T e Warranty
For a period of one (1) year from date of first sale, product is warranted to be free
from defects in materials and workmans ip. Geotec agrees to repair or replace,
at Geotec ’s option, t e portion proving defective, or at our option to refund t e
purc ase price t ereof. Geotec will ave no warranty obligation if t e product is
subjected to abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse,
unaut orized modification, alteration, repair, or replacement of wear parts. User
assumes all ot er risk, if any, including t e risk of injury, loss, or damage, direct
or consequential, arising out of t e use, misuse, or inability to use t is product.
User agrees to use, maintain and install product in accordance wit
recommendations and instructions. User is responsible for transportation
c arges connected to t e repair or replacement of product under t is warranty.
Equipment Return Policy
A Return Material Aut orization number (RMA #) is required prior to return of any
equipment to our facilities, please call 800 number for appropriate location. An
RMA # will be issued upon receipt of your request to return equipment, w ic
s ould include reasons for t e return. Your return s ipment to us must ave t is
RMA # clearly marked on t e outside of t e package. Proof of date of purc ase
is required for processing of all warranty requests.
T is policy applies to bot equipment sales and repair orders.

Equipment Decontamination
Prior to return, all equipment must be t oroug ly cleaned and
decontaminated. Please make note on RMA form, t e use of equipment,
contaminants equipment was exposed to, and decontamination
solutions/met ods used.
Geotec reserves t e rig t to refuse any equipment not properly
decontaminated. Geotec may also c oose to decontaminate equipment
for a fee, w ic will be applied to t e repair order invoice.
