注意事項
使用電器時應始終遵循基本的安全預防措施，包括以下內容：
1. 仔細閱讀所有說明。
2. 為防止觸電危險，切勿將機器及其部件浸入水中或其他液體中。
3. 兒童使用電器或在其附近使用電器時，須嚴密看管。
4. 機器不用時，安裝或拆除部件前，以及清洗前必須將插頭從插座中拔出。
5. 不要接觸活動部件。
6. 如電線、插頭損壞及設備發生故障後，或機器掉落或損壞時，切勿使用該機器。將機
器送至最近的授權服務中心檢查、維修或進行電器或機械調整。

12.原汁機運作時，切勿將手指或其他物品放入機器中。若食物卡在進料斗，使用推壓棒
或水果蔬菜的其他部分將其推壓下去。當該方法行不通時，關機，然後拆卸原汁機，

13.如旋轉濾網損壞時，切勿使用該機器。

組裝方法
將果汁蓋安裝到攪拌器的
出汁口上。
將攪拌器安裝到原汁機主體上。
將蔬果濾網（或冰沙製作器）放入攪拌器內，
左右旋轉直至底部安裝位與攪拌器完全吻合。
將螺旋擠壓器裝入濾網內，左右旋轉直至擠壓
器完全插入主體的電機軸。
注意：如濕度控制閥在O全開位置，則無法將
螺旋擠壓器安裝到攪拌器組件中。
將進料斗蓋上 “解鎖”標示對準攪拌器上
△箭嘴，按順時針方向旋轉直至鎖緊（進料斗
蓋上 “鎖緊”標示對準攪拌器上△箭嘴）。

啟動前，先將濕度控制閥調至適當位置（詳細

按下電源開關，推至“FWD”正轉位置。
將食材從進料斗逐量投入，然後用推壓棒
按壓。
在投入最後的食材前，將濕度控制閥推到半開
位置。
將攪拌器內壓榨後的果渣排出，就能輕鬆打開

榨汁結束後，將電源開關推至中間停止位，原
汁機將停止運轉。

安全注意事項
準備，榨汁模式關閉
一般食材在濕度控制閥關閉狀態下榨汁效果
會更好。
葡萄、覆盆子、石榴等硬核水果應先關閉濕度
控制閥後才啟動，待果汁開始流出時再轉到半
開位置繼續榨汁。

榨汁結束，簡易清洗模式半開
投入最後的食材時，將溫度控制閥轉到半開位
置，以便將榨汁後的渣子排出，渣子排出後，
才能打開進料斗。
簡易清洗時，將濕度控制閥轉到半開位置，並

清洗模式全開
需拆卸清洗攪拌器時，應將濕度控制閥調至全
開位置。
將電源開關推至“REV反轉”位置，食材將被推回到上部。只有在按住不動的情況下，才會進
行反轉運作，手指鬆開後，螺旋擠壓器將停止旋轉。
“FWD正轉”或“REV反轉”運轉時，必須待螺旋擠壓器完全停止運作後，才能按其他鍵。
注意：要反轉運作時，請確認原汁機完全停止運轉後，再將電源開關推至“REV反轉”位置。
推至“REV反轉”位置後，馬達不會立即停止運轉，出於安全和機器壽命的考慮，會慢慢停止
運轉。

禁止過度折彎、捆綁、拖拽、或使用重物壓迫電源線，勿將電源線接近高溫處、火源

禁止自行改造、拆卸或修理。禁止插入手指、鐵片等異物至攪拌器的縫隙中。易導致

電源軟線損壞，為避免危險，必須由製造商、其維修部門或類似部門的專業人員更換。
禁止讓機體沾到或噴灑到水。避免異物和水漬進入產品開關。禁止手濕時碰觸開關。易
導致觸電、火災等事故。
為安全起見，請務必接地後使用。請勿接地到煤氣管、膠質水管或電話線等物附近。否
則會成為觸電、火災、故障、爆炸等事故發生的原因，請務必使用接地插座。
請勿在出汁口插入勺子、筷子等。運行中請勿移動機器或拆分、組裝部件。易導致人身
傷害或機器故障。

如果在使用中螺旋擠壓器停止工作，請按住“REV 反轉”2-3秒，等反轉完全停下來之
後再按向“FWD 正轉”。如果停止工作的狀態持續，電機會因過熱而損壞部件或性能減
退。如果問題經常發生，請停止使用產品，撥打咨詢售後服務熱線。
請注意不要讓領帶、項鏈、圍巾等捲入進料斗。易導致人身傷害、機器故障、破損。
請將此產品放到平穩的地方使用。否則，易導致人身傷害、機器故障。
請不要持續使用20分鐘以上。電機過熱，易導致故障。持續使用後停20分鐘再使用。
在投入食材時，請勿使用除推壓棒以外的物品。易導致人身傷害、機器故障。

