limited lifetime warranty. Glacier Bay products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free of
defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace FREE OF CHARGE any product or parts that prove defective.
Simply return the product / part to any of The Home Depot retail locations or call 1-855-HD-GLACIER (1-855-
434-5224) to receive the replacement item. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer
purchaser must be made available for all Glacier Bay warranty claims.
This warranty excludes incidental / inconsequential damages and failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and
tear. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial & business usage, whose purchasers are hereby, extended
a five year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the
duration of the warranty.
Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other

□Shut off the water supply. Remove the old faucet.
□Clean off the mounting surface.
□WITHOUT DECK PLATE: Install faucet body (A)
through top of sink (not included).
□WITH DECK PLATE: Place a bead of clear silicone
sealant (not included) around the base of the
putty plate (D). Place putty plate (D) and deck
plate (C) on sink (not included). Insert faucet body
(A) through deck plate (C).
1 Installing the faucet assembly
NOTE: If the sink is uneven, use silicone under the
gasket (D).
CAUTION: Always turn off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.

□From underneath the sink, secure the faucet
assembly (A) to the sink with the FastMount™
system (K).
□Push the FastMount™ system (K) up over the
threads until it stops against the bottom of the
sink, then turn to tighten.
□Attach filter adapters (I) to water supply valves.
□Identify hot and cold water supply valves below
sink. Connect and tighten the water supply line
nuts by using two adjustable wrenches (avoid
twisting or kinking).

□Remove the cap from the quick connector.
□Attach quick connector (M) to top of control box
(F). Pull up on quick connector (M) to ensure it
is secure.
CAUTION: For removal, see “Quick Connector Removal.”

□Remove the weight sleeve from the weight (H).
Slide the weight (H) onto the spray hose (O).
Attach the weight sleeve onto the spray hose
(O), at the weight sticker, with £pointing
upward. Slide the quick weight (H) down to
sleeve to secure the weight (H).

□Install two AAA batteries (G) into battery box.
Place on floor of cabinet as shown.
CAUTION: For removal, see “Quick Connector Removal.”

□Turn the handle away from the faucet (A) to the
full ON position. Turn the water on by waving
your hand within 2.36”(6cm) cm of the sensor
to activate the convenience sensor (J). Move
the handle front and back to test for HOT and
COLD water. Once reach the desired water
temperature, wave your hand again within
2.36”(6cm) cm of the sensor to close the water.

hand in front of the sensor to turn on the water
again.

□The sensor can be rotated to the left or right to a suitable angle, up to 120 degrees, to avoid obstruction.
□The spout can be rotated to the left or right to a suitable angle, up to 180 degrees, to avoid obstruction.
□Push the hose toward control box to close the gap of the clip on female connector. While holding the clip
in position, pull the hose away from control box. hose away from control box.

□To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth and towel dry.
□Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals when cleaning this faucet, or the warranty will
be voided.
CAUTION: Ensure the supply lines do not kink, twist or
bend into a “V” or “L” shape during installation. Do not use
if there are visible signs of damage.

□Close (shut off) the water supply to the faucet.
□Use wrenches to loosen and remove supply hose.
□Rinse the supply hose end with screen filter in a cup of water to flush loose sediment.
□Stubborn sediment can be removed with a small brush.
□Inspect before re-installing onto the shut off valve.
□Use two adjustable wrenches to connect and tighten the supply lines to the supply valves.
□Connect the red supply line to the hot water supply valve.
□Connect the blue supply line to the cold water supply valve.
2 Checking for low or reduced water pressure

Troubleshooting
NOTE: Refer to the service parts section in this manual
for a detailed drawing showing the location of the parts
listed below.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Leaks underneath handle. □Adjusting Ring has come loose.
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
□Tighten the Adjusting Ring. Clean or
replace o-ring.
There is a low flow of
water.
□The screen filter in the spray
head is dirty.
□Turn off the water supply at angle stop
and unscrew the spray head from spray
hose.
□Clean the screen filter in the spray head
under running water.
Water will not shut off
completely.
□Cartridge is dirty or misfitted. □Adjust or replace cartridge.
The water pressure is
irregular or low.
□The screen filter located at the
end of the supply hose may be
clogged with debris.
□Turn off the water supply valves
□Use wrenches to disconnect the supply
lines from supply valves
□Clean screen filter by placing hose end
in a cup of water for a few seconds to
remove any possible debris. Stubborn
debris can be removed from screen with
a small cleaning or toothbrush
Note: Do not attempt to disassemble
or remove the screen filter from supply
hose
□Connect the red supply line to the hot
water supply valve
□Connect the blue supply line to the cold
water supply valve
□Use wrenches to reconnect and tighten
the supply lines to the supply valves
□Turn on the water supply valves
□Turn on the faucet to verify if water flow
has improved. Repeat steps above if
necessary.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Sensor does not detect or
respond.
□Solenoid connector has failed or
solenoid has malfunctioned.
□Turn off the faucet.
□Unplug the battery box.
□Check the power cable ensure it is
connected properly.
□Reconnect the battery box, making sure
it is pushed all the way into the control
box. The RED indicator light should be
on, to indicate the faucet is in the start-
up mode. If the light doesn’t turn on, call
customer service (1-855-HD-GLACIER).
□Turn on the faucet and wave hand in
front of the sensor to test if it is working
properly.
The RED indicator light

constantly on.
□Low battery □Turn off the faucet.
□Unplug the battery box.
□Ensure all the batteries are installed in
the correct orientation or replace them.
(If new batteries are not available, the
infrared sensor can be easily disabled by
turning the switch on the control box (
from knob.)
□Reconnect the battery box, making sure
it is pushed all the way into the control
box. The RED indicator light should be
on, to indicate the faucet is in the start-
up mode. If the light doesn’t turn on, call
customer service (1-855-HD-GLACIER).
□Turn on the faucet and wave hand in
front of the sensor to test if it is working
properly.
