migliorisoddisfazioniegaranzieseseguire-

te attentamente le indicazioni contenute

nel presente manuale.

Vi informiamo inoltre che in qualsiasi caso

il testo su cui fare eventuali contestazioni o

osservazioni rimane quello in lingua origi-

nale del costruttore ovverosia l’italiano.

1. GARANZIA

La garanzia ha durata di dodici (12) mesi a

partire dalla data di acquisto dell’apparec-

chiatura o parte integrante della stessa.

Lagaranziaconsistenellasostituzione delle

eventualipartidifettosepercausebenaccer-

tate di fabbricazione e viene applicata diret-

tamente dal vostro fornitore.

La mano d’opera è sempre da intendersi a

carico dell’acquirente come pure le spese di

trasporto, imballo e rischi di trasporto.

La garanzia è subordinata alla restituzione

dei pezzi avariati in porto franco ed alla

contemporanea comunicazione dei dati ri-

guardanti il modello, il numero di matricola

ed il difetto della macchina sulla quale il

particolare era montato.

La garanzia non si applica alle apparecchia-

ture che siano state danneggiate per negli-

genza, errato collegamento, installo inadat-

to, mancata osservanza delle istruzioni di

montaggio o impiego e comunque alterate

da personale non autorizzato. Inoltre non si

applicanelcasoincuiilnumerodimatricola

sia stato alterato, cancellato o asportato.

La garanzia non copre il materiale soggetto

ad usura quale come membrane e parti in

gomma in generale.

2. INTRODUZIONE

Le avvertenze contenute in questo manuale

non possono coprire tutte le eventualità

possibili.

E' importante tenere in mente che senso

comune, attenzione e prudenza sono fattori

che non possono essere aggiunti all’appa-

recchiatura da parte del produttore, ma de-

vono essere previsti dalle persone che effet-

tuano l’installazione, manutenzione e/o uso

dell’essiccatoio.

Lepartielettrichesonoconformialle norme

disicurezzapertinenti.Gliinterventidiripa-

razione possono essere effettuati esclusiva-

mente da personale qualificato. Le ripara-

zioni eseguite in modo errato possono com-

portaregravi pericoli per l’utente. Per evita-

re problemi successivi, in caso di interventi

sulla macchina si raccomanda vivamente di

usare pezzi di ricambio originali.

Conservare questo libretto d’istruzioni (in

caso che l’apparecchiatura cambi possesso,

accertarsichequesto manuale venga allega-

to alla macchina).

L'apparecchio è destinato all’asciugatura di

tessuti di uso domestico indicati come ido-

nei per questo trattamento dal relativo pro-

duttore.Altri utilizzi possono essere perico-

losi. Non utilizzare solventi (pericolo di

incendio ed esplosione). Non asciugare tes-

sutisintetici ochecontenganomaterialipla-

stici a temperature troppo alte.

Le descrizioni ed illustrazioni contenute nel

presente manuale non si intendono impe-

gnative; la ditta pertanto si riserva il diritto,

in qualunque momento e senza impegno, di

aggiornaretempestivamentelapubblicazio-

ne e/o di apportare eventuali modifiche ad

organi, componenti e accessori, nel caso in

cuiquesti vengaritenutoconvenienteperun

miglioramento o per qualsiasi esigenza di

carattere costruttivo o commerciale.

3. PRESCRIZIONI, DIVIETI ED USI

DIVERSI DELLA MACCHINA

Durantel’usolapuliziaelamanutenzionesi

deve fare attenzione a non accedere con

arnesi, e tanto meno con gli arti, a parti in

movimento (motore, cinghie, pulegge, ce-

sto, ventola). In caso di incidenti la ditta

costruttrice non si assume alcuna responsa-

bilità per i danni che l’operatore o altre

persone possano subire durante l’uso, la

pulizia e la manutenzione della macchina.

L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico ed

elettronico comporta l’osservanza di alcune

regolefondamentali.Inparticolare:nontoc-

care l’apparecchio con mani o piedi bagnati

o umidi; non usare l’apparecchio a piedi

nudi non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli

agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sale, salsedine,

etc.); non permettere che l’apparecchio sia

usato da bambini o da incapaci senza una

adeguata sorveglianza e tenervi lontano gli

animali domestici.

Tenere chiuso lo sportello per evitare che i

bambini vi si arrampichino e la macchina si

ribalti. Per lo stesso motivo, non salire

sull’asciugabiancheria.

Perevitaredanni al cesto,primadi introdur-

re la biancheria nella macchina, assicurarsi

di aver rimosso ogni corpo estraneo (per

esempiomonete,viti,chiodi,graffette,ecc.).

Non introdurvi capi che non siano stati cen-

trifugatiné indumenti gocciolanti. L’umidi-

tà massima contenuta nella biancheria che

sta per essere caricata nella macchina deve

essere del 100%.

L'installazione della macchina in ambienti

in cui siano presenti altre apparecchiature

come sistemi di riscaldamento a gas,

scaldacquaa gas, camini aperti ecc., potreb-

becomportarepericolodiavvelenamento.Il

funzionamento dell’essicatoio può infatti

determinare nella stanza una condizione di

depressionetaledaprovocareilricircolodel

gas di scarico. Questo fenomeno può verifi-

carsi anche con un focolare che si trovi in

un’altra stanza dell'abitazione.

Durante l’asciugatura, assicurare una cor-

rettaventilazionedellastanza(aprirelefine-

stre oppure le porte). L’aria di scarico non

deve essere incanalata in un tubo utilizzato

perloscaricodiapparecchiaturechebrucino

gas o altri combustibili.

Non fumare in prossimità dell’essiccatoio o

durante l’uso. Non scavalcare né rimuovere

i dispositivi di sicurezza. Non utilizzate mai

getti d’acqua diretti od indiretti sulla mac-

china;fareattenzionequindianoninstallare

l’essiccatoio in prossimità di zone passibili

di questa evenienza.

Incasodimalfunzionamentononrisolvibile

con le informazioni fornite nelle presenti

istruzioni per l’uso, scollegare

l’asciugabiancheria dalla rete elettrica

(estrarre il cavo di collegamento) oppure

sospendere l'alimentazione tramite

l'interruttore generale. Quindi rivolgersi al-

l’assistenza.

Le apparecchiature non più funzionanti de-

vono essere rese inutilizzabili immediata-

mente. Per prima cosa estrarre il connettore

di rete, quindi rimuovere il cavo di collega-

mento. Rendere inutilizzabile la serratura

dello sportello.

Ognialtro usonon esplicitamenteindica-

to qui di seguito è da considerarsi perico-

loso ed il costruttore non può essere rite-

nuto responsabile per eventuali danni

derivanti da uso improprio, errato o

irragionevole.

4. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE AL

TRASPORTO, DISIMBALLAGGIO

ED IMMAGAZZINAMENTO DELLA

MACCHINA

4.1 TRASPORTO DELLA MACCHINA

Qualora si debba trasportare l’apparecchia-

turaall’internodiunedificioutilizzareesclu-

sivamente l’apposito bancale o uno equiva-

lente;utilizzareuncarrelloelevatoreamano

oppure elettrico, purché idoneo al trasporto

diquestemacchineeconcapacitàdisolleva-

mento sufficiente (vedi dati tecnici). Con-

trollarechel’essiccatoiopossasuperaretutti

gli ostacoli es. scale, porte, etc.

Non spostate mai la macchina per i fian-

chi o per qualsiasi altra parte.

Nel caso in cui la macchina debba essere

spedita utilizzare esclusivamente l’imballo

originale che garantisce sufficiente stabilità

alla macchina durante il trasporto.

