PURPOSE.
Therigidinflatablemotorboatof the"GOLDENLINE"seriesrelatestothecategoryofpleasureboatsand is intended for

INFLATION / DEFLATION VALVES OPERATION
Theinflation/deflationvalveis intendedfor:
—filling thecompartment with air fromastandart pump orfilling
systemand maintaining pressurein thetubeforprolongedtime,
—adjustabledropofpressurein compartment.
Theair fill valveis designedasatab-typenon-return valve.
Everyinflation/deflationvalveincludesthefollowingparts:valve
body1,valvenut5, valvecap2with strap3,washerwithgasket4,
spindel6with spring 7, cup diaphragm 8(Fig.1).
INFLATION MODE :valveis closedwith gasket4tight .Tomovethe
valvetodeflationmode:push thebutton6and turn it clockwisetofix
itin lower position
DEFLATIONMODE :buttonis fixedin lower position.Tomovethe
valveto inflationmode :pushthebutton 6andturnitcounter
clockwise.The button goes toupper position.
ATTENTION!
1.Overinflatingofyourboat,whentheairpressureis
more than nominal, sufficiently decreases the boat
lifetime.
2.Thevalvesareairtightjustincasetheyareclosedwith
the caps tight.
3. The tube is airtight in case it keeps its form for 8
hours at least.

In ordertosettheboatin operationconditionperform as follows:
- unfoldthe inflatable tube;
-mount outboard engineonthetransomin accordance
withit`sown installation instruction.
-extend engineremotecontrolcablesandsteering
cablefromenginemounting placetosteering console mounting
placethrough holesonthedeckandhelmstowage.
STEERINGCONSOLE INSTALLATION
In order toinstallthewindscreenontoconsoleperform thenext
operations (Fig. 2):
-align thewindscreenholeswith holesonconsoleoverhead
part;
-fixwindscreenbymeansofscrewsM6x25,bushs#1,
bushs #2,serratedlockwashers, washers and
nuts M6 fromthecompleteset;
- tightenall nuts.
Inorderto installthewindscreenrailing onto console performthe
nextoperations (Fig. 2):
-alignholesinthewindscreenrailingsupportswith
holes onconsole overheadpart;
- fixwindscreen railingbymeansofboltsM8x30,serrated
lockwashersandwashersfrom thecomplete set;
-tightenall bolts.
In ordertoinstall thesteering console,perform thenextoperations
(Fig. 2):
-openthefrontseating;
-align consolebottomholeswith holesin thedeck
surfacesand fixconsoletodeckbymeans ofbolts M8x30,
serratedlock washers and washersfromcomplete set;
-close frontseating.

MAINTENANCE
Mainconditionsoflongservice lifeisright and careful service.
Avoidexcessiveincreasingofpressureinthe board,
especiallyfromheatingbythesun rays.
Afterexploitationtake off sand anddirtfrom boat surface,
andcarefullydryit.
Avoid thewatergetting intothechambers. Ifafueloranoil /gas
gets totheboat surfaceit is necessarytowashthesoiling
placebysoapwater assoonaspossible anddry.
Payattentiontotheconditionofbottomand seatsurfaces. If
thecoating isdestroyedit isnecessarytodrythis element
andrestorethedefendply.
Aftertheseasonpreparetheboattowinter keeping.
Cleanboatsurfacefromsand and dirt andmake the
necessaryrepairs, ifdamagestake place.Ifit ispossi
ble,keep theboatintheopenand slightlypumpedstate
in air temperature0-25°C. The boatmustbeprotected
from thesun rays.
Insignificant boatrepairing (eliminatingtheboard punctures
orcuts) youmaycarryout byyourself.In this caseuse
the coated fabric patchesfromthecomplete set. Ask
your dealerforthecorrect typeofglueyoumayusefor
therepair.
Weuseonlytopqualitystainless steels, which areresi
stantocorrosion.However,it isnotpermanent and
maintenance isrequired:
-Avoidcontaminationand scoring its surface,
-Frequentlywashwithfreshwater,
-Greaseand mirrorpolishit regularly.
In caseifsufficient damagesofhull, tubebody,partitions
orseams itis recommendedto applyforprofessional
repair inauthorised servicestation.

pleasurecomplete,we would request youtoreadcarefully
andobservethe directionsandrecommendations specified
below.
ITIS STRICTLYFORBIDDEN :
tohandletheboatin thestateofintoxicationand without individual
rescuemeans being used(life-saving belts, jackets, etc.)
ITIS FORBIDDEN :
-tooverloadtheboatabovethedesign weight-carrying capacity;
-touseanoutboard engineofpowerexceeding themaximum
allowablevalue;
-tobring thetubepressureup tothevalueexceeding therated
one(0.15 bar/ 2.15 psi );
-todragtheboatacross arough surface.
Dangerofusageofenginehavinginsufficient or
excessivepower
Accordingtothesafetyregulations,eachinflatableboat
shouldbe furnishedwithanoutboard enginehavingthe
maximumallowablepower. Youwillfind the dataon the
maximum allowablepower of the engineon themanufacturer's
platewiththedesignation ofthemodeltype inscribed thereon.
Theplateis fixedintheafterbodyoftheboat.However, your
should choosetheenginepowerwithintheallowablerange
soastoensure that youmaysafelyreach theshorewhen
heading intothewind or intothecurrent.
Observationoflocalshippingregulations
Foreachparticular waterareathelocalshipping regulations
arein force.Youmay applyfor informationtotheappropriate
watertransport and shipping directorate,aswellastothe
water police.

