Per la natura stessa della materia prima utilizzata facciamo presente che durante l’utilizzo potrebbero presentarsi
delle alonature o macchie sulla superficie. Questo fenomeno può accadere specialmente durante la percorrenza di
strade con sale, sabbia o fango. Queste alonature non possono essere considerate difettosità del prodotto ma sono
da ritenersi caratteristica del materiale utilizzato.
Si possono tuttavia prevenire pulendo regolarmente le superfici con normali oli siliconici spray, il velo protettivo
rende più difficile l’aggressione chimica da parte di agenti esterni. Lo stesso prodotto può essere usato anche a
posteriori per attenuare eventuali macchie comparse dopo l’utilizzo delle borse in ambienti aggressivi.
Le valigie possono essere lavate solo con acqua e sapone neutro, mai utilizzare i detergenti degli autolavaggi, non
usare la lancia a pressione ed evitare di utilizzare prodotti aggressivi. L’utilizzo di materiali inappropriati potrebbe
causare rigature e segni sulla valigia, che non possono essere imputati ad una difettosità del materiale.
Dopo la completa asciugatura si consiglia l’applicazione di olio siliconico spray utilizzando un panno asciutto e
morbido.
Due to the nature of the raw materials used for these hard cases, rings or spots may appear on the surface during
their use. This can happen especially when riding on roads with salt, sand or mud. These rings should not be
considered product defects, but characteristic features of the material used.
It is possible to prevent the appearance of rings by regularly cleaning the surface with a silicone lubricant spray,
which adds a protective layer that prevents the hard cases from being damaged by external chemical agents. The
same product can also be used to remove any stains which appear after using the cases in aggressive environments.
The cases may be washed only with water and a mild soap. Never use car wash detergents. Do not use a power
washer and avoid using harsh products. The use of inappropriate substances could cause scratches and marks on
the case which cannot be attributed to a defect in the material.
Once the case is completely dry, we recommend applying a silicone lubricant spray with a dry, soft cloth.
Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der verwendeten Materialien können sich im Laufe der Zeit Ränder oder Flecken
auf der Oberfläche bilden. Dieser Effekt tritt insbesondere beim Fahren auf mit Salz gestreuten Straßen, aber
auch im Sand, Matsch oder Schlamm auf. Diese Ränder oder Flecken sind keine Mängel des Produkts, sondern
charakteristisch für die verwendeten Materialien.
Durch regelmäßige Reinigung der Oberflächen mit einem normalen Silikonölspray lässt sich dieser Effekt weitestgehend
vermeiden, da hierdurch ein Schutzfilm gegen äußere chemische Einflüsse entsteht. Das gleiche Mittel kann auch
verwendet werden, um Schmutzränder nach Verwendung der Koffer in aggressiven Umgebungen zu entfernen.
Die Koffer dürfen nur mit Wasser und neutraler Seife und niemals mit Reiniger für Autowaschanlagen gewaschen
werden, keine Hochdruckreiniger verwenden und die Verwendung aggressiver Mittel vermeiden. Die Verwendung
ungeeigneter Materialien kann zu Riefen und Spuren am Koffer führen, die nicht als Materialmangel geltend
gemacht werden können.
Es wird empfohlen, nach vollständiger Trocknung Silikonölspray mithilfe eines weichen, trockenenTuchs aufzutragen.

En raison de la nature de la matière première que nous utilisons, nous vous informons que des traces ou des taches
peuvent apparaître sur la surface lors de l’utilisation. Ce phénomène est susceptible de se produire en particulier
en cas d’utilisation sur des routes comportant du sel, du sable ou de la boue. Ces traces ne peuvent pas être
considérées comme un défaut mais sont dues aux caractéristiques du matériau utilisé.
Il est toutefois possible d’éviter leur apparition en nettoyant régulièrement les surfaces avec des huiles de silicone en
spray. La couche de protection permet de limiter l’agression chimique des agents extérieurs. Il est possible d’utiliser
le même produit pour atténuer les taches apparues après l’utilisation des valises dans des environnements agressifs.
Les valises peuvent être lavées uniquement avec de l'eau et du savon neutre. Ne jamais utiliser les détergents
des stations de lavage de voitures ni la lance à pression et éviter d'utiliser des produits agressifs. L'utilisation de
matériaux inadéquats pourrait entraîner des rayures ou des marques sur la valise ne pouvant pas être attribuées à
un défaut du matériel. Après le séchage complet, il est recommandé d'appliquer de l'huile de silicone en spray en
utilisant un chiffon doux et sec.