4.2 IMMAGAZZINAMENTO

Nelcasoincuilamacchina dovesserimane-

re in deposito per lungo tempo prima di

essere utilizzata, si raccomanda di lasciarla

all’internodelsuoimballooriginale,ilquale

garantisceun'ottimaprotezione.Assicurarsi

che le condizioni ambientali siano corri-

spondenti a quelle di cui al paragrafo 5.2

condizioni ambientali consentite per il

corretto uso della macchina.

Nel caso in cui invece la macchina debba

rimanerefermaperlunghiperiodidopol'uso,

verificare che sia materialmente scollegata

dallarete dialimentazioneelettricae coprir-

la con il sacco protettivo originale.

4.3 DISIMBALLAGGIO

1)Prima di prenderein consegna la macchi-

nadal trasportatore, controllarele condizio-

ni dell’imballo. Se il medesimo presenta

danni evidenti all’esterno, probabilmente

anche la macchina avrà subito delle

conseguenze. In tale caso sballate la

macchinainpresenzadeltrasportatorestesso

efirmate,conriserva,irelatividocumentidi

spedizione. Gli eventuali danni dovuti al

trasportoo ad errato stoccaggio nonsono da

attribuire alla casa costruttrice.

2)Disimballarelamacchinacontuttelecure

atte ad evitare danni.

Dopo aver tolto l’imballo controllare atten-

tamentechel’essiccatoiononpresentidanni

all’esterno o al cesto in seguito al trasporto

o allo stoccaggio. Tali danni non potranno

essere attribuiti al costruttore.

Attenzione: L’essiccatoio può essere spo-

stato solo tramite il suo bancale.

NON SPOSTARE L’ESSICCATOIO FA-

CENDO FORZA SUI FIANCHI.

Controllare che l’essiccatoio possa superare

tutti gli ostacoli es. scale, porte, etc.

Provvederealcorrettosmaltimentodelmate-

rialedi imballaggio. Glielementidell’imbal-

lo, buste in plastica, polistirolo, legno, carto-

ne, chiodi, etc.) NON devono assolutamente

esserelasciatiallaportatadibambiniinquan-

to potenziali fonti di pericolo; essi devono

essereraccoltieconservatipereventualifutu-

ri spostamenti della macchina o per lunghi

periodidipausa(vediimmagazzinamento).

Prima di collegare la macchina accertarsi

cheidatiditargacorrispondanoallecaratte-

ristiche della rete elettrica a cui deve essere

allacciatol’essiccatoio. L’essiccatoio dovrà

essere destinato solo all’uso per il quale è

stato espressamente progettato.

5. INDICAZIONI PER LA MESSA IN

SERVIZIO DELLA MACCHINA

5.1 PRESCRIZIONI PER IL POSIZIO-

NAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA

La macchina deve essere posta su un pavi-

mento piano e stabile. Correggere ogni irre-

golarità tramite i quattro piedini regolabili

della macchina.

Controllarechelamacchinasiain posizione

orizzontale e stabile con una livella.

Installarel’asciugatriceinunambienteesente

da polvere e da cimature di fili. Durante il

processo di asciugatura è necessario garan-

tire una buona ventilazione dell'ambiente

(aprire le finestre o le porte per evitare che

l’ariacaldaumidaespulsavenganuovamen-

te aspirata). L’aria di scarico deve poter

uscire liberamente. L’aria di scarico deve

essere convogliata tramite una tubazione o

una scatola a muro, in un condotto di venti-

lazione o all’esterno. Allo sbocco dello sca-

riconondeveesisterealcunacontropressione

per l’aria in uscita (ad esempio esposizione

al vento).

5.2 CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI

CONSENTITE PER IL CORRETTO

USO DELLA MACCHINA

(da far presente a chi userà la macchina)

- Tipo di locale : chiuso

- Temperatura minima : 10°C

- Temperatura massima : 40°C

- Umidità relativa : 75% U.R.

- Illuminazione : 100 lux (dato valido per lo

stato italiano; vista la non omogeneità in

materiadiluminositànegliambientidilavo-

ro,pergli altri paesirifarsialle singole leggi

nazionali).

5.3 COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

Ilcollegamentoelettricodeveessereeffettua-

tosolodapersonaleautorizzatoeinpossesso

dei requisiti di legge. La ditta costruttrice

declinaogniresponsabilitàperinterventiese-

guiti da personale non autorizzato.

Per il collegamento elettrico occorre una

presa con messa a terra: se si desidera un

collegamento fisso è necessario un interrut-

toresezionatore con distanza tra i contatti di

almeno3mm.Ilcollegamentoelettricodeve

essere conforme alle normative nazionali e

locali. Il grado di protezione e il modello

della macchina sono indicati sulla targa

matricola posta sul retro della macchina

stessa. Non accendere la macchina prima di

aver provveduto al collegamento elettrico.

ATTENZIONE:IL COLLEGAMENTO

A TERRA E’ OBBLIGATORIO.

La sostituzione del cavo di rete deve essere

eseguita esclusivamente da personale auto-

rizzato o da un tecnico qualificato.

LA GARANZIA NON RISPONDE DEI

DANNIPROVOCATIDAUN'ERRATA

INSTALLAZIONE.

5.4 COLLEGAMENTO TUBO DI

EVACUAZIONE FUMI

Il condotto per l’aria di scarico può essere

collegato o sul retro della macchina oppure

su uno dei due lati. Chiudere con i tappi di

chiusurafornitiacorredoledueapertureper

l’aria di scarico che non verranno utilizzate.

Il tubo di evacuazione fumane deve essere

installatonellamanierapiùdirettapossibile.

Evitarelaformazionedicurve ed in partico-

lare di curve a gomito. Poiché qualsiasi

conduttura per l’aria di scarico oppone

resistenza all’aria in uscita, tale conduttura

non deve superare una certa lunghezza. La

resistenzaaumentaconognitrattonondritto.

Ogni curva e/o gomito riduce la lunghezza

complessiva ammissibile per il tubo di

scarico.La lunghezza massima ammissibile

dipende dalla tipologia del tubo stesso.

a) Tubo flessibile

Per l'evacuazione dei fumi consigliamo di

usareuntuboflessibilespiralato con diame-

trominimo pari a 100mm. Questo tubo fles-

sibile potrà essere collegato ad una delle

aperture per l’aria di scarico. Se il tubo

flessibile viene installato dritto, la lunghez-

za massima ammissibile è di circa 8 m. Per

ognicurvada90°ènecessariodetrarre1,8m

e per ogni curva da 45°1,0m. In caso di

utilizzo di una scatola a muro con rete di

protezione, è necessario detrarre ulteriori

2,0m dalla lunghezza totale massima am-

missibile.

b) Tubo rigido

Se il tubo rigido viene installato dritto, la

lunghezza massima ammissibile è di circa

10 m. Per ogni curva da 90°è necessario

detrarre 0,6m e per ogni curva da 45°, 0,3m.

In caso di utilizzo di una scatola a muro con

retediprotezione,ènecessariodetrarreulte-

riori 2,0m dalla lunghezza totale massima

ammissibile.

6. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE ALLA

MACCHINA

6.1. GAMMA COMPLETA DELLE AP-

PLICAZIONI

L’essiccatoio che avete acquistato è stato

progettato per eseguire l’asciugatura di tes-

suti di vario genere, lana, cotone, lino.

La temperatura va adeguatamente selezio-

nata in relazione al tipo di tessuto.

