Welcome

You must be at least 13 years old to operate the laser engraver.
Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause severe burns and eye damage. Ensure that you are wearing
proper laser safety goggles when working in the vicinity of the laser equipment.
When you focus the laser do so only on the lowest power setting.
Keep a fire extinguisher nearby since the use of the laser may lead to an unexpected fire.
Never leave an operating laser unattended.
Fumes and smoke generated during the engraving/cutting process must be extracted from the room as some
can be poisonous; make sure there is a ventilated system for the outdoors.
Make sure the cutting area under the laser is metal or non-flammable.
Ensure that the room or area you are operating the laser in is sufficiently labeled to prevent someone from
unknowingly walking into an active work area.
Be sure to disconnect the power when cleaning, maintaining, or servicing the laser equipment.
DO NOT stare at the bright and intense light appearing during the engraving process. Doing so can cause
serious eye damage.
Never use the laser except for the purpose intended.

STEP 10: Adjust the Tension of Timing Belt
1. Take M3*14mm screws as shown in the diagram, align the screw with the screwed hole at the right end of
the rear module, then screw in and tighten it. (The timing belt tension has been initially adjusted at the factory,
if you need to adjust, the side M5 screws can be adjusted by loosening.)
3. Take M3*22mm screw as shown in the
diagram, align the screw with the screwed
hole at the right end of the X-axis module,
then screw in and tighten it. (The timing
belt tension has been initially adjusted at
the factory, if you need to adjust, the side
M5 screws can be adjusted by loosening)
2. Take M3*14mm screws as shown, align
the screws with the screwed holes at the
left end of rear module, then screw the
screws in, stop when the timing belt
tightness meets the requirements, and
tighten the M5 screws on the left side.

STEP 11: Fix Coupling
1. Push the X-axis module to the limit position as shown in the picture, and the push point is located in the
middle of the X-axis module.
2. Tighten the M4*6mm screws on the coupling.
3. Push the X-axis module moving back and forth and observe whether the X-axis module slides smoothly. If
there is jamming, check whether the timing belt is properly tightened. If the timing belt is not suitable, loosen the
M4*6mm screw on the coupling, then refer to STEP10 for adjustment, and repeat the operation of step 1 and
2 after the adjustment is completed.