Por la propia naturaleza de la materia prima utilizada, constatamos que durante el uso podrían presentarse halos o
manchas en la superficie. Este fenómeno puede ocurrir especialmente durante el recorrido en carreteras con sal,
arena o barro. Estos halos no deben considerarse un defecto del producto sino una característica del material utilizado.
No obstante, se puede prevenir puliendo regularmente la superficie con spray lubricante incoloro, la capa de
protección hace que sean más difíciles las agresiones químicas por parte de agentes externos. El mismo producto
puede utilizarse también para atenuar manchas aparecidas después del uso de las bolsas en ambientes agresivos.
Las maletas se pueden lavar solo con agua y jabón neutro; nunca utilizar los detergentes de los túneles de lavado,
ni la lanza a presión y evitar utilizar productos agresivos. El uso de materiales inapropiados podría provocar rayas y
marcas en la maleta, que no pueden imputarse a un defecto del material.
Tras secarla del todo, se aconseja aplicar aceite de silicona en spray utilizando un paño seco y suave.
Considerando as características da matéria-prima utilizada, informamos que anéis ou manchas podem surgir na superfície
durante o uso. Esse fenômeno pode ocorrer principalmente durante o trânsito em estradas com sal, areia ou lama.
Estes anéis não podem ser considerados defeitos do produto, mas características do material utilizado.
No entanto, isso pode ser evitado limpando regularmente as superficies com lubrificante de silicone em spray. A
película de proteção dificulta a agressão química por parte de agentes externos. O mesmo produto também pode
ser novamente utilizado para reduzir as manchas que aparecem após o uso das baús em ambientes agressivos.
Os baús podem ser lavados apenas com água e sabão neutro. Nunca use detergentes para lavagem de carros. Não

All’interno della confezione sono inclusi: 1 cilindretto con la medesima cifratura delle serrature delle valigie
consegnate, 1 boccola, 1 dado, 1 rondella anti svitamento, 1 chiave di riserva per personalizzare il blocco serratura
di un’eventuale terza valigia (ad esempio un bauletto centrale) e poter aprire tutte le 3 valigie con la stessa chiave.
Per ulteriori necessità, ci sono anche i ricambi KIT CHIAVE “Security Lock” (pag. 14).

The package includes: 1 lock cylinder with the same profile as the lock mechanism on the cases delivered, 1
bushing, 1 nut, 1 serrated washer, 1 spare key. Thanks to these components, it is possible to customise the lock
mechanism of any third case (e.g. a central top case) so that all 3 cases can be opened with the same key.
For other needs, there are also the spare parts of the “Security Lock” KEY KIT (p. 14).

1. La maleta se puede enganchar con la llave en posición
abierta (horizontal) o en posición cerrada (vertical).
2. En la caja también se incluyen dos distanciadores
C10L3F6 + 5T (A) que pueden ser necesarios en algunos portamaletas antiguos_ PL para poder montar
las nuevas DOLOMITI. Para poder montarlos, hay que desatornillar los dos tornillos 625TSP (B), colocar
los distanciadores entre el soporte tubular y los adaptadores Z125 (C). A continuación, se debe volver a
atornillar todo utilizando los mismos tornillos.
1. O baú pode ser fixado com a chave tanto em posição aberta (horizontal) quanto fechada (vertical).
2. A embalagem também inclui dois espaçadores C10L3F6,5T (A). Às vezes, em determinados PL`S antigos, pode
ocorrer a necessidade de utilização destes pequenos espaçadores para instalar os baús DOLOMITI. Para instalá-
los, é necessário remover os dois parafusos 625TSP (B) e posicionar os espaçadores entre o quadro tubular e os
pequenos pinos Z125 (C). Em seguida, é necessário aparafusar tudo utilizando os mesmos parafusos.
AGGANCIO - FASTENING - EINKLINKEN - ACCROCHAGE - ENGANCHE - FIXAÇÃO
1. La valigia si può agganciare con la chiave sia in
posizione
aperta (orizzontale) sia in posizione chiusa
(verticale).
2. Nella confezione sono inclusi anche due
distanziali C10L3F6,5T (A). Può capitare infatti di
imbattersi in vecchi PL che, per poter montare le
nuove DOLOMITI, necessitino l’impiego di questi
piccoli distanziali. Per poterli montare bisogna
svitare le due viti 625TSP (B), posizionare i
distanziali tra il telaio tubolare e i funghetti Z125
(C). Successivamente bisogna riavvitare il tutto
utilizzando le stesse viti.

open (horizontal) or closed (vertical) position.

