Thank you for your purchase of our rollator. The advanced lightweight design of the rollator ensures many
years of trouble-free mobility.
Please find the following instructions for use and product specifications. Please read this owner’s manual
before using your rollator. Improper use of the rollator could result in harm or injury. Correct use improves your
mobility and quality of life.

Safety Guidelines
• Consult your doctor, therapist or other
qualified professional to determine if this
rollator will suit your particular needs.
• For proper positioning and use of your Rollator,
imagine a line drawn across the back of the
Rear Wheels. Part of one foot should always
be slightly ahead of that line as you walk.
• This rollator is for individual use only.
• Rollator is designed for indoor & outdoor use.
• Regularly check the brakes for proper
operation. Pulling up on the brake handle will
slow the rollator. Pushing down on the brake
handle will lock the wheels. Pull up on the
brake handle to release the brake lock.
• Do NOT use as a wheelchair or transport chair.
• Rollator must be fully opened and in a locked
position when being used as a walking aid.
• Wear proper shoes while using this rollator.
• Do NOT sit on the rollator and push yourself
around using your feet to propel.
• Do NOT stand on seat.
• Before sitting on seat, be sure the rollator is
fully opened, and the brake is in the locked
position.
• Do NOT use on stairs or escalators.
• DO NOT sit on the rollator if the ground is
sloped or uneven.
• Exercise caution when walking on sloped
surfaces.
• Do NOT use if the rollator is not functioning
properly.
• Maximum user weight is 136kg for both
models.
• When storing/transporting your rollator do not
place anything on the rollator, as damage
may occur.
• Make sure your fingers are clear of the folding
or pinch point, whenever the product is
folded or unfolded.
• Surface temparature can increase if left in
direct sunlight.

3. Inserting the Handles
Insert the handles as shown and push down to the
required height. Use the tightening knobs provided
to secure in place at the desired height.
WARNING!
Never use the rollator with either one
or both adjuster knobs not inserted or
not inserted correctly.

Install front and rear wheel sets as shown. Put the
wheel set tube into the frame tube and make sure
the spring ball has popped out. Do the same for all
four wheels.

Before using the rollator check that the back strap
frame bolts are securely tightened and that the
Velcro straps are secure.
To adjust the handle height up or down, undo the
tightening knob and adjust the height. Tighten the
knob back up making sure the handles are secure
and level.
Attached to the rollator is a stick holder. Place your
stick into the stick holder as shown and secure stick
by using the Velcro strap attached to the back rest.
For braking while moving, pull both brake levers
upwards with fingers as shown. Always brake slowly
and steadily.
Push both brake levers down to apply and lock the brakes
while the rollator is stationary.
WARNING!
Never sit on the rollator seat without making sure the back strap is fixed correctly.
WARNING!
Never use the rollator with either one or both adjuster knobs not inserted or not inserted
correctly.

9. Rollator Bag
Attach the bag to the rollator by placing the bag
hoops over the two bag hangers positioned at the
front of the seat as shown.
Place the two Velcro bag straps around the rollator
frame to secure the lower section of the bag.
CAUTION!
Never overload the bag’s 5kg MAX
load.
Before sitting down on the rollator ensure the
brakes are in the parking position and make sure
the rollator is on an even surface and will not
slide or topple over. Sit up straight and never lean
backwards.
Do not support your weight on the handle when
attempting to sit. Use the handle to stabilize your
body as you carefully turn around. Keep your hands
on the handles and slowly lower your weight onto
the seat.

Never move rollator while seated and
never sit more than one person on the
seat.

Always apply parking brakes before
sitting and only sit on the seat when you
are located on a level and firm surface.
WARNING!
Never sit on the rollator seat without
making sure the back strap is fixed
correctly.
WARNING!
Ensure that all bolts are securely fastened before using this rollator!
Brakes must be in the parked/locked position before sitting on the rollator!

Opening the Rollator
To open the rollator, push down on either side of the
cross bars as shown.
You should feel both sides click into position. The
seat should be fully flat when unfolded.

Folding the Rollator
To fold the rollator, remove the basket (if present).
Remove contents of bag (if any). If a tray is fitted,
fold it down the front of the rollator. Lift the seat up.
Release the plastic safety latch on the sidebar of
the main frame.
CAUTION!
Be careful not to trap your fingers when folding up the rollator.
Pull up the strap in the middle of the seat as shown.
Note: As shown, a band is supplied to hold the
rollator together in folded position

Maintenance & Other
Attention: Ensure that all bolts are securely fastened before using this rollator! Brakes must be in the parked/
locked position before sitting on the rollator.
Set the handlebars at the required height.
To determine this, stand behind the rollator with shoulders relaxed, arm at your side. The hand grips should
be set to a height which is level with the crease of your wrist. Consult your physiotherapist or other qualified
healthcare professional for assistance to determine the correct height to set the handlebars. The holes in
the frame are hexagonal in shape to accommodate the head of the screw. Place the screw through the
aligned holes. Do up the knob ensuring the bolt head is on the inside of the frame.
Check the wheels to ensure they are in working order and roll freely. The brake cables should be flush along
the legs of the rollator. Push the cable into the clip at seat level if not already clipped. Ensure excess brake
cable loops out the front of the rollator.

Brakes: Examine daily before each use and make
sure brakes are working correctly.
Tyres & Wheels: Examine tyres periodically for wear
and make sure they move freely.
Seat: Examine and check regularly for wear.
Bolts: Regularly check all frame bolts are fully
tightened.
Your rollator can be cleaned with warm soapy
water.
Do not use oil or other chemical solutions to clean
your rollator.
Do not use scrub detergents, steam, or high-
pressure cleaners.
The rollator should be stored in an upright position.
It can be stored indoors and outdoors. If outdoors,
then it should be stored under a waterproof cover.

IMPORTANT!
Do not use strong corrosive cleaners
to clean or polish surface. This could
damage the rollator.
IMPORTANT!
Store in a dry location.
CAUTION!
Be careful when folding and unfolding
the rollator to avoid inury by the
mechanism.
WARNING!
Always apply the brakes when in
stationary position or when seated on
the rollator.
WARNING!
Do not hang bags or other items from
the handles - this will add stress to
the rollator and could also make it
unstable.

Summary
The X-Lite & X-Lite Mini Rollators have been manufactured from high quality materials, aluminum frame, PP,
nylon seat, Polyester bag and locking brake. The handles are adjustable in height and the wheeled walker
folds easily for transport or storage.
The X-Lite & X-Lite Mini Rollators have been designed to assist the user to walk, rest and carry small items of
shopping for both indoor and outdoor use on flat surfaces by a single individual with limited mobility with a
maximum weight as shown opposite.
The X-Lite and X-Lite Mini Rollators have been tested according to ISO 11199-2:2021.
