PRIMO UTILIZZO
Rimuovere eventua i etichette o adesivi da prodotto. Lavare i vasetti ed i coperchi in acqua ca da
e detersivo e asciugare con cura.
ATTENZIONE : Non immergere l apparecchio in acqua o altri liquidi.
INGREDIENTI
Scelta del latte
Si consig ia di sceg iere preferibi mente atte intero o semi-scremato, senza ’obb igo di ebo izione
( atte UHT a unga conservazione). L’uso de atte intero permette un risu tato più cremoso e più
aromatizzato.
I atte crudo non scremato o pastorizzato, deve essere bo ito ed in seguito passato a co ino per
e iminare a pe ico a.
Per ottenere yogurt più densi, è possibi e aggiungere a atte 1-2 cucchiai di atte in po vere
mesco ando bene i tutto.
Scelta dei fermenti
I fermenti si possono fare:
•da uno yogurt natura e intero in commercio con una data di scadenza i più ontano possibi e.
•da uno yogurt precedentemente prodotto con questa yogurtiera. Si consig ia di non uti izzare per
più di una decina di vo te uno yogurt preso da a vostra produzione, poiché a a unga i nuovi
yogurt potrebbero diventare meno buoni.

•da un fermento secco iofi izzato. Si consig ia in questo caso di a ungare i tempo di produzione
di circa 2 ore.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Ingredienti per 6 vasetti di yogurt:
-500 m di atte intero o semi-scremato
-1 yogurt natura e intero
NOTA : per ottenere un mig ior risu tato, assicurarsi che g i ingredienti siano a temperatura
ambiente (sopra 20 °C). Si consig ia di aggiungere a piacere zucchero, confettura o frutta
(preferibi mente già cotta) so amente dopo aver fatto o yogurt.
1. Ama gamare bene i atte e o yogurt. Per ottenere una buona misce a, sbattere o yogurt fino ad
ottenere un composto omogeneo e aggiungere i atte a picco e dosi, continuando a sbattere i
composto.
2. Ripartire i composto nei 6 vasetti in vetro (5).
3. Mettere i vasetti neg i apposti a oggi (2) de a yogurtiera.
4. Co egare i cavo di a imentazione de a yogurtiera ad una presa di corrente compatibi e (220-
240V~50Hz).
5. I ed “AUTO” e “MANUAL” de disp ay di funzionamento (3) si i umineranno.
6. Premere 2 vo te su pu sante “AUTO” ed i ed comincerà a ampeggiare, indicando che
’operazione è stata attivata. Dopo 7 ore di funzionamento, a yogurtiera si fermerà
automaticamente.
7. Premere 2 vo te i pu sante “MANUAL” e a yogurtiera funzionerà per 42 ore consecutive. Per
interrompere i funzionamento premere i pu sante “ON-OFF”.
8. Se o yogurt risu ta essere poco denso, riaccendere a yogurtiera ripetendo e istruzioni da punto
7.
9. Ottenuto i preparato de a consistenza desiderata, premere i pu sante “ON-OFF” per
interrompere i funzionamento.
10. Aggiungere a piacere zucchero, confettura o frutta (preferibi mente già cotta) e conservare in
frigorifero.
11. Sco egare ’apparecchio da a presa di corrente.
NOTA : a durata massima de o yogurt posto in frigorifero è di 8-10 giorni.
PULIZIA
ATTENZIONE : Dopo ogni utilizzo, scollegare l apparecchio e lasciarlo raffreddare
prima di pulirlo.
I vasetti ed i re ativi coperchi possono essere avati a mano o in avastovig ie. Per pu ire a
yogurtiera uti izzare so amente un panno morbido inumidito con acqua ca da. Non immergere
l apparecchio in acqua o altro liquido. NON spruzzare detergenti iquidi su corpo principa e. Non
uti izzare po veri e so venti aggressivi, prodotti abrasivi in genere o spugne meta iche per pu ire i
corpo motore.
ATTENZIONE : Lasciare asciugare i vasetti prima di montarli per un nuovo utilizzo.

FIRST USE
Remove any advertising abe or sticker. Wash pots and ids with warm water and mi d detergent,
rinse under running water and et them dry carefu y.
ATTENTION : Do not immerse the appliance in water or in any liquid.
INGREDIENTS
Choice of milk
It is best to se ect who e or semi-skimmed mi k which does not need to be boi ed (UHT ong- ife mi k
or powdered mi k). Who e mi k makes the yoghurt smoother and gives it more f avour.
Untreated or pasteurised mi k has to be boi ed, then coo ed down and strained to e iminate the skin.
To obtain yoghurts which are more consistent, you may add 1 or 2 tab espoons of powdered mi k to
a itre of mi k, mixing thorough y.
Choice of bacillus
This is made either:
•from a natura who e commercia yoghurt with a use-by date as ong as possib e.

•from a yoghurt you have made by yourse f using this yoghurt maker. Do not use a yoghurt
based on your own home-made baci us more than ten times, as the yoghurts wi not be as
good.
•from a freeze-dried baci us. You wi need to pro ong the time for first preparation by two hours.
OPERATING
Ingredients for 6 yoghurts:
-500 m who e or semi-skimmed mi k
-1 natura who e commercia yoghurt
NOTE : to obtain a better mixture, the ingredients shou d be mixed at ambient temperature (20°
C). On y add sugar, jam or fruits after the yoghurt is ready, do not add them before.
1. To obtain a good mixture, beat the yoghurt to turn it into a nice, smooth paste and then add the
mi k, continuing to beat at the same time.
2. Put the mixture into the pots (5).
3. P ace the pots in the yoghurt maker pots housing (2).
4. P ug the yoghurt maker in the e ectrica socket (220-240V~50Hz).
5. “AUTO” and “MANUAL” ed wi g ow on the functioning disp ay (3).
6. Press the button “AUTO” twice and the ed wi start f ashing. After 7 hours working, the yoghurt
maker wi stop automatica y.
7. Press the button “MANUAL” and the yoghurt maker wi work for 42 hours unti you manua y
switch it off by pressing the button “ON-OFF” once
8. If the yoghurt is not dense enough, repeat operations from point 7 on.
9. To stop the yoghurt maker, press the “ON-OFF” button once .
10. Add sugar, jam and fruits (rather cooked than fresh) and store the pots in the refrigerator.
11. Unp ug the app iance from the e ectrica socket.
NOTE : do not store your own made yoghurt in the refrigerator for more than 8-10 days .
CLEANING
ATTENTION: Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
The g ass pots with their ids may be washed with warm soapy water and a so in the dishwasher.
C ean the power unit with a soft damp c oth on y. Do not immerse the yogurt maker in water
or in other liquid. Do not spray any c eaning so ution direct y on the power unit. Do not use any
abrasive, harsh c eaning so utions or meta ic sponge to c ean the motor body.
