Important!
Calls and data transfer require a SIM card with a voice-calls, SMS and mobile data plan.
* Navigation outdoors according to WIFI and GPS, indoors –WIFI and CELLS (the position of the operators' GSM towers). Positioning
error is possible, depending on the communication operator, positioning signal and other technical conditions. This is not an exact
location positioning device!
Do not submerge the device in water/liquids or pour large amounts of water/liquids directly onto the housing. If the housing of the
watch is wet or mechanically damaged, the warranty shall be void.
The watch-phone is not a medical device. The measurements presented are preliminary and depend on the accuracy of the
measurement and environmental factors.

COMPLETE SET OF THE DEVICE
PREPARATION FOR USE
1CHARGE YOUR DEVICE:
Use the 5V 1A adapter for charging included in the package;
connect it to the charging cable, which you will also find in the
box;
Connect the charging cable to the back of the watch. When
connected correctly, the charger will "stick" to the magnetic
charging contacts;
Leave the watch on a stable, flat surface. Charge for 2 - 3 hours.
2PREPARE SIM CARD:
Turn off the requirement of the PIN code of the SIM first. You can do this
by inserting the card into your mobile phone and turning off the PIN code
requirement in the settings;
If you use a prepaid card, immediately order a service plan with voice-
calls, messages and mobile data;
Make sure the card you have is the correct size. The Super-G Active Pro
requires a NANO SIM card.

Turn on the watch-phone by pressing and holding the
button with the lightning symbol on the right side of the
housing;
When turning on the watch for the first time, wait about
30 - 60 seconds for the phone with the SIM card until the
Internet connection is established.
IMPORTANT! The SIM card must have a mobile data, voice-calls and SMS plan activated. We recommend having at least 1Gb of mobile
data per month.
3INSERT SIM CARD
Turn off your watch-phone;
Carefully remove the SIM cover with the SIM opening
tool in the package;
Insert the SIM card into the watch-phone as shown
in the illustration. Place the SIM with the contacts
facing up;

About the watch.
You can see real-time weather forecast by
swiping the home screen from top to
bottom.
You will see the IMEI number and QR code
by swiping the home screen from bottom
to top.

Address book
To make a call from the watch, enter the address book of the watch and press the icon of the desired contact. The watch will start
calling. If you want to cancel the call or end the conversation, press the red handset icon.
The address book of the watch-phone may be edited through the mobile application. The address book cannot be edited on the watch.
Please note, unsaved phone-numbers cannot be called from the watch, and unknown phone-numbers cannot call the child either.
Video calls
To make a video call, select the desired contact and press the icon of the contact. To cancel or end an ongoing conversation, press the
red handset icon.
Video call contacts may be edited in the mobile application. The video call address book cannot be edited on the watch. Please note
that the child can communicate via video calls only with users of the Super-G app monitoring his/her watch or other Super-G Active Pro
watches.
The maximum duration of a video call is 5 min.
Voice messages
The watch-phone can send voice messages to and receive voice messages from users of the mobile application, but only those who
have added the watch-phone to their account.
When you enter the watch's voice message (group chat) environment, press and hold the microphone icon on the screen to speak.
Release the icon and the message will be sent.
When you receive a voice message, the watch will ring and a chat icon will appear on the home screen. Enter the voice messages
function and click on the received message (with a red dot) to listen to it.
The capacity of the watch –10 voice messages.
Messages
Super-G Active Pro can receive text messages. The watch cannot send text messages.
When a text message is received, the watch will ring and a message icon will appear on the home screen. Enter the message
function; here you can read the received messages. If you want to delete a message, just touch the screen and press the trash can
icon that appears.