A) Aprire il coperchio
B) Svitare le 4 viti della cover indicata in
figura
C) Premere il catenaccio oppure
rimuovere le due molle e di conseguenza
il catenaccio sarà libero di scendere
liberando la valigia dal telaio.
Per ripristinare la funzionalità di sgancio
a manopola della valigia basta percorrere
a ritroso i punti descritti assicurandosi di
mantenere il cavo intorno alla carrucola
e con la sua estremità cilindrica inserita
nell’apposita sede del catenaccio.
1. Unlike the fixing step, in order to release the
case the key must be turned to the open
(horizontal) position.
2. Turn the external knob clockwise to release
the case.
3. In the highly unlikely event that the case
remains attached to the frame, this is easy
to resolve:
A) Open the lid.
B) Remove the 4 screws from the cover as
shown in the image.
C) Push the bolt, or remove the two springs
so that the bolt can freely drop, freeing the
case from the frame.
In order to restore the function which
allows the case to be removed using the
knob, simply perform the steps described
backwards, making sure to keep the cable
around the pulley and the cylindrical end
inserted in the correct slot of the bolt.

Um die Entriegelungsfunktion über den Knauf am Koffer wiederherzustellen, sind die zuvor beschriebenen
Schritte einfach in umgekehrter Reihenfolge auszuführen. Dabei ist sicherzustellen, dass der Seilzug um
die Umlenkrolle gespannt ist und das zylinderförmige Ende im entsprechenden Sitz der Verriegelung
eingesetzt ist.

1. Contrairement à l'étape d'accrochage, pour
décrocher la valise, il faut tourner la clé en
position ouverte (horizontale).
2. Tourner la poignée externe dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre pour décrocher la
valise.
3. Dans le cas peu probable où la valise
reste accrochée au cadre, il est possible
d'intervenir facilement :
A) Ouvrir le couvercle
B) Dévisser les 4 vis de la coque indiquée
sur l'image
C) Appuyer sur le loquet ou retirer les deux
ressorts. Ainsi, le loquet pourra descendre,
libérant la valise du cadre.
Pour rétablir la fonction de décrochage à
poignée de la valise, il suffit d'effectuer en
sens inverse les points décrits en s'assurant
de maintenir le câble autour de la poulie et
avec son extrémité cylindrique insérée dans
l'emplacement adéquat du loquet.

Para restablecer la función de desenganche
con palanca de la maleta, hay que
realizar los puntos descritos a la inversa,
asegurándose de mantener el cable
alrededor de la polea y con su extremidad
cilíndrica insertada en el espacio correcto de
la pletina.

Il sistema consiste in un uncino che permette di inclinare la valigia e
al tempo stesso mantenerla vincolata al telaio laterale. Questo sistema ha

Il sistema è incluso nella valigia e viene fornito sganciato per evitare
problemi di trasporto. Il cliente può scegliere se installarlo oppure no.
Una volta installato il cliente può scegliere di volta in volta se bloccare o
sbloccare il sistema. Per bloccare il sistema si sposti il blocco a sinistra
spingendo l’uncino contro la lamiera in alluminio. Per sbloccare il sistema
muovere il blocco, spostandolo a destra.

pre-existing screws. Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm.

1. Aprire il coperchio della valigia e rimuovere i 4
tappini in corrispondenza dei 4 dadi.
2. Svitare le 4 viti utilizzando una brugola da 3 mm e
bloccando i dadi corrispondenti all’interno della valigia
con una chiave fissa (o una chiave a tubo) da 8 mm.
3. Rimuovere l’eventuale attacco basso danneggiato e
sostituirlo con il nuovo.
4. Riavvitare le 4 viti con gli stessi utensili. Coppia di
serraggio: 2,5 Nm.
1. Open the lid of the case and remove the 4 caps that
correspond to the 4 nuts.
2. Remove the 4 screws using a 3 mm hex key and
tighten the corresponding nuts inside the case using
an 8 mm flat wrench (or socket wrench).
3. Remove the damaged lower attachment and replace
it with the new one.
4. Screw the 4 screws back in using the same tools.
Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm.
