4. FUNCIONAMIENTO 4. OPERATION
El funcionamiento del microfiltro transparente FG-100 y sus variantes se
basa en el microfiltraje del líquido contenido en su interior. El carácter
hidrófugo de su papel filtrante de 5 µm (micra) permite decantar la posible
agua existente (FG-100 y FG-100G). En caso de visualización de agua,
parar el repostaje. Proceder a la limpieza del depósito y las tuberías. Y
antes de reanudar el repostaje, sustituir el cartucho filtrante. (Ver apartado
5. Mantenimiento).
The operation of the FG-100 transparent microfilter and its versions is
based on the liquid microfiltration. The water-repellent character of its 5 µm
(micron) filtering paper allows separating the possible water (FG-100 and
FG-100G). If you see water, stop the refuelling. Clean the tank and the
tubes. And before starting again the refilling, replace the filtering cartridge.
(Please see the 5. Maintenance section of this manual).
Estos microfiltros además permiten la posibilidad de inspección ocular e
instantánea, debido a su carcasa transparente (6) y, en caso de transvasar
impurezas, éstas quedan retenidas entre el cartucho filtrante (3) y la
carcasa transparente (6). Las impurezas retenidas en el fondo de la
carcasa transparente (6) pueden vaciarse/extraerse desmontando el aro
del microfiltro (7) con ayuda de la llave especial (10) que lo acompaña.
These microfilters also allow the visual and instantaneous examination
because of its transparent vessel (6). In the event of transferring liquid with
impurities, these are retained between the filtering cartridge (3) and the
transparent vessel (6). The blocked impurities on the bottom of the
transparent vessel (6) can be emptied disassembling the microfilter ring (7)
with the enclosed special key (10).
ATENCIÓN: Antes de proceder a aflojar la carcasa
transparente (6) del microfiltro FG-100 o sus variantes,
es necesario disponer de un recipiente adecuado para
recoger el líquido con impurezas que salga del
microfiltro; de esta manera se evita atentar contra el
medio ambiente.
ATTENTION: Before slackening the transparent vessel(6),
you need an adequate recipient to pick up the liquid with
impurities that can go out from the manual lower valve
(10); so making an attempt on the environment is
avoided.
Una vez vaciadas/extraídas las impurezas y/o sustituido el cartucho filtrante
(3), proceder a volver a montar el aro del microfiltro (7) con ayuda de la
llave especial (10).
Once the impurities are emptied, and/or the filtering cartridge (3) is
replaced, assemble again the microfilter ring (7) with the special key (10).
ATENCIÓN:
La presión normal de trabajo para los microfiltros es de 0
a -0,4 bar en la aspiración y de hasta 5 bar en la
impulsión.
Si se observa que el rendimiento del equipo al cual
instalamos los microfiltros desciende, es necesario
sustituir el cartucho filtrante (3). (Leer el apartado 5.
Mantenimiento).
ATTENTION:
The normal working pressure for the microfilters is from
0 to -0.4 bar in the suction and up to 5 bar in the delivery.
If you see that the kit output, where the microfilters are
installed, decreases, it is necessary to replace the
filtering cartridge (3). (Please read the below section 5.
Maintenance).

- EL MICROFILTRO FG-100BIO ESTÁ INDICADO PARA EL
USO EXCLUSIVO DE BIODIÉSEL.
*Consultar para el uso de otro tipo de líquidos.

THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF PETROL, AVGAS, JET A-1 and

- THE FG-100BIO MICROFILTER IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR
THE EXCLUSIVE BIODIESEL USE.
*Please ask for other type of liquids.
5. MANTENIMIENTO 5. MAINTENANCE
Estos microfiltros son capaces de filtrar hasta 500.000 litros en condiciones
normales. Cuando se observe que el rendimiento del equipo, al cual se ha
instalado el microfiltro FG-100 o el FG-100BIO o el microfiltro FG-100G,
desciende o cuando se observe suciedad y/o agua en el microfiltro, es
necesario cambiar el cartucho filtrante (3). Para ello se deben seguir los
siguientes pasos:
These microfilters are able to filter up to 500,000 litres in normal conditions.
When you see that the kit capacity, where the microfilter is installed,
decreases or when you see dirt and/or water in the microfilter, it is
necessary to change the filtering cartridge (3). You have to follow the below
steps:
5.1. Vaciar el circuito del líquido, abriendo la pistola para desalojar la
presión existente. 5.1. Drain the liquid of the circuit, opening the nozzle to take the pressure
out.
5.2. Desmontar el aro del microfiltro (7) con la ayuda de la llave especial
(10). 5.2. Disassemble the microfilter ring (7) with the special key (10).
5.3. Insertar el muelle del microfiltro en la ranura que lleva el microfiltro en
la parte ciega. 5.3. Put the microfilter spring in the slot that the microfilter has in the blind
part.
5.4. Sustituir el cartucho filtrante (3 o 3a) por otro nuevo. 5.4. Replace the filtering cartridge (3 or 3a) by a new one.
5.5. Volver a colocar las juntas tóricas (2 y 4) en su sitio. 5.5. Put again the joints (2 and 4).
5.6. Montar el aro del microfiltro (7) con la ayuda de la llave especial (10).
Apretar el conjunto comprobando que las juntas tóricas (2 y 4) estén en su
sitio y queden herméticamente presionadas. Debe roscarse el aro del
microfiltro (7) vigilando que esta operación se realice correctamente y que
no estemos roscándolo torcido (esto provocaría fugas y podría dañarse la
rosca del microfiltro).
5.6. Assemble de microfilter ring (7) with the special key (10). Tighten the
set checking that the joints (2 and 4) are in their site and are hermetically
pressed. You must correctly thread the microfilter ring (7), controlling that is
correctly well-done and is not threaded twisted (this could cause leaks, and
the microfilter thread could be damaged).
5.7. Poner nuevamente en marcha el equipo de bombeo y el cebado del
microfiltro se realizará automáticamente. 5.7. Start again the pumping kit and the microfilter draining will be
automatically made.
