IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all of the instructions before using this appliance. When using this
appliance, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following:
1)Save these Instructions ---the safety and operating instructions should be
retained for future reference.
2)All warning on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be followed.

manufacture, or sold with the unit.
7)Ventilation ---Slots and openings in the cabinets and the back or bottom are
provided for ventilation. These openings must not be blocked. In a built in
installation such a bookcase or rack do not install product unless proper ventilation
is provided.
8)Power Source ---this TV should be operated only from the type of power source
indicated on the rating label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your
home, consult your appliance dealer or local power company.
9)Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A
polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug
has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet. To prevent electric shock, ensure
the grounding pin on the AC cord power plug is securely connected.
10)Power cord protection ---Power supply cords should be routed so that they are
not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them. Pay
particular attention to cords or plugs, convenience receptacle, and the point where

Installing Batteries
Open the batterycompartment cover on the back side and install
the batteries matchingcorrect polarity (+ with +, - with -).
Install two 1.5VAA batteries. Don`t mix old or used batteries with
new ones.Replace cover.

How to connect
Connect the audioand video cablesfrom the external
equipment's output jacksto the TV`s AV IN input jacks, asshown in

How to connect
1. To get thebest picture quality, adjust the PC
graphics card, ifnecessary.
2. Use the `s VGA IN or DVI(Digital Visual
Interface) IN portfor video connections, depending
on your PCconnector.
If the graphic card on the PC does notoutput
analog or digitalRGB simultaneously, connect
only one ofeither VGAIN or DVI IN to display the PC
on the .
If the graphic card on the PC does outputanalog
or digital RGBsimultaneously, set the display to
either VGAor DVI; (theother mode is set to Plug
and Play automaticallyby the display.)
3. Then, make the corresponding audio connection. If
using a soundcard, adjust thePC sound as required.

How to use
1. Turnon the PCand the

3. Use INPUT on the remotecontrol to select VGA, or DVI source.
4. Check the image on your . There may be noiseassociated with the resolution, vertical pattern, contrast or
brightness in PCmode. If noise is present, change the PC mode to another resolution,change the refresh rate to another rate
or adjust thebrightness and contrast on MENU until the picture is clear. Ifthe refresh rate of the PC graphic card cannot
be changed, changethe PC graphiccard or consult the manufacturer of the PC graphiccard.

1Face the PDP screen upside down on a clean blanket or a bracket and pay attention not to indent the
casing. Lay the two speaker aside of the PDP.
2. Fix 4 ST4X16 screws to the speaker.
3. Lean thespeaker against theplasma screen, ensuringthat the screwholes on theconnecting block in
line with the screw holes on the plasma screen, and hold the speaker.
4. Fix the speaker to the plasma screen with ST4X16 screws.
5. Connect the speaker to the speaker terminal of plasma screen: Nip the speaker terminal and insert the
connecting cable intothe terminal slot.Release the speakerterminal and ensurethat the white
connecting cable is inserted in the terminal slot marked red and black connecting cable is inserted in the
black terminal slot, and that anode and cathode poles are correctly connected.

Lay down thestand and putit to responding position of the PDP screen ,and make sure the brace pole towards the holeof the PDP .
Fix 2 PDPbrace pole tothe PDP on the backof the plasma display with 4M5X16 screws.

Turning on the TV just after installation.
1. Connect powercord correctly.
2. Press the SWITCHbutton on back of the TV. At thismoment, the TV is switched to standby mode.
Press the POWERbutton on the remote control or button on theTV and then the TV will turn on.
* In thismanual, the OSD(On Screen Display) may be different from your `s, because it is just
an example tohelp you withthe operation.

1.If the TV was turned off with the SWITCH button on the TV

2. If theTV was turned off with the remote control and then the ON/OFF switchon the backof the TV.

3Press VOL+ button to ensure automatic search function work.
4Press MENU button to stop automatic search function.
After the search has finished, all channels now playing
program will be automatically preset in order.
When Air is selected, theTV will detect antenna signals and will search
for antenna TV(NTSC and ATSC) channels available in your local area.
When Cable is selected, theTV will detect cable company supplied
signals and willsearch for cableTV (NTSC,ATSC, QAM modulated)
channels available inyour area.
Make sure thatregistration with your cable TV provider and connection
of equipment arecompleted.
When Air and Cable are selected, theTV will detect the antenna
signals and cablecompany supplied signals,and search for the
antenna TV andcable TV channelsavailable in your area.

Before your television can begin memorizing the available channels, you must specify the
type of signal source that is connected tothe TV (i.e., an antenna or a cable system).
Note: STD, HRCand IRC identifyvarious types of cable TV systems.
Contact your localcable company toidentify the type of cable system
that exists inyour particular area.

Usually this shouldbe set in the auto position. However if thecolor displayed
on the screenare incorrect, youcan manually select the correct color system.
Press MENU andthen VOL+/- button, till the picturemenu shown onthe
right will displayon the screen.
Press CH+/- buttons to select "Color Sys.", then pressthe VOL-/+ buttons
to select thecorrect color system. In general, you can set itas "AUTO".
After the programsare presetting, you can skip some programs so thatto select yourfavorite channels only.
1. Press CH+/-button or Direct-digit choosing button to select a channeldirectly.
2.Press MENU and then use VOL+/- button to select the SYS. Menu.
3.Press CH+/-buttons to select "Skip" item.
4. press VOL-/+ button to set Skip as On.
5. When youare satisfied withyour choice, press MENU button to returnto
the previous menuor press EXIT button to returnto TV viewing.
1. Use Direct-digitChoosing button toselect the number of the channel to
be recovered.
2. Do theabove steps again.
3. Press VOL+/-button to setSkip as Off.

2. Press CH-/+button to select Prog.Switch.
3. Press VOL+ toenter the submenu, and press the digital button to set the desired
channel number,
Press CH+ buttonto To Prog item, and Press the digital button to set theexchange
channel number,press CH+ buttonto Switch, then press VOL+ button to confirm.
4. When youare satisfied withyour choice, pressMENU button to returnto
the previous menuor press EXIT button to returnto TV viewing.

The TV menu gives you an overview of MENU you can select.
Note: Depending on the input signal, one or more menu items may not be selectable.
Contrast
This will adjustthe intensity of bright parts in the picture but keep
the dark partsunchanged.
Brightness
This will adjustthe light output of the complete picture, which will
mainly affect the darker areas of the picture.
Color
This will adjustthe saturation level of the colors to suit your personal preference.
Hue (selectable in NTSCmode only)
Allows you toselect the colormix (Hue) of the picture.
Sharpness
This will adjustthe sharpness of fine details in the picture.
DNR (Digital NoiseReduction )
Automatically filters outand reduces theimage noise and improves picture
quality when receivingweak video signals.
Select Auto/Off/Weak/Medium /Strong according to the image noise.
1 Press MENU and then use VOL+/- button to select the PIC. Menu.
2 Press CH+/-button to selectthe desired items.
3 Press VOL+/- button to adjust the setting.
4When you aresatisfied with yourchoice, press MENU button to return to
the previous menuor press EXIT button to returnto TV viewing.
