OVERVIEW
The GSC3620 is a weatherproof infrared (IR) ceiling-mounted dome IP
camera with a 2.8mm-12mm vari-focal lens making it an ideal device for
wide-angle monitoring of nearby subjects in environments such as build-
ing entrances, corridors, banks, hotels, retail stores and o󰀩ces as well
as narrow-angle monitoring of far eld subjects in environments such as
streets, towers, warehouses, farms and etc. The electronic auto-focus
capability ensures plug-and-play installation without requiring manual
tuning or worry about loss of focus over time of operation. This device
supports motion detection and smart infrared technology for white bal-
ance and exposure to monitor activity at night in outdoor or dark enclosed
spaces. The GSC3620 can be managed with GSURF Pro, Grandstream’s
free video management software, along with other ONVIF compliant vid-
eo management systems. It pairs with Grandstream’s video phones and
GSC3570 HD intercom and facility control station for active end-point
monitoring and facility control. By adding weatherproof capabilities, this
is an ideal device for increasing security and facility management in any
indoor or outdoor area.

POWERING AND CONNECTING THE GSC3620

The GSC3620 can be powered either using the right PSU (DC12V, 1A) or
using a PoE switch. Please refer to illustration below to do the wiring and
connect the waterproof RJ45 socket:
Step 1: Based on T-568B to install the RJ45 plug, tighten the connector
using the provided waterproof socket.
Step 2: Connect other end of the cable into a switch supporting Power
over Ethernet.
Step 1: Wire the cable and connect it to a network swicth like steps in
Option A.
Step 2: Connect a 12VDC, 1A (minimum) Power Adapter (not provided-
ed) to the power socket of the GSC3620 tail cable. Make sure the polarity
“+” (center) and “-” (outside) are correctly connected.

Step 1:
Use supplied drill template to drill holes at ceiling. Select appropriate an-
chors or screws based on ceiling material.

Step 2:
Remove the top cover of the camera using the provided Hex Key as
shown in the gure below. Refer to the arrow and small notch on the ma-
chine body as shown below to align the machine cover.
Place the cable into the groove of camera cover, mount the cover into
ceiling using provided screws as shown in below diagram. Leave the con-
nectors of cable dangling outside the cover.
Step 3:
Hold the body of camera and align to the notch as shown in the diagram,
then push the body of camera into the cover of camera and rotate to x it.
Then, lock it using the Hex Key.
Step 4:
GSC3620 CONFIGURATION
• Internet Browser like Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer or
Edge.
• DHCP server enabled on the network.
Following are the requirement to congure the GSC3620:
Follow the steps below to access the GSC3620 WEB conguration page:
1. Download and install GS_Search tool from the link below:

2. Run the Grandstream GS_Search tool.
3. Click on button to start device detection.
4. The detected devices will appear in the output eld as below.
5. Double click on the detected device. The default browser (Chrome in
this example) will open to display the camera’s login web interface.

6. Username and password are required to login the camera to manage
the device. The default username is “admin”; the default password is a
random password printed in a sticker which can be found in the cam-
era body and back of the QIG.
7. The default connection is via HTTPS. Once input the correct username
and password, the device conguration webpage will be available.
8. Click the “LiveView” tab on the up left corner of the webUI, then click
the “1” or “2” digit at the left bottom of webpage, a live video feeds
will be displayed inside the Browser after a while, as shown in above
screenshot. “1” means feeds is primary video stream, “2” means feeds
is secondary video stream. Please refer to “Video & Audio Settings” in
the webUI for more detailed information about the conguration and
parameters.
9. At the “LiveView” page, sliding the “ZOOM” bar left or right to zoom
out/in the lens; click “Focus+/–“ to ne tune the focus; or click “One
key focus” to let system auto-focus the scene; click “initialize lens” to
go back to default.
Note:
• After adjusting the focal length of the lens or click One Key Fo-
cus, the device will automatically adjust the image denition (no
other lens operation allowed during the auto-focus process).
• Due to the scene limitation, the e󰀨ect of one key focus may not always
be satised. When this happened, it is recommended manually click
the Focus+/- button to ne tune and complete the focus operation.
• If after several round of zoom and focus, the image is still not clear,
please click Initialize lens to reset the lens by removing the accumu-
lated errors of the lens.

备就会显示配置页面 供用户修改参数或观看实时视频流。
8) 点击页面左上方的“ LiveView”（实时预览）选项，然后单击页面
下方的“ 1”或“ 2”数字，稍等片刻就会在网页中看到实时视频，
如上图截屏所示。其中：
“ 1”表示视频是主（视频）码流
“ 2”表示视频是子（视频）码流
请参考网页中的“视频和音频设置”选项获取 更多参数和配置的详
细信息。
9) 在“ LiveView”页面，向左或右滑动“ ZOOM”条以缩小或放大；
单击“聚焦 +/-”微调聚焦；或单击“一键聚焦”使系统自动聚焦；
点击“初始化镜头”返回默认设置。。
注意：
• 调整镜头焦距或点击“一键对焦”后，设备将会自动调整图像清晰度
（自动对焦过程中不允许进行其他镜头操作）。
• 由于场景的限制，有可能无法始终达到“一键聚焦”的效果。 当发生
这种情况时，建议手动点击“ Focus +/-”按钮进行微调并完成聚焦操
作。
• 如果经过几轮变焦和聚焦后，图像仍不清晰，请点击“初始化镜头”操
作来重置镜头，以消除镜头的累积误差。

