Spicy Dijon Deviled Eggs
½ small onion
12 eggs, boiled & peeled 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup mayonnaise salt & pepper, to taste
1–2 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard paprika, for sprinkling

Restaurant Style Salsa
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, with juice
2 Tbsp. canned, diced jalapenos ½ tsp. ground cumin
3 cloves garlic ¼ tsp. black pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl with the steel blade.
Makes 3 cups
2 cans (10 oz. each) diced tomatoes with chilies, drained
½ large onion, cut into pieces
3 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
2 Tbsp. adobo sauce
1 cup chicken broth
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 large or 2 small zucchini, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Veggie Pizza
2 packs (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions ½ tsp. garlic powder
½ bell pepper ½ pack (.75 oz.) ranch mix
2 cup broccoli 2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 carrot 15 grape tomatoes
8 oz. low-fat sour cream 1 cup Cheddar, shredded
spray.
2. Put the crescent roll dough on the cookie sheet in a single layer. Spread
the dough as needed to make a crust. Using a fork, poke holes in the
dough. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Use the chopper to chop, slice or mince the onions, pepper, brocolli and
carrot to your desired consistency. Set these ingredients aside.