Verificare che l’etichetta del capo ammetta

l'asciugatura in essiccatoio rotativo tramite

il simbolo relativo.

6.2. INFORMAZIONI SULL’IMPIANTO

ELETTRICO

L’impianto elettrico a bordo macchina è

composto da apparecchiature di protezione

e controllo opportunamente inserite nella

parte superiore della macchina.

7. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE AL-

L’USO DELLA MACCHINA

7.1 FUNZIONAMENTO

PRIMA MESSA IN FUNZIONE

Primadimettereinfunzionelamacchinaper

la prima volta, si consiglia di pulirla con un

panno morbido.

PREPARATIVI PER L’ASCIUGATURA

Alfinedigarantireun'asciugaturauniforme,

se possibile, asciugare insieme solo tessuti

dello stesso tipo.

Suddividereicapi secondo il tipoditessuto,

verificandoisimboliriportatisudiessi(vedi

tabella) e secondo il grado di asciugatura

desiderato.

In particolare, non inserire nell'essicatoio:

- tessuti con l'etichetta "non esporre al

calore";

- capi lavati o puliti con solventi;

- schiume sintetiche;

- tessuti contenenti fibra di vetro;

- capi in lana.

Verificarechenellepiegheenelletaschedei

capi non siano rimasti oggetti vari.

Oggetti quali fermagli per capelli, graffette,

monete, viti, aghi ecc. potrebbero danneg-

giare la macchina.

Abbottonare i capi di abbigliamento con

bottoni metallici, chiudere le cerniere, chiu-

dere ganci e occhielli. Avvolgere le fibbie

delle cinture nella stoffa.

da caricare e la temperatura di asciugatura,

consultare la tabella seguente.

Detersivi contenenti solventi

Il bucato trattato con questi detersivi non

può essere asciugato nell’asciugabianche-

ria. Ciò potrebbe infatti danneggiare i com-

ponentidella macchina, oltre che sprigiona-

re vapori tossici (pericolo di incendio ed

esplosione).Itessutichesonostatipretrattati

devono essere accuratamente risciacquati

prima di essere introdotti

nell’asciugabiancheria.

Lana

L’asciugaturaamacchinadicapidilanaodi

tessuti con parti in questo materiale può

provocarne l’infeltrimento e il

restringimento.

Tende

Le tende in materiale sintetico non sono

adatte per l’asciugabiancheria, poiché ne

uscirebbero raggrinzite.

Piuma

I capi contenenti piuma non vanno inseriti

nell’asciugabiancheria.

Trattamento del bucato nel rispetto del-

l’ambiente

Osservandoleseguentiprecauzionisievite-

rà di arrecare danno all’ambiente:

- Riempire la macchina al massimo

della sua capacità (secondo la tabella

programmi).

- I piccoli carichi non sono convenien-

ti, mentre i carichi eccessivi possono

essere causa di scadenti risultati di

asciugatura.

- Si consiglia di contenere i consumi

preasciugando il bucato il più

possibile. A questo scopo selezionare

sulla lavatrice la centrifuga massima

consentita per il tipo di tessuto in

questione.

- Durante il processo di asciugatura

assicurarsi che vi sia una buona

aerazione nei locali.

- Dopo ogni asciugatura pulire il filtro

lanugine.

7.2 ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO

USO DELLA MACCHINA

1. Caricamento

Premere l'interruttore generale. Il display si

accenderà.

Nota: Se non si preme alcun tasto per

tre minuti, il display si spegne

automaticamente. Si riaccende alla

pressione di un tasto qualsiasi.

Aprire la porta.

Controllare il filtro lanugine. Se necessario,

pulirlo secondo le indicazioni riportate al

paragrafo7.5.Accertarsicheilfiltrolanugine

sia nella posizione corretta. Senza filtro la

macchinanondeveesseremessainfunzione.

Stendere i capi e introdurli nel cesto ben

distesi. La quantità massima caricabile di-

pende dal tipo di tessuto è indicata nella

tabella al precedente paragrafo "Preparativi

per l'asciugatura".

Dopo il riempimento richiudere lo sportello

facendone scattare la chiusura.

La macchina non può essere avviata con lo

sportello aperto o chiuso male.

2. Come si legge il display

Informazioni sul programma

(1) - Display programma: visualizza il pro-

grammaattualmente selezionato da P1 a P8.

Durante lo svolgimento del programma, ne

visualizza l'avanzamento.

(2) - Spia start: il programma è in corso di

svolgimento.

(3)-Spiastop:ilprogrammaèfinitooèstato

interrotto.

3. Selezionare un programma

Premere uno dei tasti corrispondenti ai

Premere il tasto START per dare inizio al

programma di asciugatura.

Nota: Il tasto STOP può essere usato per

interrompereilprogramma.Aquestoscopo,

Una volta iniziato il programma sul display

s'illuminerà la spia Start.

Messaggi di errore

Se al termine di un programma o in seguito

a un'interruzione di programma il display

visualizzaun messaggio d'errore,procedere

nel modo seguente:

- prendere nota del messaggio d'errore

visualizzato

- spegnere l'interruttore principale

- aprire la porta della macchina ed

estrarre la biancheria

- contattare l'assistenza tecnica.

Precauzioni

La macchina non può essere usata per

asciugare tessuti lavati a secco.

Non lasciare che bambini utilizzino la

macchina.

Nonversareacquasullamacchina,nélavarla

spruzzandole addosso acqua.

4. Al termine del programma

Un segnale acustico indicherà la fine del

programma di asciugatura. Quindi sul dis-

play s'illuminerà la spia STOP. Il display si

spegne tre minuti dopo il termine del pro-

gramma.

Aprirelaporta,estrarreilbucatoeaccertarsi

che il cesto sia completamente vuoto.

Richiudere la porta e spegnere l'interruttore

generale.

Pulire il filtro lanugine.

7.3 CONSIGLI UTILI PER L’USO DEL-

LA MACCHINA

Nonmetterenell’apparecchiaturadellabian-

cheria che sia stata pulita, bagnata, lavata o

macchiataconsostanzeinfiammabilioesplo-

sive. Eventualmente procedere prima con

un ciclo di lavaggio in acqua.

Per evitare danni alle persone o alle cose,

leggere le istruzioni prima di mettere in uso

l’apparecchiatura .

Teneresolventieliquidiinfiammabililonta-

no dall’essiccatoio e conservarli possibil-

mente in un luogo asciutto, ben arieggiato e

non accessibile da personale non addetto.

Controllarecheleetichetteriportatesuicapi

neammettano l'asciugatura con essiccatoio.

Non permettete ai bambini di giocare o av-

vicinarsi alla macchina, il contatto con il

cesto o la biancheria durante il funziona-

mentopuòprovocareustioni.Inquestaeven-

tualità rivolgersi immediatamente ad un

medico. Non fumare in prossimità dell’es-

siccatoio o durante l’uso, non rimuovere né

escludereidispositividisicurezza.Glieven-

tuali interventi di manutenzione vanno ese-

guiti solo da personale autorizzato.

Nonspegnerelamacchinase la temperatura

nel cesto è maggiore di 50°C.

Se viene a mancare la tensione durante il

funzionamento aprire la porta e riavviare

l’apparecchiatura appena possibile.

Al fine di ridurre al massimo i consumi

energetici globali della vostra lavanderia vi

consigliamosemprediprepararelabianche-

riaper la stiraturacon umidità residua del 5-

20%.

Non caricare nell'asciugatrice capi che non

siano stati centrifugati o indumenti goccio-

lanti:l’umiditàmassimacontenutanellabian-

cheria prima di essere asciugata deve essere

del100%. Eventualmente dimezzareil cari-

co per ciclo. Non attendere che si raffreddi

completamente l’essiccatoio prima di ese-

guire un nuovo ciclo.

Preferite giornate serene per utilizzare l’es-

siccatoio: con meno umidità si ha una resa

maggiore.

Permisurarel’umiditàresiduapesarelabian-

cheria prima del lavaggio e dopo l’asciuga-

tura. La differenza tra questi due dati è la

quantità d’acqua presente nella biancheria,

che divisa per il peso originale da l’umidità

residua.

Primadieseguireunospostamento,uninter-

vento di manutenzione e a fine lavoro, spe-

gnere l’alimentazione elettrica e staccare la

presafacendoattenzioneanontirareilcavo.

Dopo ogni intervento accertarsi che la mac-

china sia stata ripristinata correttamente e

che le parti che proteggono l’accesso agli

organidimovimentoeallepartisottotensio-

ne siano al loro posto.

Questo manuale deve essere conservato e le

persone che vengono a contatto con questa

apparecchiatura devono venirne in posses-

so.

Nonusareprodottiantistaticio detergentise

non raccomandati dagli stessi produttori.

Non lasciare l’apparecchiatura inutilmente

inserita.

Spegnere l’interruttore generale

dell’essiccatoio quando lo stesso non è

CARENATURA, SPORTELLO DI

CARICO E COMPONENTI IN PLASTI-

Pulire con sapone, detergente neutro o altro

pulizia dei materiali plastici. Non utilizzare

sostanzeabrasive.Nonusaremaigettid’ac-

qua per la pulizia della macchina. Asciu-

gare servendosi di un panno morbido.

CESTO

Nellavascadell’asciugatricealungoandare

possono accumularsi dei depositi nocivi per

la qualità dell’asciugatura. Per pulire il ce-

sto, utilizzare un panno inumidito in aceto.

Non utilizzare mai solventi (pericolo di in-

cendio e esplosione).

GUARNIZIONE DELLO SPORTELLO

Al fine di assicurare la tenuta del sistema,

rimuovere i residui o depositi presenti sulla

guarnizione usando un panno umido.

PARTE INTERNA DELLO SPORTELLO

Rimuovere gli eventuali residui con un

pennello o attrezzo simile.

7.6 GUIDA ALLA RICERCA GUASTI

E’ possibile risolvere autonomamente i pic-

coli problemi di funzionamento. Prima di

rivolgersialserviziodiassistenza controlla-

re i seguenti punti:

La macchina non funziona

- Controllare l’interruttore generale

dell’apparecchio.

- Controllare se la spina è correttamente

inserita nella presa.

- Accertarsi che lo sportello sia chiuso.

- Controllare che sia stato scelto un pro-

gramma e sia stato premuto il tasto start.

Dopol’asciugaturailbucatoèancoratroppo

umido o il tempo di asciugatura è troppo

lungo.

- Controllare che il filtro sia pulito.

dryer. If you follow carefully the present

instructions you will certainly be satisfied

with its performance and guarantee.

In the event of claims or remarks, the refer-

ence text remains the original one in the

manufacturer’s native language, that is, the

Italian version.

1. GUARANTEE

The dryer is guaranteed for twelve (12)

months, from the date of purchase of the

appliance or of the relevant part.

Theguaranteeconsistsinthereplacementof

any part that proves faulty for manufactur-

ing causes. It is enforced by the supplier

directly.

In-guarantee labour, freight and packing

costs,aswellasthetransportationrisksmust

be born by the purchaser.

Theguaranteeisvalidonlyifthefaultyparts

are sent back carriage paid, along with the

informationonthemodel,serialnumberand

defect of the machine the part was assem-

bled onto.

The guarantee does not apply to machines

that were damaged by negligence, miscon-

nection, incorrect installation, noncompli-

ance with the instructions for assembly and

use, nor does it apply to machines that were

tamperedwithbyunauthorisedpersonnel.It

doesnotcovermachineswhoseserialnumber

was altered, deleted or removed, or to wear-

2. INTRODUCTION

The advice contained in this manual cannot

cover every possible contingency. This is

why it is important to keep in mind that

common sense and caution cannot be sup-

plied by the manufacturer along with the

dryer, but must be provided by those in

charge of its installation, maintenance and

use.

Electrical components comply with the ap-

plicablesafety norms. Maintenance jobs are

reserved to qualified personnel. Improper

servicing may jeopardise user safety. To

avoid problems at a later stage, the use

original spare parts is warmly recom-

mended.

Keep this instruction booklet with the ma-

chine. If the latter is sold or transferred,

make certain this booklet is attached.

Themachinewasdesignedfordryinghouse-

hold fabrics that can be tumble-dried (see

manufacturer labels). Uses other than speci-

fied may be dangerous. Do not use the ma-

chinewithsolvents(riskoffireorexplosion).

Do not dry synthetics or fabrics containing

plastic parts using high-temperature.

The descriptions and sketches reported in

this manual do not bind the manufacturer,

who reserves the right to update them and/or

includeany upgrading modificationof parts,

componentsandfittingsifdeemednecessary

for manufacturing or commercial purposes,

at any time and with no previous notice.

3. PRESCRIPTIONS, RESTRICTIONS

AND OTHER USES

Duringuse,cleaningandmaintenance,never

poke tools or body parts into the hot or

moving components (motor, belts, pulleys,

drum, fan). The manufacturer accepts no

liability for personal injury or property dam-

age arising while using, cleaning and main-

taining of the machine.

The operation of any electric or electronic

appliance requires compliance with certain

basic rules and in this case particularly: do

not touch the machine with damp or wet

handsorfeet; do not useitwhilebarefoot, do

not expose it to atmospheric agents like rain,

salt, salinity, etc. Do not allow its operation

bychildrenordisabledpersonswithoutproper

supervision.

Keep the machine door closed at all times to

prevent children from climbing on the appli-

ance and causing its overturning. Never step

orsit on the machine. To avoid damaging the

drum make sure that the garments that are

going to be dried contain no foreign objects

(coins, screws, nails, clips, etc.)

Do not use the machine to dry unspun or

undripped garments: maximum water con-

tent in the fabrics to be dried is 100%.

Installing the machine in premises contain-

ing other equipment like gas heaters, open

chimneys etc. may entail poisoning risks.

Dryer operation may actually cause atmos-

pheric depression and flue gas recirculation.

This may also apply to chimneys located in

adjacent rooms.

Ensure correct room ventilation during ma-

chine operation (open a window or door if

necessary).Fumesmustnotbeconveyedinto

a tube used to exhaust appliances that burn

gas or other fuel.

Do not smoke near the appliance or during

use. Do not remove or ignore safety devices.

Do not spill water directly or indirectly over

the dryer and therefore, install it far from

such possibilities.

In case of malfunction that cannot be solved

following these instructions for use, discon-

nect the appliance from the power mains

(unplugthe connectioncord)oreithercut off

powersupplyusingthesafetycircuitbreaker

located ahead of the appliance and then

contact the after-sales service.

Inoperative appliances must be made use-

less immediately. First of all detach the

machine plug and then the connection cord.

Make the door look inoperative.

Anyother use not explicitlymentioned in

this booklet must be considered as haz-

ardous. The manufacturer assumes no

responsibility for any damage resulting

from improper, incorrect or unreason-

able use.

4. SHIPPING, UNPACKING AND

STORING THE MACHINE

4.1. SHIPPING

Move the dryer on its own pallet or on a

similarplatform;useaforklift,eithermanual

or electric, provided it is adequate for han-

dlingsuchappliancesandithastherequisite

lifting capacity (see technical data). Make

sure that the appliance can surmount every

existing obstacle, like staircases, doors, etc.

