If the smartphone keeps tilting back and forward, loosen the
thumbscrew at the back of
the
smartphone mount and adjust the
smartphone mount until it stops shaking even when the gimbal
swings in any directions (The smartphone mount should be placed
at the bottom when using an iPhone 6 Plus).
If your smartphone is too heavy, it will lean toward one side. The gimbal
needs to be balanced to work properly. To do so, mount the supplied
counterweight in the back the tilt axis motor to level out the phone. You
must use the counterweight with phones such as the Iphone 6+ or bigger.
