
pellicola.
c) Non tagliare la pellicola prima di aver completato la plastificazione.
d) Il materiale da plastificare non può avere uno spessore superiore a 0,5 mm,
pellicola compresa.
e) È fondamentale plastificare solo materiali molto sottili o morbidi, come carta o
tovagliolini ad esempio con pellicola più spessa (125 micron). Si raccomando di
evitare di farlo!
f) Non inserire la pellicola senza contenuto.
g) Non usare buste per la plastificazione su un lato o quando sono arrotolate.
h) Utilizzare solo pellicola adatta per la plastificazione. Altri tipi di pellicola come
buste trasparenti ad esempio non sono adatte alla plastificazione!
4. Inserire nella fessura di alimentazione il materiale all'interno della pellicola in
modo che sia dritto e con il lato chiuso davanti sul lato anteriore
dell'apparecchio. Adesso il materiale entrerà automaticamente.
5. Non si può tirare con forza il materiale plastificato che esce dalla fessura
d'uscita sul lato posteriore dell'apparecchio. Attendere fino a che si trova
completamente fuori. Lasciare raffreddare il materiale per un attimo!
6. Al termine della plastificazione spegnere l'apparecchio, spostando l'interruttore
sulla posizione ‘”OFF”. Lasciare raffreddare l'apparecchio e togliere sempre la
spina dalla presa dopo aver utilizzato la macchina.
Plastificazione a freddo (‘”Cold (Freddo)”)
1. Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e impostare l'interruttore su
‘Cold(Freddo)’. Si può iniziare a plastificare quando l'indicatore LED diventa
rosso.
2. Aprire la pellicola plastificante e sistemare il materiale da plastificare
direttamente sopra il lato chiuso. Lasciare un margine di 3 - 5 mm con
l’estremità.
3. Togliere la pellicola di protezione - se esiste - da quella plastificante.
Attenzione
a) Utilizzare solo pellicola per la plastificazione a freddo.
b) Si raccomanda di non plastificare materiali diversi con un'unica pellicola.
c) Non tagliare la pellicola prima di aver terminato la plastificazione.
d) Quando il prodotto si trova sulla funzione di plastificazione a “Freddo” la luce rossa
indica che è pronto all'uso (La luce blu significa che non è pronto ed è in fase di
attivazione)
