Boldface Bold text represents commands and keywords that you enter literally as shown.

Braces enclose a set of required syntax choices separated by vertical bars, from which
you select one.

Asterisk marked braces enclose a set of required syntax choices separated by vertical

Represents a generic network device, such as a router, switch, or firewall.
Represents a routing-capable device, such as a router or Layer 3 switch.

Represents an access controller, a unified wired-WLAN module, or the access

1 Chassis views
IMPORTANT:
The
router provides a reset (RESET) button for rebooting the system and restoring the factory
default settings. To reboot the router, press and hold the reset button for a short time. To reboot
the router and restore the factory settings, press and hold the reset button for a minimum of 4
seconds.
