Introduction
gofanco's USB-C MST Dock transforms a single
USB-C port into a multi-port hub with HDMI,
DisplayPort, USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, SD
memory card, and USB-C Data/PD charging
ports.

•SD Card Slot: SD 2.0 compliant, up to
40MB/s data transfer rate. Insert with the
gold pins forward and facing down
•USB-C (Data/ PD): Supports USB 3.0 data
transfer rate up to 5Gb/s, PD 3.0 compliant
up to 100W (20V/5A). Note: The computer
and power adapter must support PD 3.0
specification, otherwise the dock will reset
when power delivery is disconnected
•Gigabit Ethernet: Connect to your network
switch, router, or hub. Supports up to 1000
Mb/s data transfer rate
•HDMI Output: Connect to an HDMI
display. Supports up to 3840x2160@30Hz
(single display) or 1920x1080@60Hz (dual
connection with DisplayPort display)
•DP Output: Connect to a DisplayPort
display with DP cable (not included) or
connect to DP adapters (not included) to
HDMI, DVI or VGA to use with HDMI/
DVI/VGA displays. Note: Supports Active
DP adapters only. Supports up to
3840x2160@30Hz (single display) or
1920x1080@60Hz (dual connection with
HDMI display)

Hardware Installation
Important: The source USB-C output must
support DisplayPort Alternate (DP Alt) mode or
Thunderbolt 3 technology for the dock to work
properly. Please verify DisplayPort Alternate
mode over USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 with your
computer manufacturer.
1. Power off all devices you plan to connect to
the dock.
2. Connect the dock to your PC's USB-C
connector, the drivers will install
automatically, no driver installation is
needed.
3. Connect your DisplayPort display and
HDMI display to the dock's video outputs.
Note: When mixing 4K and 1080p displays,
connect the 1080p display to the dock and
power it on 1st before connecting the 4K
display.
4. The dock is ready for use.

Important Notes
•Supports up to 3840x2160@30Hz (single
display) or 1920x1080@60Hz (dual display
with both DisplayPort and HDMI display)
•When mixing 4K and 1080p displays,
connect the 1080p display to the dock 1st
•The systems graphics card must support
DisplayPort 1.2 with MST technology,
otherwise the dock becomes a splitter
displaying the same content on both
displays
•Mac OSes do not support MST technology,
the dock becomes a splitter displaying the
same content on both displays
•The computer and power adapter must
support PD 3.0 specification, otherwise the
docking will reset when power delivery is
disconnected