Donotdragthemachinebythesidesorby

any other part.

For shipping purposes, use only the original

packaging, which ensures sufficient stabil-

ity during transportation.

4.2. STORING

If the appliance must be stored for a long

period of time before being put into opera-

tion, keep it inside its original package, as it

guarantees optimum protection. Make sure

ambient conditions respond to those pre-

scribed in chapter 5.2 “Allowable room

conditions for proper service”. If the ma-

chinemustbeoutofserviceforalongperiod

after use, be sure it is materially discon-

nected from the electric power supply and

cover it with its original plastic protection

bag.

4.3. UNPACKING

1) Prior to accepting the case from the car-

rier, check the conditions of the package. If

it is showing visible damage, the machine

may have been damaged too. If so, unpack

the machine in the presence of the carrier

and sign the delivery bill under reservation.

The manufacturer assumes no liability for

any damage caused by transportation or

wrong handling or storage.

Caution: the machine can only be handled

and shipped on its pallet.

DO NOT DRAG OR PUSH THE

APPLIANCE BY THE SIDES.

Check beforehand that the appliance can

surmount every existing obstacle, like stair-

cases, doors, etc.

See to the correct disposition of packing

material (plasticbags,expandedpolystyrene,

wood,cardboard,nails,etc.),whichrepresent

asafety hazard and consequently must not be

left within the reach of children. Collect and

keep for further transportation or long-term

storage. (see “Storing” paragraph). Before

connecting the appliance, check that the rat-

ing plate data correspond to those of the

existing electric system). The dryer must be

used exclusively for the purpose it was de-

signed for.

5. GETTING THE APPLIANCE

STARTED

5.1 POSITIONING REQUIREMENTS

This dryer has no positioning requirement

except for a stable and level floor.

Correctfloorunevennessusingthe machine

adjustable legs.

Check that the appliance is horizontal and

stable by a spirit level.

Place the dryer in an environment unaf-

fected by fabric clippings and dust. The

Dryingprocessrequiressufficientroomven-

tilation (open windows or doors to avoid

recirculation of damp air. Fumes must be

allowedunhinderedexit.Conveyfumesinto

anexhaustpipeoroutdoorsthroughatubeor

wall box. No counterpressure must exist at

the tube outlet (e.g. wind).

5.2 ALLOWABLE ROOM CONDITIONS

FOR PROPER SERVICE (information for

the user)

- Type of room: closed

- Minimum temperature: 10°C

- Maximum temperature: 40°C

- Relative humidity: 75% R.H.

- Lighting: 100 lux (valid for Italy; as for

other national provisions regarding lighting

in working premises, consult the relevant

national codes).

5.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Thedriermustbeinstalledbyprofessionally

qualified personnel, in accordance with the

localregulations.Themanufacturerassumes

no responsibility for damage arising from

misconnection performed by unauthorised

personnel.

Electrical connection requires an earthed

plug. If a fixed connection is performed, a

circuitbreakerwithminimumcontactopen-

ings of 3 mm must be installed ahead of the

appliance. Electrical connection must com-

ply with national and local norms. Machine

protection standard and model are indicated

on the nameplate attached to the back of the

machine itself. Do not switch the machine

onbeforeelectricalconnectioniscompleted.

CAUTION: EARTH CONNECTION IS

COMPULSORY.

Power cord replacement is reserved to the

authorised personnel.

5.4CONNECTIONOFTUBESFORFUME

EXHAUSTION

The exhaust tube can be connected to the

fumes outlet existing on the back of the

appliance or to either side outlet. Cover

unused outlets using the supplied closing

plugs. The exhaust tube must as straight as

possible. Avoid bends and especially el-

bows. Considering tube roughness and the

consequent resistance to exiting air, the ex-

haust pipe must not exceed a certain length.

reduces the total admissible length of the

exhaust pipe. The maximum acceptable

length depends on pipe type too.

a) Wired hose

Itisadvisabletouseawiredhoseof 100mm

minimum diameter. The hose can be linked

to one of the fumes outlets. The maximum

admissiblelengthforastraightwiredhoseis

approximately 8 m. Deduct 1.8 m for each

90°elbow and 1.0m for each 45°bend. If a

wallboxwithprotection gridisused, deduct

further2.0mfromthetotalacceptablelength

of the pipe.

The maximum admissible length for a

straight stiff pipe is approximately 10 m.

Deduct 0.6 m for each 90°elbow and 0.3 m

for each 45°bend. If a wall box with

protection grid is used, deduct further 2.0m

from the total acceptable length of the pipe.

CONDENSATE DRAIN

It is advisable to provide for a drain for

condensate water in the lowest point of the

exhaust duct (~3mm hole).

MACHINE USE

1. Load the dryer

Note: If you do not press a button within

3 minutes the display will automati-

cally go off. It will light up again

when a button is pressed.

Open the door

Check the lint filter. If it needs cleaning,

proceed as in the "Lint filter" paragraph,

section7.5. Makesurethatthelintfilter is in

itscorrectposition.The machinemustby no

means be set to work without the filter.

2. How to read the display

Program information

(1) - Program display: reads the currently

selected program, P1 to P8. When the pro-

gram is running, it reads cycle progress.

(2) - Start sign: the program is in progress.

(3) - Stop sign: the program is over or it was

interrupted.

Laundry treated with this kind of soap can-

not be dried using this appliance, as this

would damage machine components and

release harmful vapour (risk of fire and

explosion). Rinse pre-treated garments in

ing wool may cause felting and shrinkage.

Synthetic curtains should not be tumble-

For the sake of the environment it is advis-

able to consider the following advice:

- Fill the machine to the maximum of

its capacity (following program

tables).

- A small load of laundry is a waste of

energy, whereas an excessive load

may result in poor drying results.

- It is advisable to curb consumption

by predrying the laundry as much as

possible. To this purpose select the

The appliance cannot be used to dry dry-

cleaned fabrics.

Do not allow children to use the machine or

tamper with it.

4. When the program is over

7.3 HANDY TIPS

Do not load the appliance with fabrics that

were cleaned, soaked, impregnated or

washed with inflammable or explosive sub-

stances. If this is unavoidable, wash them in

water beforehand.

To avoid personal injure and property dam-

age, read the instructions carefully before

usingtheappliance.Keepsolventsandother

inflammable liquids far from the dryer, in a

dry and airy place unavailable to unauthor-

ised persons.

Store cleaning agents far from the reach of

children, in safely locked compartments.

Usethisappliancetodryonlywater-washed

fabrics that admit tumble drying.

Check that the manufacturers’ labels on the

garments allow tumble drying.

Donotallowchildrentoplaywithornearthe

dryer. Touching the drum or the laundry

during operation can cause burns. In case of

accidental contact, see a doctor. Do not

smoke near the dryer or during operation.

Do not ignore safety devices. Maintenance

orservicing canbecarriedoutby authorised

personnel only.

Do not switch the appliance off when tem-

perature in the drum is above 50°C.

If a potential drop should occur during op-

eration, open the door and start the machine

again as soon as power is back.

Therecommendedmoisturecontentinlaun-

dry for maximum energy saving is 5-20%.

Do not use your appliance to dry unspun

garments or fabrics containing more than

100% of moisture, or else split the load into

two different cycles.

Do not wait for the dryer to be cold before

starting a new cycle.

The dryer performs best when ambient hu-

midityis low: prefer fine days for operation.