La GSC3620 es una cámara IP de domo para montaje de techo con
infrarrojo (IR) y a prueba de agua con una lente vari-focal de 2.88mm-
12mm haciéndola un dispositivo ideal para monitoreo de objetos cerca-
nos gracias a la apertura de su cámara en establecimientos como edi-
cios, pasillos, bancos, hoteles, tiendas pequeñas, entradas y ocinas,
también para monitoreo de objetos lejanos gracias a su vista telescópica
en ambientes como calles, torres, almacenes, granjas, etc. El soporte
de auto enfoque electrónico asegura una instalación plug-and-play sin
requerir algún ajuste manual o tener que preocuparse por perdida de
enfoque durante funcionamiento. Este dispositivo soporta detección
de movimiento y tecnología inteligente de infrarrojo con balanceo y ex-
posición de blancos para monitoreo de actividad nocturna en exteriores
o espacios cerrados oscuros. La GSC3620 puede ser administrada con
GSURF Pro, softwares de administración de video libre, junto con otros
sistemas de administración de video compatibles con ONVIF. Se puede

El GSC3620 se puede alimentar con la fuente de alimentación correcta

Paso 2:
Remover la cobertura superior de la cámara usando la Llave Hexagonal

muesca pequeña como se muestra debajo para alinear la cobertura.
Coloque el cable en la ranura de la montura de la base de cámara , colo-
que la base en la pared utilizando los tornillos como muestra el diagrama
siguiente. Deje los conectores del cable colgando afuera de la cubierta.
Paso 3:
Sostenga la cámara y alinee en la muesca como se muestra en el dia-
grama, luego empuje la cámara en la cubertura de la cámara y rote para

Le GSC3620 est une caméra IP dôme infrarouge (IR) adaptée à l’instal-

variable de 2,8 mm à 12 mm ce qui en fait un appareil idéal pour la sur-
veillance grand angle de sujets proches dans des environnements tels
que les entrées de bâtiments, les couloirs, les banques, les hôtels, les
magasins de détail et les bureaux ainsi que la surveillance à angle étroit
de sujets en champ lointain dans des environnements tels que les rues,
les tours, les entrepôts, les fermes, etc. La capacité de mise au point
automatique électronique assure une installation plug-and-play sans né-
cessiter de réglage manuel ni de souci de perte de mise au point au l
du temps. Cet appareil prend en charge la détection de mouvement et
la technologie infrarouge intelligente pour la balance des blancs et l’ex-

Nota:

• Debido a la limitación de la imagen, es posible que el efecto de enfoque
en un paso no siempre se logre. Cuando esto ocurra, se recomienda
ajustar manualmente con el botón Enfocar+/- para corregir y completar la
operación de enfoque.
• Si tras varios intentos de Zoom y Enfocar, aún la imagen no es clara,
haga clic en Reiniciar lente para restablecer el lente eliminando los
errores acumulados en él.

Étape 2:
Retirez le capot supérieur de la caméra à l’aide de la clé hexagonale
fournie, comme illustré dans la gure ci-dessous. Reportez-vous à la
èche et à la petite encoche sur le corps de la machine comme indiqué
ci-dessous pour aligner le capot de la machine.
Placez le câble dans la rainure du couvercle de la caméra, montez le
couvercle au plafond à l’aide des vis fournies, comme indiqué dans le
schéma ci-dessous. Laissez les connecteurs du câble suspendus à l’ex-
térieur du couvercle.
Étape 3:
Tenez le corps de la caméra et alignez-vous sur l’encoche comme in-
diqué sur le schéma, puis poussez le corps de la caméra dans le couver-
cle de la caméra et faites-le tourner pour le xer. Ensuite, verrouillez-le à
l’aide de la clé hexagonale.

ALIMENTATION ET RACCORDEMENT DU GSC3620

Le GSC3620 peut être alimenté à l’aide du bloc d’alimentation approprié
(DC12V, 1A) ou d’un commutateur PoE. Veuillez vous référer à l’illustra-
tion ci-dessous pour faire le câblage et connecter la prise RJ45 étanche:
Étape 1: En se basant sur la norme T-568B pour installer la prise RJ45,
serrez le connecteur à l’aide de la prise étanche fournie.
Étape 2: Connectez l’autre extrémité du câble à un commutateur prenant

• En raison de la limitation de la scène, l’e󰀨et d’une mise au point clé peut
ne pas toujours être satisfait. Lorsque cela se produit, il est recommandé

Das GSC3620 kann entweder mit dem richtigen Netzteil (DC12V, 1A)
oder mit einem PoE. Bitte beachten Sie die Zeichnung für die korrekte
Montage und RJ45 Anschlussbelegung:
Schritt 1: RJ45 Anschluss-Installation nach T568B, Befestigung des
Anschlusses mit der mitgelieferten, wasserfesten Aufnahme.
Schritt 2: Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Kabels mit einem PoE
Switch.
Schritt 1: Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Kabels mit einem Netzw-
erk-Switch wie in Option A.
Schritt 2: Verbinden Sie ein 12V/1A Netzeil (nicht mitgeliefert) mit dem

Verwenden Sie die mitgelieferte Bohrschablone, um Löcher an der Decke
zu bohren. Wählen Sie geeignete Dübel oder Schrauben aus, die auf
dem Deckenmaterial basieren. Setzen Sie gegebenenfalls die Anker ein.

