PURPOSE.

INFLATION / DEFLATION VALVES OPERATION
Theinflation/deflationvalveis intendedfor:
—filling thecompartment with air fromastandart pump orfilling
systemand maintaining pressurein thetubeforprolongedtime,
—adjustabledropofpressurein compartment.
Theair fill valveis designedasatab-typenon-return valve.
Everyinflation/deflationvalveincludesthefollowingparts:valve
body1,valvenut5, valvecap2with strap3,washerwithgasket4,
spindel6with spring 7, cup diaphragm 8(Fig.1).
INFLATION MODE :valveis closedwith gasket4tight .Tomovethe
valvetodeflationmode:push thebutton6and turn it clockwisetofix
itin lower position
DEFLATIONMODE :buttonis fixedin lower position.Tomovethe
valveto inflationmode :pushthebutton 6andturnitcounter
clockwise.The button goes toupper position.
ATTENTION!
1.Overinflatingofyourboat,whentheairpressureis
more than nominal, sufficiently decreases the boat
lifetime.
2.Thevalvesareairtightjustincasetheyareclosedwith
the caps tight.
3. The tube is airtight in case it keeps its form for 8
hours at least.

In ordertosettheboatin operationconditionperform as follows:
- unfoldthe inflatable tube;
-mount outboard engineonthetransomin accordance
withit`sown installation instruction.
-extend engineremotecontrolcablesandsteering
cablefromenginemounting placetosteering console mounting
placethrough holesonthedeckandhelmstowage.
STEERINGCONSOLE INSTALLATION
In order toinstallthewindscreenontoconsoleperform thenext
operations (Fig. 2):
-align thewindscreenholeswith holesonconsoleoverhead
part;
-fixwindscreenbymeansofscrewsM6x25,bushs#1,
bushs #2,serratedlockwashers, washers and
nuts M6 fromthecompleteset;
- tightenall nuts.
Inorderto installthewindscreenrailing onto console performthe
nextoperations (Fig. 2):
-alignholesinthewindscreenrailingsupportswith
holes onconsole overheadpart;
- fixwindscreen railingbymeansofboltsM8x30,serrated
lockwashersandwashersfrom thecomplete set;
-tightenall bolts.
In ordertoinstall thesteering console,perform thenextoperations
(Fig. 2):
-openthefrontseating;
-align consolebottomholeswith holesin thedeck
surfacesand fixconsoletodeckbymeans ofbolts M8x30,
serratedlock washers and washersfromcomplete set;
-close frontseating.

MAINTENANCE
Mainconditionsoflongservice lifeisright and careful service.
Avoidexcessiveincreasingofpressureinthe board,
especiallyfromheatingbythesun rays.
Afterexploitationtake off sand anddirtfrom boat surface,
andcarefullydryit.
Avoid thewatergetting intothechambers. Ifafueloranoil /gas
gets totheboat surfaceit is necessarytowashthesoiling
placebysoapwater assoonaspossible anddry.
Payattentiontotheconditionofbottomand seatsurfaces. If
thecoating isdestroyedit isnecessarytodrythis element
andrestorethedefendply.
Aftertheseasonpreparetheboattowinter keeping.
Cleanboatsurfacefromsand and dirt andmake the
necessaryrepairs, ifdamagestake place.Ifit ispossi
ble,keep theboatintheopenand slightlypumpedstate
in air temperature0-25°C. The boatmustbeprotected
from thesun rays.
Insignificant boatrepairing (eliminatingtheboard punctures
orcuts) youmaycarryout byyourself.In this caseuse
the coated fabric patchesfromthecomplete set. Ask
your dealerforthecorrect typeofglueyoumayusefor
therepair.
Weuseonlytopqualitystainless steels, which areresi
stantocorrosion.However,it isnotpermanent and
maintenance isrequired:
-Avoidcontaminationand scoring its surface,
-Frequentlywashwithfreshwater,
-Greaseand mirrorpolishit regularly.
In caseifsufficient damagesofhull, tubebody,partitions
orseams itis recommendedto applyforprofessional
repair inauthorised servicestation.

andobservethe directionsandrecommendations specified

ITIS STRICTLYFORBIDDEN :
tohandletheboatin thestateofintoxicationand without individual
rescuemeans being used(life-saving belts, jackets, etc.)
ITIS FORBIDDEN :
-tooverloadtheboatabovethedesign weight-carrying capacity;
-touseanoutboard engineofpowerexceeding themaximum
allowablevalue;
-tobring thetubepressureup tothevalueexceeding therated
one(0.15 bar/ 2.15 psi );
-todragtheboatacross arough surface.
Dangerofusageofenginehavinginsufficient or
excessivepower
Accordingtothesafetyregulations,eachinflatableboat
shouldbe furnishedwithanoutboard enginehavingthe
maximumallowablepower. Youwillfind the dataon the
maximum allowablepower of the engineon themanufacturer's
platewiththedesignation ofthemodeltype inscribed thereon.
Theplateis fixedintheafterbodyoftheboat.However, your
should choosetheenginepowerwithintheallowablerange
soastoensure that youmaysafelyreach theshorewhen
heading intothewind or intothecurrent.

arein force.Youmay applyfor informationtotheappropriate
watertransport and shipping directorate,aswellastothe
water police.