使用中若有聲音異常、過度發熱、冒煙等情況，請立即停止使用，並聯絡客戶服務中

不使用時，請拔出電源、且拔出電源時，必須握住電源插頭拔出。拖拽電源線可能導致
觸電、火災等事故。
請不要在80°C以上的高溫下清洗。請勿放入洗碗碟機、乾燥機、微波爐中。易導致機器
故障、部件變形。
原汁機重3.6kg，移動時請務必用雙手緊托住主體的下部。僅握住攪拌器或主體側面可能
在移動過程中造成跌損，導致人身傷害、機器故障等。
操作過程中，請勿拆分攪拌器部件；請勿在進料斗或出汁口深入手指或勺子等物品。易
導致人身傷害、事故、機器故障等。
如果旋轉濾網損壞，請不要使用本機器。

本機使用完畢後，請及時清洗，以備下次使用。
1. 清洗前，請確保切斷電源並待主機完全冷卻後方可進行清洗。
2. 主機部分嚴禁用水沖洗或直接浸入水中清洗，可採用濕軟布擦拭乾淨，
然後用乾軟布將水漬擦乾。
3. 可拆卸部件，如果肉杯、果汁杯、推壓棒、攪拌器、進料斗、濾網、螺
旋擠壓器等可直接放入水中清洗。
4. 因螺旋擠壓器比較鋒利，清洗時請特別小心，以免割傷。
5. 可採用附送的清潔刷清洗濾網。
6. 可拆卸部件不應放在高溫消毒櫃中，可用溫水加適量洗滌劑用軟布擦洗。
7. 本機全部清洗完畢後，用乾布徹底擦乾，並將可拆卸部件裝回原位。
8. 如長期不用，請將本機放置在乾燥通風處。

清潔與保養使用注意事項
• 需要注意的食材
• 柿子、梅子、檸檬、李子、桃子等硬核水果，應將果核去除後再選擇正轉運作。
• 水芹菜、洋芹等纖維含量高的蔬菜，應先切成3-4cm的小段後再投入。
• 請不要投入芝麻、豌豆、樹皮、花椒等無法冷壓的食材。
• 請不要投入泥鰍、鰻魚、蝦、川蜷、魷魚等。
• 請不要投入用酒、蜂蜜、白糖等醃製的水果（葡萄、覆盆子、桑葚等）及酶類（七面
草、瓦松等）。
不適於穀物粉碎及榨取甘蔗。
易產生部件損壞，發生故障。
• 榨出來的果汁要盡快飲用，請勿長時間保存。
• 可以加工調料（蒜、生辣椒），但不要用於穀物粉碎。（可能引起機器故障或破損）
• 榨過汁的渣滓請不要再正轉。軟水果可以進行再正轉。
• 投入食材前，請不要空轉。
• 請不要連續使用20分鐘以上。
可能因電機過熱而導致機器故障。
連續使用時，請在暫停20分鐘後再進行操作。
• 機器運轉時，請勿往出汁口插入筷子、勺子等異物。
機器運轉時，如果往出汁口插入筷子等物，可能會夾進旋轉的刷子中間引起零部件破損。
• 請勿使用推壓棒以外的物品。
可能會卡到螺旋擠壓器中，引起零部件破損、人身傷害或機器故障。
• 請勿用淋濕的手操作開關。
可能引起觸電、漏電或火災。開關周圍請不要黏上異物。
注意：使用蔬果濾網時，長時間保存在冰箱里的食材及冷凍水果，榨汁量少或無法榨汁。