Proper usageofboat equipmentandaccessories
Use theboatequipment and accessoriesonlyontheir direct
purposetoensurereliableservice.
Availability of Oars
Evenwhensailingwithan outboard engine youshould
alwayshavethe oarsavailablewith youso that youwereable
toreach theshorewithoutoutsideassistancein caseofany
damageto the boat.
Usage of emergency stopswitch
Onyour request anyoutboard engine sellermay provideyour
enginewith the emergencystop switch. During navigationthe
switchshould beconnectedto thewristofyourhand by
means ofacord. Incaseyoufall overboard, evenifbeinga
steersman, theswitch will cutout theengineand thepropeller.
Thisarrangement willenableyoutoavoidanytraumasandto
reach theboat.
Preventionof damages caused byelectrolyteor
fuel leakages
Take allpossibleprecautionsagainst penetrationoffuel or
electrolytefromthe storagebatteryinto theinflatableboat.If
it doeshappen washthoroughlythefouledspots withwater.
Cargoarrangementandstowing,attachmentof
items and prevention of fallingoverboard
Youshould bealwayssure thatthenumberofpeopleon
board neverexceedsthatspecified in theuser's manual or
on themanufacturer'splateprovided onthetransom.Theboat
willretain an adequatefloatabilityandwill notkeeloveronly
providedthattheloadis arranged reasonably.Therefore,do
not accommodate allpassengersonthesame side oftheboat.
Arrangethecargotobecarried uniformlyinsidetheboat, all
items being reliable securedonthebottomoftheboat. All
passengersshould beaccommodatedinsidetheboat. The
occupiedseatsshould notbeleftthroughouttheentire
sailingtime.Whensailingwith an outboardenginethe
steersmanshould shift hisbodyforward inthe courseof
accelerationtopreventtheboatforebodyfromraisingunder
the force of upthrust waves.
Presence ofsharpand pricking objectson board
Despitethestrongshelloftheboatwearerecommendedto
handlesharpandprickingobjectsbeingonboardwithcare.
Forexample,itconcernsaknifeblade,fish-hookpoint,etc.
Rockyshore,mole,shoals(forexample,sandbanks,
coral reefs, rocks)
Approachrockyshores,shoals,moles,etc.carefullytoavoid
damagestotheboat.It isstrictlyprohibited todragtheboat
across rough surfaces (shingle,rocks, concrete, etc.).
Checkatnavigation
Incaseofprolonged navigationwiththeuseofanoutboard
engine,regularly check toensurethat theengineisreliably
attachedtotheboat.Iftheenginewasattachedcarelesslythe
attachmentmayworklooseundertheactionof vibration.
Besides,checkairchambers pressure atregular intervals,
sincethepressuremay varyunder the effectsof outsideair
temperatureandatmosphericpressurevariations.
Neverforgettomonitorregularlythequantityoffuelinthefuel
tank.Keepalwaysinmindthatthequantityoffuel shouldbe
sufficient foryouto sail toyourfinaldestination.
Availabilityof rescue means (life-saving jackets,
distress signals, spareparts)
Ifyouare planningto go beyond the protected water areas
youshould provideall passengers onboard withlife-savi
ng jackets. Those passengers whocannot swimshould
alwayscarrythelife-savingjacketswhileonboard!Itisalso
recommended tokeepconstantlydistress signalmeanson
board.
Towing
At towing the towing rope length shouldnot be at least 3
lengthsoftheboat,theropebeingsecuredtobothboatsina
manner ensuring itsimmediately,single-motionrelease.The
steersman ofthetowedboatshould beassistedbyanother

crew memberto monitortheprocessoftowing.In this
case,certaincommunicationgesturesshould be agreedupon
beforehand.
Damageto one ofair chambers
The inflatable boat is designed toprovide an adequate stability
in case ofthecompletedamagetoonetheair chambers
(balloon compartments) attheexpenseoftheremaining air
chambers and thehull. Thanksto it, youwill beabletoreach
safelythenearest shore.Reducethe speedand shiftyour
bodytotheundamagedpartoftheboat. Watch changes in
stability.Afterthis immediatelyheadforthe nearest shore. To
prevent penetrationof water intotheboat, pull the shell ofthe
damagedair chambers upwards.
Anchor and mooring fast fastening
Fixtheanchorandtowingropesintheforebodyoftheboat
tothefront towingring.Fixthebackspringonthetransom via
specialholes.
Danger of currentsand wind
Beforenavigationoftheboatin unfamiliarwaters make detail
inquiriesabout localconditions andregulations!Currents,
wind,shoals,risingandfallingtides,aswellasweather
variationsmayimplyseriousdanger!
In emergencystayin boat
In anyunexpectedsituation(enginefailure,boatdamage,
etc.) donoteverleavetheboatprovided it isstillafloat. Even
ifyoubelieve thattheshoreisjustnearbystay in theboat,
sinceyou will belookedforinthis particularplaceand, most
probably,willbefound.Shouldtheboatbecomepartially
floodedthrowheavyobjects(batteries,fuel tank, engine)
overboard toensureadditionalfloatability.