To calculate residual moisture weigh the

laundry before washing and after drying.

The difference between these two values is

watercontent. The figure obtained by divid-

ing water content by the initial weight is

residual moisture.

Before moving or servicing the dryer and at

any rate after finishing operation, discon-

nect the electric supply and unplug without

pulling the cord.

After servicing, make sure the machine is

entirely reassembled and parts preventing

accidental access to moving and live com-

ponents are back in place.

Keep this manual with the appliance and

make it available to all present or prospec-

tive operators.

Do not use antistatic solutions or detergents

unless they are recommended by the manu-

facturers.

Do not let the appliance on to no purpose.

Turnoffthemainswitchwhenitisnotused.

During operation:

Do not touch parts affected by hot air, like

exhaust ducts, door or cabinet top, which

couldbehoteven30minutesaftertheendof

LINT FILTER

Garmentswearoutthroughuse.Duringdry-

ing they may consequently release fabric

fragments that are collected in the lint filter.

Therefore, clean the lint filter after every

single cycle as follows:

CABINET, LOADING DOOR AND

PLASTIC PARTS

Clean using soft soap or similar cleaning

product appropriate for plastic material. Do

not use scouring agents.

Do not use water jets to clean the appli-

ance. Wipe with a soft mop.

DRUM

In the long run deposits build up on the

drum. To clean it up use a soft cloth soaked

in vinegar. Do not use solvents (risk of fire

and explosion).

DOOR GASKET

To ensure good door seal wipe the gasket

using a wet cloth to remove build-ups.

INNER FACE OF DOOR

Remove any dirt using a brush or a similar

object.

7.6 TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUC-

TIONS

Small faults can be solved by the user.

Incaseofmachinefailure,beforecallingthe

after-sales service check the following:

- The main switch may not be on and

the machine may not be energised.

- The plug may not be plugged into the

receptacle correctly.

- The door may be open.

- You have not chosen a drying

program and pressed the START

button.

If drying time is too long or the laundry

comes out wet, check the following:

- The lint filter may be clogged: clean

it.

- The drum may have been overloaded:

take some garments out.

- Room aeration may be insufficient:

open a door or window.

- Cycle selection may be incorrect:

- The heat exchanger may be dirty:

clean it.

L’utilisation de tout appareil électrique et

électronique comporte le respect de règles

fondamentales. En particulier: ne pas tou-

cher l’appareil avec les mains ou les pieds

mouillés ou humides; ne pas utiliser l’appa-

reil les pieds nus; ne pas laisser l’appareil

exposé aux agents atmosphériques (pluie,

sel,salinité, etc.); ne paspermettre que l’ap-

pareil soit utilisé par des enfants ou par des

personnes qui n’en sont pas capables, sans

une surveillance adéquate, et maintenir les

Maintenir le portillon fermé pour éviter que

lesenfantsn’ygrimpentetquelamachinene

se renverse. Pour la même raison, ne pas

monter sur le sèche-linge.

Pouréviterd’endommagerletambour,avant

d’introduire le linge dans la machine, s’as-

surer d’avoir enlevé tout corps étranger

(commeparexempledespiècesdemonnaie,

vis, clous, agrafes, etc.). Ne pas y introduire

d’articles qui n’ont pas été essorés ni de

vêtements dégoulinants. L’humidité maxi-

male admissible du linge avant d’être séché

est de 100%.

L’installation de la machine dans des mi-

lieux où il y a d’autres appareils comme des

systèmes de chauffage au gaz, des chauffe-

eau à gaz, des conduits de cheminée ouverts

etc.,pourraitcomporterun danger d’empoi-

sonnement. Le fonctionnement du séchoir

peut en effet déterminer dans la pièce une

condition de dépression qui provoque la

remise en circulation du gaz d’échappe-

ment. Ce phénomène peut aussi se vérifier

avec un foyer se trouvant dans une autre

pièce de l’habitation.

Durant le séchage, assurer une ventilation

correctedelapièce(ouvrirlesfenêtresoules

portes). L’air évacué ne doit pas être cana-

lisé dans un tuyau utilisé pour l’échappe-

mentd’appareilsquibrûlentdugazouautres

combustibles.

Nepasfumerprèsduséchoiroupendantson

utilisation.Ne pas contourner ouenlever les

dispositifs de sécurité. Ne jamais utiliser de

jetsd’eaudirectsouindirectssurlamachine,

faire attention de ne pas l’installer à proxi-

mité de zones où cet inconvénient peut se

produire.

En cas de mauvais fonctionnement non

résoluble à l’aide des informations fournies

dans les présentes instructions pour l’em-

ploi, débrancher le sèche-linge du réseau

électrique(extrairelecâbledebranchement)

ou suspendre l’alimentation à l’aide de l’in-

terrupteurgénéral.S’adresserensuiteauser-

vice après-vente.

Les appareils qui ne sont plus en fonction

doivent être rendus immédiatement inutili-

sables. Extraire avant tout le connecteur du

réseau, puis enlever le câble de branche-

ment. Rendre inutilisable la serrure du por-

tillon.

4. TRANSPORT, DÉBALLAGE ET

STOCKAGE

4.1 TRANSPORT DE LA MACHINE

Pourtransporter l’appareil dans lebâtiment,

utiliser exclusivement la palette appropriée

ou équivalente. Utiliser un élévateur à four-

che manuel ou électrique apte au transport

de ces appareils et ayant une force de soulè-

vement appropriée (voir données techni-

ques).Contrôlerqueleséchoirpuissepasser

tous les obstacles ex : escaliers, portes, etc.

Ne jamais déplacer l’appareil par les

montants ou par toute autre partie.

Sil’appareildoitêtreexpédié,utiliserexclu-

sivementson emballage original,qui garan-

tit la stabilité suffisante à l’appareil pendant

son transport.

4.2 STOCKAGE

Si l’appareil doit rester dans le dépôt pen-

dant une longue période avant son utilisa-

tion, il faut le laisser dans son emballage

original pour garantir que l’appareil soit

bien protégé. Vérifier que les conditions du

milieu ambiant correspondent à celles con-

tenues dans le paragraphe 5.2. Conditions

du milieu ambiant pour une utilisation

correcte de la machine.

Si l’appareil reste hors service pendant une

période prolongée après son utilisation, vé-

rifierqu’ilsoitdébranchématériellementdu

réseau électrique et le couvrir avec son sac

de protection original.

4.3 DÉBALLAGE

1) Avant de confirmer la réception de l’ap-

pareil au transporteur, contrôler les condi-

tions de l’emballage. Si l’extérieur de l’em-

ballage est endommagé de façon évidente,

on peut supposer que l’appareil a aussi été

endommagé. Dans ce cas, déballer l’appa-

reil en présence du transporteur et signer

sous réserve les documents de livraison. Le

constructeurdéclinetouteresponsabilitépour

d’éventuelsdommagesdusautransportouà

un mauvais stockage.

2) Enlever attentivement l’emballage en

évitant d’endommager l’appareil.

Après avoir enlevé l’emballage, contrôler

attentivement que le séchoir ne présente

aucundommageàl’extérieurouau tambour

dus au transport ou au stockage. Ces dom-

magesnepeuventêtreattribuésauconstruc-

teur.

Attention: Le séchoir peut être déplacé uni-

quement à l’aide de sa palette.

Ne jamais déplacer le séchoir en appuyant

sur les côtés.

Contrôler que le séchoir puisse passer tous

les obstacles ex : escaliers, portes, etc.