技術規格常見故障及解決方法
委託維修之前請確認以下內容。
無法啟動
• 請確認電源插頭是否已插好。
• 請確認進料斗是否蓋緊。如進料斗未正確安裝或未結合便無法啟動。
• 請確認攪拌器是否放平安裝在主體上。如攪拌器放置不平，則安全裝置無法接合便無法啟
動。
• 請確認是否按本產品的組裝方法進行組裝，請參考組裝指南。
• 請咨詢售後服務及維修中心。
進料斗無法打開
• 內部是否渣滓過多？
請將濕度控制閥轉到半開狀態，然後按向“FWD正轉”，排出內部殘餘渣滓；或者
按“REV反轉”3-5秒後停止，重複2-3次，就能輕鬆打開進料斗。
• 是否投入過異物、固體物質（如柿子核類的硬核）？
按住“REV反轉”，使異物重新上升至進料斗再去除。
• 請勿強行用力打開，如按所告知的方法仍無法打開，請聯繫售後服務及維修中心。
正常使用時，突然停止運轉
• 是否投入過多或太大的食材？
請拔出插頭，拆卸攪拌器組件進行清洗後再使用。
• 如上述方法仍無法解決，請聯繫售後服務及維修中心。
螺旋擠壓器上有裂痕或刮痕
• 是在製造成型物的過程中產生的成型痕跡，屬正常現象，對使用無任何影響。
主體頂部有果汁漏出
• 是否投入了太多食材？
投入量大於排出的渣滓量時，橡膠墊會被擠出來，果汁從其間隙處漏出。
一次不要投入太多食材，最好分多次投入食材。
（榨汁時）攪拌器會抖動
• 因為主體電機的動力，會產生輕微的抖動。
根據食材的特性（堅硬或堅韌）也會發生晃動狀況，這是螺旋擠壓器旋轉時產生的正常現
象，並非故障。相比水分多、又柔軟的食材，榨取堅硬食材時的震動會相對較大。（例如：
紅蘿蔔/薯仔/蘿蔔/甜菜等）
無法將攪拌器組件安裝到主體上
• 濕度控制閥在全開狀態，無法將攪拌器組件安裝到主體上。
在將攪拌器組件安裝到主體之前，應將濕度控制閥轉到關閉狀態。

Notice Before Use
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the
following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put (state specic part or parts in question) in
water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or
is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest customer service centre
for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause re, electric
shock or injury.
8. Do not use outdoors (this may be omitted if it is specially designed for outdoor use).
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
10. Always make sure the hopper is clamped securely in place before motor is turned on. Do not
unfasten the hopper while juicer is in operation.
11. Be sure to turn switch to OFF position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the motor stops
completely before disassembling.
12. Do not put your ngers or other objects into the juicer while it is in operation. If food becomes
lodged in the hopper, use food pusher or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down. If it
doesn’t work, turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the remaining food.
13. Do not use the appliance if the strainer is damaged.
14. Do not operate without the pulp container in place.

Operating Instructions
Before making juice, adjust the regulating valve
to the suitable position. (See regulating valve
instruction for details)
Press the power switch to “FWD” position.
Put the ingredients into the hopper, push
them with the pusher.
Push regulating valve to half-open position
before putting the last ingredients into the hopper.
(Take out the pulp, then easy to open the hopper)
When nish making juice, switch to “Stop”
position, and the machine stops working.
Caution: Before pressing to “FWD” or “REV”
position, please make sure the auger fully stops,
and then to another side.

Ready, juice-making mode OFF
For most ingredients, switch the valve to OFF
position, the squeezing effect is better.
Squeeze fruit with core like grape, raspberry,
pomegranate etc., switch the valve to OFF position
and then start to make juice. When juice begins
to ow, switch the valve to half-open position to
continue squeezing.
Finish, Simple cleaning mode Half-Open
Switch the regulating valve to half-open position
before putting the last ingredients into the hopper
in order to take out the pulp. Only when the pulp is
taken out, the hopper can be opened.
When do simple cleaning, switch the valve to half-
open position and take out the pulp.
Cleaning mode ON
Switch the regulating valve to ON position, and
then you can disassemble the chamber to clean.
Push the power switch to “REV” position, the juicer works to move the stuck food back to the top. It
reverses when press. Once without pressing, it stops working.
Under “FWD” or “REV” operation, make sure the auger fully stops running before push the power
switch to the other side.
Caution: Before push the power switch to “REV” position, make sure the auger fully stops running. The
motor will stop slowly instead of stop immediately due to the safety concerns.