Camera and gallery
Super-G Active Pro has a front video camera that allows you to take selfies. The photos you like can be stored in the gallery, and the
ones you don't like can be deleted. To delete a photo from the gallery, touch the screen and click on the trash can icon that appears.
The capacity of the watch-phone memory –approximately 100 photos. If you run out of memory, delete some photos to save the
new ones.
Measurement of pulse, temperature
and stress
The Active Pro model watch has additional health and activity monitoring features, i.e., pulse, body temperature and stress
measurement. The child can use the following functions in the watch himself, it is important that the watch-phone is worn
correctly during the measurement:
The watch-phone must be in contact with the hand on a plane, preferably about 2 cm away from the wrist;
There should be no clothing, one-time tattoos or other inserts between the watch and the skin.
Please note that the watch-phone is not a medical device, and the measurement results are highly dependent on whether the measurements were
performed correctly. Any results should be considered as a recommendation only, and if necessary, the result should be verified with medical devices.
Pedometer
Movement is especially important for children, and Super-G watches are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle –they count steps!
Create a goal for children –8000 steps per day, and children will feel more motivated to achieve the daily goals by watching the
result on the watch. The number of steps is visible when entering the menu function “Pedometer” or on the home screen of the
watch (depending on the selected screen theme and style).
Chronometer
Select the “Chronometer” function in the watch menu, press “Start” when you want to start the time calculation. “Finish” – when you
want to stop the calculation. The “Clear” button will clear the result and allow you to recalculate.

Countdown timer
Select the “Countdown timer” function, press the “Set” button. If you want to set minutes, press the “Minutes” button; if you want to
set seconds –"Seconds"; and set the desired time by pressing the “+” or “-” buttons. After setting the required period, swipe your finger
across the screen from the right side of the screen to the left. Press “START” whenever you want to start the countdown. When the
countdown ends, the watch will start beeping.
Settings
Super-G Active Pro has slightly more options to personalize the watch according to your child’s desires. You can not only choose one of
the 10 menu languages, but also change the brightness level of the screen, set the volume level, change the style or wallpaper and
choose the ringtone you want.
Style
The watch-phone has 2 styles, you can choose the one you prefer: with space illustrations or without.
Ringtone
Here you can change the call environment: ring only, ring and vibrate, vibrate only or silent.
You can also choose the desired ringtone for the watch, and you can choose from as many as 97 ringtones.
Volume
By swiping your finger sideways across the volume control line, you can set the ringing volume that is acceptable to you.
Language
The watch-phone menu is translated into 10 languages. Choose the right language for you by clicking on the circle next to the language.
Screen
Here you can change the wallpaper and set the desired screen brightness.
Remember, the brighter the screen, the more battery resources are consumed.

How to install the app? You can find the application for free on Google Play or App Store.

After downloading the app, you need to create a user account and associate your watch-phone with it. Then you will be able to insert contacts, set
parameters for proper operation of the pedometer, location tracking and use of other functions. Follow these steps:

You will see a map in the main application window (or by clicking the first icon in the lower menu bar).
A circle on the map shows the preliminary location of the device. Under the map, you can see a rectangle with
information about the watch: time and date of the last location positioning, location positioning method (WIFI, GPS,
CELLS), information about the battery level of the watch-phone, preliminary location address. There are also 2
buttons next to it, press “Directions” to get location directions for the route to the device or “Location” to update
location information.
The watch automatically updates information only when you enter the application. The location positioning process
may take 2 to 5 minutes depending on the positioning method used, signal strength, environment and weather
conditions.

CALLS
How does it work? Clicking on the call icon at the bottom will take you to a window where you
can see the history of calls made from the application.
To make a call directly to the watch, press the icon with the phone, and if you want to make a video call,
press the icon with the video camera. You can also make a call (voice call) to the watch directly from the
phone's address book.
MESSAGES
You will find the messages icon in the bar at the bottom. Clicking on it will take you to the message window. In the window
that opens, you can see incoming and outgoing voice and text messages sent from the application.
Icons allow you to choose which message you want to send: voice or text: to send a voice message, click on the microphone
icon, speak and release;
To send a text message, press on the keyboard icon, enter the text and press send. Messages will go directly to the watch-
phone.
You will be able to listen to voice messages received from Super-G in the app.
To add contacts to the address book, select “Contacts”;
Press “+” in the upper right corner;
Enter the addressee's name and phone number;
You can add the entered contact to SOS contacts (maximum 3 contacts). Save the contact by pressing „“
If you want to remove a contact: select the contact you want, then press “Edit” and “Delete contact”.
The actions performed in the application are immediately repeated on the watch: the added contact is visible on the
watch immediately; the deleted contact is removed from the watch contact list.