Pourvoir à l’élimination correcte du maté-

riel d’emballage. Ne jamais laisser les élé-

ments d’emballage (sachet en plastique,

polystyrène, bois, carton, clous, etc.) à la

portéedes enfants, parce qu’ils représentent

une source potentielle de danger. Recueillir

et conserver l’emballage pour d’éventuels

futurstransportsdel’appareiloupourproté-

ger l’appareil adéquatement pendant des

périodes où il n’est pas utilisé (voir stoc-

kage).

Avant d’effectuer la connexion de l’appa-

reil, vérifier que les données techniques sur

la plaquette signalétique de l’appareil cor-

respondent aux caractéristiques du réseau

électrique auquel le séchoir doit être bran-

ché. Le séchoir doit être exclusivement des-

tiné à la fonction pour laquelle il a été cons-

truit.

5. INDICATIONS POUR LA MISE EN

SERVICE

5.1 PRESCRIPTIONS POUR LA MISE

EN PLACE

La machine doit être posée sur un sol plat et

stable. Corriger les irrégularités à l’aide de

ses quatre pieds réglables.

Contrôler avec un niveau que la machine

soit bien horizontale et stable.

Installer le séchoir dans un endroit sans

poussièreetsansfragmentsdefils.Durantle

processus de séchage, il faut garantir une

bonne ventilation de la pièce (ouvrir les

fenêtres ou les portes pour éviter que l’air

chaud humide expulsé soit à nouveau as-

piré). L’air évacué doit pouvoir sortir libre-

ment. L’airévacué doit être convoyé par un

tuyau ou par une boîte murale, dans un

conduit de ventilation ou vers l’extérieur. A

l’embouchure de l’évacuation il ne doit y

avoiraucunecontre-pressionàl’airensortie

(par exemple exposition au vent).

5.4 BRANCHEMENT DU TUYAU

D’ÉVACUATION DES FUMÉES

Le conduit pour l’air évacué peut être bran-

ché soit à l’arrière de la machine soit sur un

des deux côtés. Fermer les deux ouvertures

pour l’air d’évacuation qui ne seront pas

utiliséesaveclesbouchonsfournis.Letuyau

d’évacuationdesfuméesdoitêtreinstalléde

la façon la plus directe possible. Éviter la

formation de courbes et en particulier de

coudes.Etant donné que toutconduit d’éva-

cuation de l’air oppose une résistance à l’air

ensortie,ceconduitnedoitpasdépasserune

certainelongueur. La résistance augmente à

chaque portion non droite. Chaque courbe

ou chaque coude réduit la longueur totale

admissible pour le tuyau d’évacuation. La

longueurmaximaleadmissibledépend de la

typologie du tuyau.

a) Tuyau flexible

Pour l’évacuation des fumées, nous con-

seillons d’utiliser un tuyau flexible en spi-

rale d’un diamètre minimum de 100mm. Ce

tuyau flexible peut être branché à l’une des

ouvertures pour l’air évacué. Si le tuyau

flexible est droit, sa longueur maximale ad-

missible est d’environ 8 m. Pour chaque

courbe à 90°il faut enlever 1,8m et pour

chaque courbe à 45°1,0m. En cas d’utilisa-

tion d’une boîte murale avec grille de pro-

tection, enlever encore 2,0m de la longueur

totale maximale admissible.

Détergents contenant des solvants

Le linge traité avec ces détergents ne peu-

vent pas être séchés dans le sèche-linge.

pas adaptés au sèche-linge car ils en sorti-

vent pas être insérés dans le sèche-linge.

Traitement du linge dans le respect de

l’environnement

Enprenant les précautions suivantes on évi-

tera d’endommager l’environnement:

- Remplir la machine au maximum de

sa capacité (d’après le tableau des

programmes).

- Les petites charges ne sont pas

avantageuses, tandis que les charges

excessives peuvent être la cause de

mauvais résultats de séchage.

- Nous conseillons de contenir les

consommations en séchant au

préalable le linge le plus possible.

Dans ce but, sélectionner sur la

machine à laver l’essorage maximum

consenti pour le type de tissu en

question.

- Durant le processus de séchage,

s’assurer que les locaux soient bien

aérés.

- Nettoyer le filtre à peluches après

chaque séchage.

7. INDICATIONS POUR L’UTILISA-

7.1 FONCTIONNEMENT

Première mise en fonction

Avantdemettrelamachineenfonctionpour

la première fois, nous conseillons de la net-

toyer avec un chiffon doux.

Préparatifs pour le séchage

Afin de garantir un séchage uniforme, si

possible, sécher ensemble uniquement des

tissus du même type.

Diviser les articles selon le type de tissu en

vérifiant les symboles reportés sur ces der-

niers (voir tableau) et d’après le degré de

séchage désiré.

verre;

- des articles en laine.

Vérifierqu’ilneresteriendanslesplis et les

poches des articles.

Des objets comme des barrettes pour les

cheveux, agrafes, pièces de monnaie, vis,

aiguilles etc. pourraient endommager la

machine.

Boutonnerlesarticlesd’habillement qui ont

des boutons en métal, fermer les fermetures

éclair, fermer les crochets et les oeillets.

Enrouler les boucles de ceinture dans une

étoffe.

En ce qui concerne la quantité de linge à

charger et la température de séchage, con-

sulter le tableau suivant.

Note: Si on n’appuie sur aucune

touche pendant trois minutes,

l’afficheur s’éteint automatiquement.

Il se rallume quand on appuie sur une

touche quelconque.

Ouvrir la porte.

Contrôler le filtre à peluches. Si nécessaire,

le nettoyer en suivant les indications repor-

téesauparagraphe7.5.S’assurerquelefiltre

à peluches soit correctement placé. La ma-

chine ne doit pas être mise en fonction sans

filtre.

Étendre les articles et les introduire dans le

tambour bien étendus. La quantité maxi-

maledechargementdépenddutypedetissu,

elle est indiquée dans le tableau au paragra-

pheprécédent"Préparatifspourleséchage".

Après le remplissage, refermer le portillon

en enclenchant la fermeture.

La machine ne peut être démarrée avec le

portillon ouvert ou mal fermé.

2. Comment lit-on l’afficheur

Informations sur le programme

(1) – Afficheur de programme: visualise le

programme sélectionné allant de P1 à P8.

Durant le déroulement du programme, il en

visualise l'évolution.

(2)-Témoinstart:leprogrammeestencours

de déroulement.

(3) - Témoin stop: le programme est fini ou

a été interrompu.

3. Sélectionner un programme

Appuyer sur une des touches correspondant

aux programmes, de P1 à P8.

P1- Très sec, température normale

P2 - Sec, température normale

P3 - Sec normal, température normale

P4 – Repassage à air, température normale

P5 - Très sec, température réduite

P6 - Sec, température réduite

P7 - Sec normal, température réduite

P8 – Repassage à air, température réduite

Appuyer sur la touche START pour donner

le départ au programme de séchage.

Note: La touche Stop peut être utilisée pour

interrompre le programme. Dans ce but,

maintenir la touche enclenchée pendant au

moins 3 secondes.

Une fois le programme commencé, le té-

moin Start s’illuminera sur l’afficheur.

Messages d’erreur

Si au terme d’un programme ou après une

interruption de programme, l’afficheur vi-

sualise un message d'erreur, procéder de la

façon suivante:

- prendre note du message d'erreur

visualisé

- éteindre l'interrupteur principal

- ouvrir la porte de la machine et

extraire le linge

- contacter le service technique après-

vente.

Précautions

La machine ne peut être utilisée pour sécher

des tissus lavés à sec.

Ne pas permettre que les enfants utilisent la

machine.