Safety Precautions Safety Precautions
1. Please read the Safety Precautions carefully before using the appliance.
2. Please obey the Safety Precautions in operation.
3. Please pay attention to differentiate below two marks.
Warning: If breach warning items in operation, it may cause serious injury or casualty.
Caution: If breach caution items in operation, it may cause serious injury or product damage.
Warning:
Do not insert or pull the plug with wet hands. May cause the risk of electric shock or personal
injury.
Only work in AC 220V.
Ensure the plug is correct and fully inserted. If not, may cause personal injury by re, electric
shock etc.
Prohibit damaging the power cord like over bending, binding, dragging, or heavy loading. Do
not let power cord near high temperature or re. Do not put the power cord in crevice. Do
not change the power cord by yourself. If not, easy to damage the power cord, and cause the
accident of electric shock, re.
Prohibit converting, disassembling, mending by yourselves. Prohibit putting other objects in
the crevice of chamber like nger, pieces of iron etc. This may cause the accident of electric
shock, re, personal injury, stoppage etc. Please call customer service centre for the product
A/S and inspecting.
Prohibit operating when power cord damaged or plug loose. May cause the accident of
electric shock, re, personal injury. If power soft cord damaged, change it by the professional
person from manufactory, its customer service centre or relevant departments to avoid danger.
Prohibit immersing main body in water, or splash water over main body. Avoid other objects
and water into product switch. Prohibit touching switch with wet hands. May cause the
accident of electric shock or re.
To ensure safety operation, make sure it is connected the grounding cable when operating.
Do not connect in danger objects like gas pipe, plastic water pipe, telephone line etc. If not,
may cause the accident of electric shock, re, stoppage, and explosion. Must use socket with
grounding cable.
Do not insert spoon, chopstick etc. into the juice outlet. Do not move the appliance,
disassemble or assemble the components when in use. May cause personal injury or
machine stoppage.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children when using. It cannot be operated alone
by children or people who are not able to use it. It may cause the risk of personal injury or
machine stoppage if children touch or knock down the appliance.
Caution
Do not use the appliance when the hopper is unlock. May cause the risk of personal injury or
machine stoppage.
Do not plug in or pull out the power when gas leakage happens (like coal gas, natural gas
etc.). Open the window and circulate air, then it can be used. May cause the risk of personal
injury or machine stoppage.
If the auger stops running in using, push the power switch to REV position for 2-3s, and wait
until fully nish running, then push to FWD position. If it is still not running, the motor will be
overheated; components and performance will be damaged. If it happens regularly, stop using
the appliance, and call the customer service centre.
Pay attention that do not let necktie, necklace, or scarf etc. roll into the hopper. May cause
personal injury, machine stoppage or damage.
Use the appliance on the steady place. Or it may cause personal injury, machine stoppage.
Do not use the appliance continually over 20 mins. Motor will be overheated, and cause
stoppage. Stop for 20 mins before operate again.

• Foods need to pay attention
• Fruits with cores like persimmon, plum, lemon, prune, peach etc., need to discard the cores
before put into the hopper.
• Vegetable with rich ber like cress, celery etc., need to cut them into 3-4cm small pieces,
before put into the hopper.
• Do not put sesame, peas, bark, pepper etc. into the hopper.
• Do not put loach, eel, shrimp, squid etc. into the hopper.
• Do not put preserved fruit (grape, raspberry, mulberry etc.) by wine, honey, sugar, and
enzymes.
It is not suitable to crush grain and extract juice of sugarcane.
May cause component damage, or machine stoppage.
• Drink the squeezed juice as soon as possible, do not store for a long time.
• Condiment (garlic, raw chili) can be processed, but do not crush grain. (May cause machine
stoppage or damage.)
• Do not squeeze the pulp twice except for the soft fruit.
• Don’t run idle before put ingredients into the hopper.
• Do not use the appliance continually over 20 mins.
Motor will be overheated, and cause stoppage. Stop for 20 mins before operate again.
• Do not insert spoon, chopstick etc. into the juice outlet.
May cause component damaged
• Do not put other tools instead of the pusher into the hopper.
May insert into the auger and get jammed. Component damage, personal injury or machine
stoppage may occur.
• Do not press the power switch with wet hands.
May cause the risk of electric shock, leakage, or re. Do not stick foreign matter around the
switch.
Note: When using fruit strainer, fruits or vegetables stored in refrigerator for a long time may not be
able to squeeze juice or limited quantity.

Do not put other tools instead of the pusher into the hopper. May cause personal injury or
machine stoppage.
Do not impact or drop the product. May cause the risk of electric shock, re or damage.
Stop using and call the customer service centre when unusual sound, overheat and smoking
happens. It is normal to have some odor at the rst few times, and it will disappear after using
for a period of time.
Hold the power socket and unplug after use. Pull the power cord to unplug may cause the
accident of electric shock or re.
Do not wash components in 80℃. Do not put components into dish washer, drying machine,
or microwave oven. May cause machine stoppage, component out of shape.
The net weight of the juicer is 3.6kg. To move the juicer, must hold lower part of main body
by both hands. Only hold the chamber or side face of main body may cause personal injury, or
stoppage.
Do not disassemble the components when use. Do not put other objects (like spoon, or nger
etc.) into the hopper or juice outlet. May cause personal injury, accident, machine stoppage
etc.
If the strainer is damaged, stop using the appliance.

