How to Update APN Settings

Overview
If your SATweb device has changed regions, there is a chance that the APN setting may lapse
to default parameters. This is a rare occurrence however it can happen.
In the case where your SATweb terminal won’t connect to the internet, you will need to
check your APN settings and update them to the by following the simple steps below:
Step #1 1
●Ensure you are connected to your SATweb 510 or 323 device via WiFi or Ethernet.
●Access the Explorer Connect interface via the smartphone app or web interface.
●Select “Terminal Access”

Step #21
●On the Standard Data tab, select the Gear Icon to the right of the screen
●Then select the Parameters tab.

Step #31
Make the following changes:
●APN: change to “User defined”
●User defined name: satcom.bgan.inmarsat.com
●SAVE settings at the bottom of the screen.