Ne pas verser d’eau sur la machine, ni la

laver en l’éclaboussant d’eau.

4. Au terme du programme

Un signal acoustique indiquera la fin du

programme de séchage. Le témoin STOP

s’éclairera alors sur l’afficheur. L’afficheur

s’éteint trois minutes après le terme du pro-

gramme.

Ouvrir la porte, extraire le linge et s’assurer

que le tambour soit complètement vide.

Refermer la porte et éteindre l’interrupteur

général.

Nettoyer le filtre à peluches.

7.3 CONSEILS UTILES POUR L’UTILI-

SATION

Ne pas mettre dans l'appareil du linge qui a

été lavé, nettoyé, mouillé ou tâché avec des

substancesinflammablesouexplosives.Pro-

céder éventuellement auparavant à un cycle

de lavage à l’eau.

Lireles instructions avantde mettre en mar-

che l'appareil pour éviter de possibles dom-

mages ou accidents.

Maintenirlessolvantsetlesliquidesinflam-

mables loin du séchoir et les conserver dans

un lieu sec, bien aéré et non accessible au

personnel non autorisé.

Toujoursconserverlesproduitsdenettoyage

loin des enfants et mieux encore sous clé.

Contrôler les étiquettes des articles pour

savoir s’ils admettent le séchage avec cet

appareil.

Ne pas permettre aux enfants de jouer ou de

s'approcherde la machine,lecontactavecle

tambour ou le linge pendant le fonctionne-

mentpeutprovoquerdesbrûluresDanscette

éventualité, appeler tout de suite un méde-

cin. Ne pas fumer à proximité du séchoir ou

pendant son utilisation, ne pas enlever ou

contourner les dispositifs de sécurité. Les

éventuelles opérations d'entretien doivent

être faites exclusivement par du personnel

autorisé à cet effet.

Nepaséteindrelamachinesila température

dans le tambour est supérieure à 50°C.

En cas de manque de courant pendant le

fonctionnement, ouvrir la porte et remettre

l’appareil en marche dès que possible.

Afin de réduire au maximum la consomma-

tion d'énergie globale de votre buanderie

nous vous conseillons toujours de préparer

lelingepourlerepassageavec une humidité

résiduelle entre 5 et 20%.

L'humidité maximale du linge avant d'être

sécher doit être de 100%. Éventuellement,

réduirede moitié la charge par cycle. Ne pas

attendre le refroidissement complet du sé-

choir avant de commencer un nouveau cy-

cle.

Il faut préférer des journées ensoleillées

plutôt que des journées pluvieuses pour uti-

liser le séchoir car avec moins d'humidité le

rendement est supérieur.

Pour mesurer l'humidité résiduelle, peser le

linge avant le lavage et après le séchage. La

différenceestlaquantitéd'eauprésentedans

le linge qui divisée par le poids original

donne l'humidité résiduelle.

Avant de faire un déplacement, une inter-

vention d’entretien et à la fin du travail,

éteindre l’alimentation électrique et déta-

cher la fiche en faisant attention de ne pas

tirer sur le câble.

Après toute intervention, s'assurer que la

machine soit remise en état correctement et

que les pièces qui protègent l'accès aux par-

ties en mouvement et sous tension soient à

leur place.

Ce manuel doit être conservé et les person-

nes qui entrent en contact avec cet appareil

doivent le connaître.

Ne pas utiliser de produits antistatiques ou

détergentss'ilsnesontpasrecommandéspar

le producteur.

En fin de cycle, ne pas toucher les parties

relatives au passage de l'air chaud comme

tuyauteries d’évacuation des fumées, porte,

couvercle ou arrière. ces parties ont une

inertie thermique de 30 minutes.

7.4. INFORMATIONS SUR DES

SYSTÈMES PARTICULIERS D'UTILI-

SATION ET DE PROTECTION

Faire le premier cycle avec des chiffons qui

peuvent être salis par les graisses utilisées

durant l’usinage.

AVERTISSEMENTS

Toujours utiliser un comportement correct

près de l'appareil. Ne pas exclure les dispo-

sitifs de sécurité et toujours utiliser des piè-

ces détachées originales.

Pour toute intervention, s’en tenir aux pré-

sentesinstructionsetconsulternotre service

technique au préalable en communiquant

modèle et numéro de matricule de la ma-

chine. Avant toute intervention, débrancher

l'alimentation électrique.

7.5 ENTRETIEN ORDINAIRE À

FILTRE À PELUCHES

Quand on porte les vêtements, le tissu s’use

et les fragments qui peuvent se détacher

durant le séchage sont récupérés par le filtre

prévu à cet effet. Le filtre doit donc être

nettoyé après chaque cycle de séchage.

1. Extraire le filtre de support

2. Enlever à la main les résidus de tissu

3. Replacer le filtre.

Carénage, portillon de chargement et com-

posants en plastique

Nettoyeravec du savon, undétergent neutre

ou un autre produit présent dans le com-

merce et adapté au nettoyage des matières

plastiques. Ne jamais utiliser de produits

abrasifs. Ne jamais nettoyer l'appareil avec

des jets d'eau. Sécher en se servant d’un

chiffon doux.

Tambour

À long terme, des dépôts nocifs pour la

qualitéduséchagepeuvents’accumulerdans

la cuve de l’appareil. Pour nettoyer le tam-

bour, utiliser un chiffon humecté de vinai-

gre.

Ne jamais utiliser de solvants (danger d’in-

cendie et d’explosion).

Garniture du portillon

Afin d’assurer l’étanchéité du système, en-

leverles résidusoulesdépôtsprésents sur la

garniture en utilisant un chiffon humide.

Partie interne du portillon

Enlever les éventuels résidus avec un pin-

ceau ou un outil du même genre.

7.6 GUIDE POUR LA RECHERCHE

DES PANNES

Il est possible de résoudre soi-même de

petits problèmes de fonctionnement. Avant

des’adresserauserviceaprès-vente,contrô-

ler les points suivants:

La machine ne fonctionne pas

- Contrôler l’interrupteur général de l’appa-

reil.

- Contrôler que la fiche soit insérée correc-

tement dans la prise.

- S’assurer que le portillon soit fermé.

- Contrôler qu’un programme ait été choisi

et que la touche start ait été enclenchée.

Après le séchage, le linge est encore trop

humideouletempsdeséchageesttroplong.

- Contrôler que le filtre soit propre.

- Surcharge du tambour: alléger.

- Améliorer l’aération du local en ouvrant

portes ou fenêtres.

- Sélectionner un degré de séchage supé-

rieur.

- Faire nettoyer l’échangeur de chaleur.

- Il pourrait y avoir eu une chute de tension;

appuyer à nouveau sur la touche start.

Sil’on ne réussit pas à éliminer le problème,

s’adresserauserviceaprès-venteouenalter-

native au revendeur en communiquant le

modèleetlenumérodematriculereportésur

la plaque signalétique de la machine.

Remettre à leur place tous les panneaux qui

ont été enlevés avant de mettre la machine

sous tension à l’aide de l’interrupteur géné-

Remettre à leur place tous les panneaux qui

9. INDICATIONS POUR LA MISE

HORS SERVICE, LE DÉMONTAGE

ET L’ÉLIMINATION

nous recommandons de le mettre hors ser-

vice en éliminant tous les matériaux de fa-

çon opportune et en tenant à l’esprit ce qui a

été écrit au paragraphe «Prescriptions, in-

rure de la porte.

Boucher la sortie fumées, enlever le câble

d'alimentation électrique de l’interrupteur

général en bouchant l’éventuel passage du

câble.