To add contacts for video calls, select “Video contacts”;
Press “+” in the upper right corner;
Enter the addressee's name and choose what type of contact it is: application user or another Super-G Active Pro watch;
If the contact is a user of the application monitoring the watch on the phone, select the user's email address from the list
provided. If it is another Super-G Active Pro watch –enter the IMEI number of the watch. Save the contact;
To remove a contact, select the desired contact in the list, click “Edit” and “Delete contact”. The actions performed
in the application are immediately repeated on the watch: the added contact is visible on the watch immediately,
the deleted contact is removed from the watch contact list.
Video call contacts
In this section, you can see information about the steps, you will see the last pulse measurement result, and you can initiate the
temperature measurement.
Please note that if the watch is worn improperly, not worn or other environmental features are not suitable for the measurement
–the result may be inaccurate. The result is provided 2 minutes after the initiation of the measurement.
The watch-phone is not a medical pulse and temperature measuring device. The measurements given are preliminary and depend on the accuracy of
measurement and environmental factors, and if necessary, all results must be verified with medical measuring instruments.
Health
Press the alarm icon to add an alarm or reminder;
Press “+” to create a new alarm time;
Enter the title (it will be visible only in the app);
Set the time (alarm rings repeatedly several times);
Additionally, you can choose automatic repetition of the alarm clock/reminder;
Save; The alarm clock will trigger at the scheduled time.
The maximum number of alarm settings on the watch is 3.

The Super-G team is available to every user of the application. Write to us in the app and our specialists will answer you as soon as
possible every working day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
By selecting this mode, you lock the watch –the screen will be inactive and it will not respond to touch, the watch will not ring. To
set “Do not disturb” mode:
Press the “Do not disturb” icon;
Press “+” to activate “Do not disturb” mode;
Enter the title (it will be visible only in the app);
Set start and end time, and save.

You can choose between three ringing modes on the Super-G Active watch: Ring, Vibrate or Silent.

Turning off the device remotely;
Rebooting the device remotely;
Time and date.

You can add and conveniently manage multiple watches in the app:
Go to the menu in the top left corner;
Select “List of watches”;
Press “+” in the upper right corner;
Scan the QR code on the watch (or on the box) or enter the IMEI by hand;
Fill in information about the child;
A successfully added watch will appear in the app and in the list of watches;
To track the location of a particular watch, make a call, send a message or edit settings, select the device at the
bottom of the main app window by swiping sideways across the screen.
Multiple devices
There is a user profile icon in the upper left corner of the main screen of the application. Pressing on it will take
you to the user profile settings of the application. Here you will find:

To change the password, click on the icon in the upper left corner of the main window;
Select “Change password”;
Enter the old password;
Enter the new password;
Save;

List of watches
Here you can add a second and more available watches to your account.
Press “+”;
Scan or manually enter the IMEI of the watch-phone;
Enter all data and the watch will appear in the list of watches;
Here you can also delete data from the child's watch or disconnect the watch-phone from your account;
Select the watch-phone in the list and press “Manage”;
Choose what you want to do: delete the child's data or delete the watch.

Language
Here you can choose the language of the application menu that is acceptable to you.
PASSWORD REMINDER
If you forgot the password for connecting to the app:
Select the password reminder function;
Enter the e-mail address with which you’ve registered in the app;
Check the e-mail box on the same phone where your app is installed;
In the received e-mail message you will find a button with a link, press it (see the picture below);
This will bring you to the password change window (see picture);
Change your password and save.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Super-G products have a 2-year warranty. Warranty obligations are valid for failures that did not occur
due to mechanical or moisture damage or improper use. Wear and tear of the battery, housing or other
parts over time is not considered a failure covered by the warranty.
This device is not an exact location positioning device. The main function of the watch-phone is
incoming and outgoing voice calls. Provisional location is an additional feature, the accuracy of which may
depend on technical conditions and circumstances.
Attention! We do not recommend immersing the device in water/liquids or pouring water/liquids directly
on the housing. If the housing of the watch is wet or mechanically damaged, the warranty shall be void.