Schritt 2:
Entfernen Sie, wie in der Skizze beschrieben, die obere Kameraabdeck-
ung. Wie nachfolgend skizziert, beachten Sie bitte die Übereinstimmung
der Pfeilmarkierung mit der Einkerbung im Kameragehäuse.
Halten Sie die Kamera wie skizziert und beachten Sie die Markierungsü-
bereinstimmung, dann drücken Sie die Kamera in das Gehäuse und dre-

6. Um die Kamera zu managen, müssen Sie sich an der Webschnittstelle
anmelden, hierzu ist ein Benutzername und ein Passwort erforderlich.
Der voreingestellte Benutzername ist “admin“ und das zufällig verge-
bene Passwort ist auf einem Aufkleber auf der Kamerarückseite sowie
auf der Rückseite der Kurz-Installationsanleitung (QIG) ablesbar.
7. Die voreingestellte Anbindung ist via HTTPS. Sobald der der korrekte
Benutzername und das richtige Passwort eingegeben ist, wird sich
die Webseite zur Konguration ö󰀨nen.
8. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte “LiveView” in der oberen linken Ecke
der Weboberäche und dann auf die Nummer “1” oder “2” unten links
auf der Website. Nach einer Weile werden im Browser Live-Video-
Feeds angezeigt, wie oben gezeigt Bildschirmfoto. “1” bedeutet, dass
Feeds der primäre Videostream sind, “2” bedeutet, dass Feeds der
sekundäre Videostream sind. Weitere Informationen zu Konguration

Passo 2:
Rimuovere il coperchio superiore della telecamera utilizzando la chiave

Il GSC3620 può essere alimentato utilizzando il giusto alimentatore
(DC12V, 1A) o utilizzando un interruttore PoE. Fare riferimento all’illus-
trazione sottostante per allestire il cablaggio e collegare la presa imper-
meabile RJ45:
Passo 1: Installare la spina RJ45 in base a quanto riportato per T-568B,
serrando il connettore mediante la presa impermeabile in dotazione.
Passo 2: Collegare l’altra estremità del cavo in un commutatore con
supporto PoE.
Passo 1: Cablare il cavo e collegarlo a un commutatore di rete come
per i passi dell’opzione A.

(minimo) 1 A (non fornito) alla presa di corrente del cavo terminale di

• A seconda della scenario, l’e󰀨etto del One Key Focus potrebbe non
essere sempre soddisfacente. Quando ciò accade, si raccomanda di
cliccare manualmente sul pulsante Focus+/- per regolare e comple-

7. Połączenie odbywa się domyślnie za pośrednictwem protokołu
HTTPS. Po wprowadzeniu prawidłowej nazwy użytkownika i hasła
będzie dostępna strona konguracji urządzenia.
8. Kliknij kartę „LiveView” w lewym górnym rogu interfejsu webUI, a nas-
tępnie kliknij cyfrę „1” lub „2” w lewym dolnym rogu strony internetowej,
kanały wideo na żywo będą wyświetlane w przeglądarce po chwili, jak
pokazano w powyżej zrzutu ekranu. „1” oznacza, że kanały to główny
strumień wideo, „2” oznacza, że kanały to dodatkowy strumień wideo.

9. Na stronie „LiveView” przesuwanie paska „ZOOM” w lewo lub w pra-
wo, aby pomniejszyć / w obiektywie; kliknij „Focus +/–”, aby precyzy-
jnie dostroić ostrość; lub kliknij „One key focus”, aby pozwolić syste-
mowi na automatyczne ustawienie ostrości na scenie; kliknij „zainicjuj
soczewkę”, aby powrócić do ustawień domyślnych.
Uwaga:
• Po ustawieniu ogniskowej obiektywu lub kliknięciu One Key Focus,
urządzenie automatycznie dostosuje rozdzielczość obrazu (żadne
inne operacje obiektywu nie są dozwolone podczas procesu autofoku-
su).
• Ze względu na ograniczenia sceny efekt ustawienie ostrości funkc-
ją “one key focus” może nie zawsze być satysfakcjonujące. W takim
przypadku zaleca się ręczne kliknięcie przycisku Focus +/-, aby dos-
troić i zakończyć operację regulacji ostrości.
• Jeśli po kilku cyklach powiększania i ustawiania ostrości obraz nadal
nie jest wyraźny, kliknij opcję “Initialize lens”, aby zresetować obiektyw
i usunąć nagromadzone błędy.
