INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing Greenlight Lighting’s REV120MKII.
The REV120mkII is the most advanced moving spot luminaire in its
class, on the market to date. Featuring dual gobo wheels, electronic
iris, focus, prism and it’s luminus LED engine, REV120mkII gives you
a wide range of options in creating stunning aerial effects and images
to enhance your future lighting designs.
This manual covers the important information on installation,
setup and maintenance.
Please read through this manual and keep it in a safe place
for your future reference.
REV120MKII is made from a high temperature ABS plastic shell and
cast alloy frame. The fixture is designed and manufactured following
strict CE standards, complying with the international standard DMX512
protocol and features a state of the art CBM360w Luminus chip
operating at 120watts, producing a very even field of light with superior
output.
Please carefully unpack the fixture and check the following accessories

SETUP AND INSTALLATION
OVERHEAD RIGGING
SECURE A SUITABLY RATED
RIGGING CLAMP(2) TO THE
OMEGA BRACKET WITH AN
M10 BOLT, 3 FLATS AND 1
SPLIT WASHER.
WITH YOUR FIXTURE STILL IN
ITS CASE, ATTACH OMEGA
CLAMPS(1) TO BASE USING
THE FOUR 1/4 TURN QUICK
LOCKS(4) IN A CLOCKWISE
DIRECTION.
ATTACH A SUITABLY RATED
SAFETY WIRE TO IT’S AN-
CHOR POINT(3).
HANG YOUR LIGHT AND AT-
TACH YOUR SAFETY WIRE
AROUND THE FIXTURES
MOUNTING POINT.
TIGHTEN YOUR CLAMPS.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO RIG THIS LIGHT UNLESS YOU ARE COMPENTANT TO DO SO.
ALWAYS ENSURE YOUR MOUNTING POINTS ARE SAFE AND ADEQUATELY RATED
TO PREVENT INJURIES AND POTENTIAL LOSS OF LIFE.
NEVER ATTACH SAFETY WIRES TO HANDLES, ALWAYS USE THE ANCHOR POINT.
CHECK WITH A LICENSED RIGGER FIRST BEFORE HANGING ANYTHING!

DATA AND POWER
CONNECT YOUR REV’S TOGETHER WITH A SHIELDED
XLR CABLE IN SERIES, AND TERMINATE THE LAST
FIXTURE USING A 120ohm RESISTOR ACROSS PINS
TWO AND THREE ON A MALE XLR PLUG.
TO POWER YOUR REV SIMPLY TWIST AND CLICK
YOUR POWERCON CONNECTION AND PLUG INTO A
SUITABLY RATED MAINS POWER SOURCE.
UP TO 16 UNITS CAN BE LINKED FROM ONE ‘MASTER’
POWERED UNIT USING THE WHITE POWERCON INPUT
TO LINK TO THE SUBSEQUENT UNITS.

1) Check screws and ensure they have not come
loose during transit.
2) Check power supply cables prior to powering up
unit and ensure no damage is evident.
Don’t use faulty power cables!
3) Rigging and installation of the REV should only be
done with a competantly skilled person with all safety
devices attached to ensure safe use.
4) Fixture installation must always be secured with a
secondary safety device.
5) Never stand directly below the device when
mounting, removing or servicing the fixture.

Offsite power generatorsshouldbevoltage testedprior to poweringfixture to avoiddamagecausedbyover/under current.
Always power downlightbetween useto increasethemovingcomponentslifespan suchasexhaustfansand electronic
andmechanical drivecomponents.
Donot expose thefixture to rain or moisture.
Avoidlookingdirectlyinto thelightsource.
Strobingeffects may cause epilepticseizures peoplewithsuchacondition should beaware.
Ensure power isdisconnectedfrom fixture before cleaningandservice.
Keepmore than 50cmproximitybetween wallsandceilingsto ensure adequate airflow.

We suggest you adopt a regular cleaningroutine to ensure your
investment keepsrunningaswell asitdidthedayyoupurchasedit.
SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE ROUTINE
Usea free lint-free moistcloth with a mild detergent when neccesary.
Do not use alcohol or solvent based cleaners.
Inpsect and clean theintake fans to ensure adequate airflow into unit every week.
Useavacuumcleaner withacomputer cleaningattachment andan oilfree
paintbrushto brushawayexcess dustbuild up-we recommend using a brush with camel hair.
Haveadetailedelectrical checkby an approvedelectrical engineer everysixmonths.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the device
