1.1 Hazard statements
The symbols and hazard statements below may appear in Grundfos installation
and operating instructions, safety instructions and service instructions.
DANGER
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in
death or serious personal injury.
WARNING
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious personal injury.
CAUTION
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in
minor or moderate personal injury.
The hazard statements are structured in the following way:

1.2 Notes
The symbols and notes below may appear in Grundfos installation and
operating instructions, safety instructions and service instructions.
Observe these instructions for explosion-proof products.
A blue or grey circle with a white graphical symbol indicates that an
action must be taken.
A red or grey circle with a diagonal bar, possibly with a black
graphical symbol, indicates that an action must not be taken or must
be stopped.
If these instructions are not observed, it may result in malfunction or
damage to the equipment.

1.3 Special notes
Read this document before you install the product. Conduct the
installation according to the steps and tools stated in this document.
Any damage, quality issue or operation failure due to not complying with these
installing and operating instructions will not be covered by the warranty.
2. Product introduction
2.1 Sensor box
The sensor box is used to receive measured data from the sensors and the
data bus. The sensor box can transmit the collected data to the Cloud platform
via Wifi or 4G communication modules.

The standard version of sensor box includes 4 configurable input/output
terminals, 2 vibration signal input terminals, and supports Modbus and
GENIBUS protocols.
For the lite version sensor box, the configurable input/output terminals are not
equipped.

2.2 Wired sensor
The wired sensors are used to measure the vibration of the target equipment.
Normally, wired sensors are used together with the sensor box. Power is
supplied to the wired sensor via the sensor box, and vibration signals are fed to
the sensor box by the wired sensor.

2.3 Applications
The sensor box is used to collect technical data of flow, pressure, temperature,
current and so on. The sensor box is equipped with a wired sensor which can
collect vibration signal, provide basic data for system software and thus realize
the communication between the pump and other equipment or server.