Clean the juicer in time after use.
1. Disconnect appliance form the power supply and let main body cool down
before cleaning.
2. Do not rinse or immerse the main body into water, clean the main body with
a slightly damp cloth only.
3. Removable components, such as pusher, hopper, auger, strainer, chamber,
juice container, and pulp container can be cleaned with water.
4. Be careful to wash the sharp auger to avoid cutting.
5. Clean the strainers with cleaning brush.
6. Do not put removable components into high temperature sterilizer. They can be cleaned with soft
cloth and detergent.
7. After cleaning, dry the components and install to main unit.
8. When not in use, store the appliance in a well-ventilated and dry environment.

Care and Maintenance Troubleshooting
Before entrusting servicing, check the followings:
Fail to start.
• Make sure the power cord is securely plugged.
• Make sure the hopper is clamped securely. When the hopper is not installed in place or not
connected, the unit will not start.
• Make sure the chamber is atly installed in the main body. When the chamber is unevenly placed,
the safety devices cannot joint together and the unit is unable to start.
• Make sure the unit is installed according to the installation method of the unit. See installation
instructions.
• Call customer service centre.
Fail to open the safety lid.
• Are there too many residues inside the juicer?
Adjust the regulating vale to half open position and push the power switch to “FWD” position to
discharge the residues; or push the power switch to “REV” position for 3-5 seconds and then stop,
repeat 2-3 times and the hopper is easy to be opened.
• Are foreign matters or solid substances (such as hard core of persimmon) thrown into it?
Push the power switch to “REV” position to lift the objects to the opening and then remove them.
• Do not open the hopper with force. If the hopper is still unable to be opened according to the
mentioned instructions, please contact our custom service centre.
Stop suddenly during normal operation.
• Are the food too much or too large?
Unplug the unit, disassemble the chamber and operate again after cleaning.
• If the solution mentioned above still not works, please consult our customer service center.
The auger has cracks or scratches.
• They are forming marks produced in the process molding materials, which is normal and does not
affect the usage of the unit.
Juice leaks from the top of the main body.
• Too much food put into the unit?
When the amount of food put into it is larger than the residue amount discharged, the rubber
blanket will be pushed out and the juice will leak out from the gaps.
Do not put too much food into the juicer each time and throw in separately for several times will
be better.

Technical Specications
While making juice the chamber shakes.
• Inuenced by the power of the motor, slight shake will happen.
Due to the features of the ingredients (hard or tough), shakes will happen to some extent as well,
which is a normal phenomenon derived from the rotation of the screw propeller.
Compared with juicy and soft ingredients, the vibration will be greater while squeezing hard
ingredients. (Such as carrot, potato, radish, beta vulgaris, etc.)
Fail to install the chamber to the main body.
• When the regulating valve is in ON position, the chamber cannot be installed to the main body.
Before installing the chamber to the main body, the regulating valve should be adjusted to OFF
position.

2. 用戶應依照說明書的指示操作。本保用並不包括﹕
- 任何附件及輔助裝置﹔
- 因天然與人為意外造成的損壞
(包括運輸及其它)﹔
- 電源接合不當、不依說明書而錯誤

3. 於下列情況下，用戶之保用資格將被取消﹕

eligible for free warranty service.
2. Customer should always follow the operating instructions. This
warranty does not apply to:
- labour costs for on-site installation, check-up, repair, replacement of
parts and other transportation costs;
- damages caused by accidents of any kind (including material
transfer and others);
- operating failures resulting from applying incorrect voltage, improper
usage, and unauthorized installations or repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- the purchase invoice is modified by an unauthorized party;
- the product is used for any commercial or industrial purposes;
- the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel, or
unauthorized parts are installed;
- the serial number is modified, damaged or removed from the
product.
4. Regardless of warranty status, all walk-in requests for water heater
repair or replacement service at our Customer Service Centre are
subject to testing and handling charges.
5. German Pool will, in its discretion, repair or replace any defective
part.
6. This warranty will be void if there is any transfer of ownership from
the original purchaser.
7. Hong Kong: Service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and
New Territories. Repairs in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay or other
outlying islands are subject to extra service charges.
