INTRODUCTION
Congratulations! Thank you for purchasing the Great
PlanesElectroStreak! Tom Stryker's original design for this
airplane was firstfeatured inthe November, 1987issue of Model
Aviation magazine. We builtthis airplane "just for the fun of it",
and we were soimpressed with itsperformance onour standard
"Thrustmaster" motor, we knew it would bea success asa kit!
During the testing process, the new Goldfiremotor was devel-
oped, and we found this motor tobeideally suited for the
ElectroStreak,due toitstremendous power.
This is one of the very few easy to build electric-
poweredairplanes in kitform thatreally does provide excitingand
satisfyingacrobatic performance withoutthe need for expensive
cobalt motors or exotic buildingmaterials. Itisa very smooth and
stable flier, yet itwillperform all basic pattern maneuvers, such
asrolls, inside and outside loops, snap rolls, spins, inverted flight,
Immelmans, hammerheads, Cuban 8's, and many others.
While not a beginner's plane, the ElectroStreak isgreat
for the intermediate oradvanced flyerwhowantsreal perform-
ance, with the quiet convenience of electric power.
PleaseInspect all parts carefully before starting to
build! If anyparts are missing, brokenor defective,or if you
haveanyquestions aboutbuildingor flyingthis airplane,
please call us at (217)367-2069 andwe'llbe glad to help. Ifyou
are callingforreplacementparts, please look upthepart
numbersandthekitidentificationnumber(stamped on the end
of the carton)and have themready when calling.
PRECAUTIONS
1.You must build the plane according to the plansand
Instructions.Do not alter ormodifythe model asrepresented by
the plans, asdoing somayresult in an unsafe or unflyablemodeL
2.Youmusttaketimetobuildstraight,trueandstrong.
