Getting Started
Quickly press and release the power button to check how
much battery power the HALO charger has left. One blue
light indicates 0%-33% battery life, two blue lights indicate
34%-66% battery life and three blue lights indicate 67%-
100% battery life.
Turning On/O the HALO Pocket Power 5500
Press and hold down the power button for three seconds to
turn the HALO charger on. The LEDs will remain lit when the
power is on. Press and hold the power button for three
seconds to then turn HALO charger’s power o.
Charging the HALO Pocket Power 5500
To recharge the HALO charger pull the built in USB Cable,
found next to the words “USB in” on your HALO charger, out
from the top of the device. This built in USB cable is the only
cord that can be used to recharge your HALO charger. Once
this cable is pulled out from the HALO charger, plug the USB
input connector into the standard USB port on your com-
puter or an AC wall adapter that accepts USB connections.
When recharging your HALO charger the three LED’s will
blink upwards from the bottom of the HALO charger where
the Power Button is located. When fully recharged all three
blue LEDs will remain a solid blue color.
Charging Your Personal Electronic Device
There are two methods that can be used to charge your
personal electronic device. The rst method involves using
the supplied USB charging cable. Plug the USB connector
into the bottom of your HALO charger where it reads “5V/2A
out”. Find the tip that ts with the electronic device you are
going to charge and plug it into the circular DC output end
of the USB cable. Plug the tip into the device you are going
to charge and make sure to turn the HALO charger on. The
second method involves using the built in micro USB
connector. You can nd this cord to the right of the words
“Micro USB out” on the HALO charger. When charging your
device, the HALO chargers three blue LEDs will begin to blink
from the top light downwards.
HALO Pocket Power 5500 Intelligent Recognition
The HALO charger is programmed with an intelligent
recognition system to achieve a higher compatibility for
charging dierent electronic devices. If it does not charge
your device when the USB cable is plugged into your device,
please restart the power charger while it is still connected to
your mobile phone.

Getting Started

defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned
unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number to be issued upon request, and
must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will only be
extended to the customer in the event that a defect in mate-
rial or workmanship is conrmed.
- Warranty is void if the product has been improperly handled
or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar-coded
warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- Warranty returns require a check for $14.95 for processing
and handling made payable to HALO2CLOUD, LLC.
- Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be
accompanied by a proof of purchase and be sent to
HALO2CLOUD, LLC (www.halo2cloud.com).
- The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment
